Yes, that is 100% correct. The average Nigger has like 10 or 15 kids, whom they can't support(and they know it, but they keep on having them!), so they throw them into the streets at an early age and they become predators of other people. They harass, rob, steal, mug, rape, kill, etc., so many people, particularly store owners, are fed up and pay the cops to get rid of the little pests.

Can someone who has been there (and survived) or heard first or second hand stories confirm that?
