No but what you say along with that information can get people in a heapload of trouble. Viz Ryan Wilson Alpha HQ. Google that if you want to know more.
Can you please explain your point in laymens terms for those of us who have never studied law.
I have requested information on race traitors, in the past, of which posts haven't been deleted.
Here's 1:

I haven't studied law but I remember the controversy around the works of some anti-abortionists some years back that compiled a list of abortionist doctors' home addresses. The implications that some wacko would take advantage of said knowledge was more likely to happen if such actions were allowed to occur than if not, so I believe that turned the tide on the ability to do what you suggest KLM.

Does anyone remember the recent case of an HIspanic candidate for office who distributed flyers stating that GWB deserved to be killed and his daughters should be raped? I am , of course , paraphrasing but I think this is very close. Apparently he phrased his "literature" in such a way that nothing happened to him aside from a brief interview with the Secret Service. Also does the fact that the Pres is a major public figure change things to this nut's advantage. And hypothetically speaking, what is wrong with saying that in an ideal social system of the future such a person ( Race Traitor X) would be hung from a lamppost. Not that I would ever say such a thing.

This V.I.P. has the Secret Service overseeing things. The difference in social status between GWB and this MP man hater need not explaining, regardless of the similarity between the 2

The difference in social status is obvious. What I was trying to get at was the application of First Amendment principles. If this guy In CA was actually in violation of the law wouldn't they have charged him? Or maybe GWB loves Hispanics so much he got a pass simply on those grounds.
There is no law against the discussion of violence- a direct or imminent threat is something else again.
..............What about that? How does this differ from our issue. Is this information released on the pretence that those people will live harmonious, dignified lives?
How about I post these names and adresses to see if you delete my post?............
Let me tell you something. I dont know who you are. I dont care. But you have always tested the "bounds of free speech" on this forum. You have had multiple personae. You want to talk about napalm recipes. Now you want to post names and addresses of people you find unsavory. Then you say clean your guns people. What does that mean? I hear you are in Germany. We are in the US. I will assume that is a nonsensical comment for now. Are you trying to find out how far you can go before the forum admin, mod or host gets the Ryan Wilson treatment? Will you be there to post bond and hire an attorney? I doubt it.
One more thing. I dont think that the antis are above setting up accounts and coming on here and deliberately saying things that may be actionable just to take this forum down. We are going to try and keep that from happening.
Well, the feeling is mutual. So what relavence does this have here? What place do emotions have in our discussion? Emotions are for women. Let’s stick to the facts
But you have always tested the "bounds of free speech" on this forum.
Well, if so, this is purely by accident. What then, do you refer to as “Free Speech”? When joining the forum, it is stated that the forum owners take no responsibility for opinions posted. Un any event, if we all end up one day talking to each other at Guantanamo Bay, it won’t be because of what I post here. There is enough talk of revisionism and death-to-Jews to overshadow any governmental discrepancies I happen to point out. Furthermore, Scottland has accidentally established a negative legacy here, namely the overmoderation by a diverse forum administration. In other words, you are making an issue over issues which are seen as non-issues by other moderators
You have had multiple personae.
All of them original, at that. What relavence does this have, pertaining to the issue
You want to talk about napalm recipes.
I want to talk about eradicating voles. The objective is relavant, not the methods.
I’ve only received 2 recipies, within the last few months, unintentionally. This thread was a parody of one who would have suffered crop loss through voles. If not sure, I would recommend reding the thread often enough for it to eventually sink in
Now you want to post names and addresses of people you find unsavory.
Do you find them savoury? If not, who does?
Then you say clean your guns people. What does that mean?
That means, “Clean you guns people”. Nothing more. What else is it supposed to mean? This is a phrase used to make my point as to the hypocritical conduct expressed by the authorities in making public those names and adresses of certain criminals, but not those of other criminals.
That means that when the government publicises adresses of those who commit certain crimes, it is done without the intention that they intend on someone showing up on their porches brandishing bouqets of flowers. I simply wanted to point that out to you to get you thinking.
That’s a good one. I should of said, “Go to the flower shop and buy a bouqet”. I’m sure somepeople would have showed up at these adresses with flowers.
In any event, it’s the government who’s setting the example, by publicizing names and adresses
Whatever turns you on, dude
Are you trying to find out how far you can go before the forum admin, mod or host gets the Ryan Wilson treatment?
No, not at all (That’s something I can only wish on Brian Wilson). The forum host has formally omitted himself from incurring responsibility for any opinions expressed by others, therefore your supposition does not apply.
All news networks follow such a policy. This is relavent to their survival. Can you imagine how many death threats and negative opinions about GWBush CNN receives from private individuals on a daily basis, for example?
I would recommend reading the terms of signing up
Will you be there to post bond and hire an attorney? I doubt it.
I incurr all responsibility for my actions, like anyone else does.
Your alarming concern might be justified, due to the now ratified “Patriot Act”. If so, why not inform us in Europe about these changes?
Why don’t you people make life easier for yourselves? Simply make amendments to any rules. Make it policy that the publication of certain already publicised information is forbidden. Why don’t you 20 or so moderators simply communicate with each other to agree on a mutual set of rules, so that no misunderstandings can take place in the future?

Well, I wish you luck. I'm one of the last ones to wish the undermining of this forum, otherwise none of the above would matter. Keep up the good work
