Holocaust denier sues Pembroke Pines survivor and author, 80

A notorious Holocaust denier convicted of attacking Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel in an elevator has now set his sights on an 80-year-old Pembroke Pines woman whose memoir recounts her ordeal in the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp.

In a lawsuit filed in Broward Circuit Court, Eric Hunt alleges that the "The Fifth Diamond: The Story of Irene Weisberg Zisblatt" is full of "vicious lies" and "fantastical tales" that turn Jews into haters and torment non-Jews.

Zisblatt's son-in-law, who is a lawyer, called Hunt's lawsuit "absurd" but expressed concern for his elderly relative's safety.

"This lunatic has assaulted a survivor in the past," Stuart Mermelstein of Miami said, "and is posing a danger to my mother-in-law simply for speaking out and writing a book."

Zisblatt's autobiography recounts how she, five siblings and their parents were packed into a boxcar for the trip from Hungary to the extermination camp.

Her mother gave Zisblatt, 13, four diamonds. (In her book's title, Zisblatt herself is the fifth diamond). To keep the gems safe, Zisblatt relates, she repeatedlty swallowed them during her time in captivity.

Zisblatt, who appeared in director Steven Spielberg's 1998 Academy Award-winning documentary "The Last Days," was the only member of her family to survive World War II. The precious stones she hid are still in her family.

Hunt, 25, of Archbald, Pa. filed the libel suit in Broward Circuit Court on Oct. 6 and is demanding a jury trial and punitive damages of "not less than $60 million."

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Peter Weinstein.

"In terms of the hatred spewed in this complaint, it clearly has no legal or factual bearing whatsoever," Mermelstein said. "It's a ridiculous pleading, and our concern is really directed not to the complaint, but to the motives and intent of Eric Hunt."

Also named as defendants in the suit are Spielberg; Zisblatt's co-author, Gail Ann Webb; Authors & Artists Publishers Inc. of New York; and its CEO, Joan Mayor.

"Zisblatt blatantly stole other Jewish people's experiences during World War II and passed them off as her own in order to further the Jewish political agenda and profit off of these fantastical tales," Hunt, who is representing himself without an attorney, wrote in his lawsuit. "The defendants must not go unpunished for tormenting Gentiles and instilling hatred in Jews using such hideous lies."

In 2007, Hunt accosted Holocaust survivor and scholar Wiesel, 81, in a San Francisco hotel elevator in an alleged attempt to force Wiesel to recant his own recollections of the Holocaust.

Hunt was convicted in 2008 of false imprisonment, battery and elder abuse. A judge sentenced him to two years in prison but gave him credit for time served and good behavior. The judge ordered Hunt to undergo psychological treatment.

At sentencing, Hunt apologized and said he had suffered a "severe mental breakdown." "I had been sucked into anti-Semitic conspiracy theories on the Internet," Hunt said in August 2008. "I don't believe any of that garbage now that I'm taking my medication."

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Peter Weinstein.

I’ve filed a lawsuit against Steven Spielberg and Irene Weisberg Zisblatt in Florida’s 17th Circuit Court, for their roles in creating the lies in Zisblatt’s 2008 “autobiography” “The Fifth Diamond”

I’ve accessed Zisblatt’s original Shoah foundation testimony and compared it against her Oscar winning lies in Spielberg’s “The Last Days”

When Hunt went after Wiesel I thought that he was a nut and that his actions would reflect poorly on "the movement". But after reading some of his posts here on the forum, and now the legal paperwork of this case against Zisblatt, my thinking has changed.

He's done more in one day to expose Zisblatt than I and others have in the last year of trying to get people to pay attention. The case will go nowhere, of course, but look at the press this is getting. Good work!

With enough exposure, this lying old jew is going to be the next Herman Rosenblat. Help make that happen.

Won’t let liars control the debate

I’m demanding retractions from any media source that has referred to me as a “white supremacist” in any story claiming to broadcast factual information. I am demanding a written copy of these retractions be sent to my address, along with a $6,000 payment or I will pursue legal action, which will involve a far higher amount.

I did not write anything that could be factually classified as “white supremacist” and I will not allow the corporate media to defame me without doing one iota of first hand research regarding myself or my history.

If the media did their jobs instead of acting as a propaganda outfit, they would have discovered that -

1) I am a member of the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica due to completing five years of Spanish language classes. In later years, they were Honors classes. I had the choice between German, French, and Latin, and chose Spanish, a language spoken almost entirely by those without “white” skin.

2) I was a member of the International Society in High School for three years, a club which educates its members about different world cultures.

3) I chose to take “Civilization of Japan” as an elective late in college, rather than a math or science class. I conducted a presentation about Akira Kurosawa.

4) I don’t believe I’ve written anything that has said that white people are superior. In fact, I praised the President of Iran in my desperate 2007 email.

Any white person who fights for self determination, and believes we must not to be blended out of existence, is slurred as a “white supremacist.”

The actual supremacists are the Jews who pass down control of media conglomerates to one Jew after the other.

The actual supremacists are the Jews who wind up in charge of the Federal Reserve no matter which allegedly diametrically opposed political party is in power.

The actual supremacists are the Jews who claim to be the chosen people of an invisible man in the sky.

I will not allow myself to be defamed by those who currently have men and women languishing in prisons in Germany, Britain, etc., because they disagree with what the Jews have and still are doing.

I believe in the natural concept of culturalism.

I will be suing the publications that refuse to stop defaming white people acting in self defense of their people.

I will be moving forward with legal action against alleged “reputable” publications if retractions are not issued and sent to my address along with compensation for their bigotry and lies.

Interesting thing about this woman's aspect, and someone correct me if I'm wrong on this. She continually looks away to her left. As I recall, one looks to the right when honestly trying to remember; one looks to the left trying to conceal or lie. I might be wrong or misremember that. It might not be true. Something about the spheres of the brain and the location of the accessed memory.

Effective video by Hunt. Why effective? Because short. Because using the subject's own direct contradiction.

Really, think this over, there's a lot of power in it. The jews are a radically different life form from us, the fact that they sort of look like us is the only reason we can't see it. Just imagine yourself making up lies about how your brother died. Or about how many people were killed. Or about the ways they were killed. Lying isn't second nature to jews like this woman, who is perfectly typical of them, lying is first nature to them.

All creatures in nature have parasites. Jews are ours. They take advantage of our natural weak spots - good qualities that are bad under certain circumstances - our trust, gullibility, cooperation and honesty - and use these against us, to undermine our society.

And to ride my own hobbyhorse, what I say above is why religion, Christianity in particular, is so dangerous to our people. It teaches that all men are god's children. Which makes it that much harder to make out our enemies, since we and they on some level are the same. Which leads naturally to trying to convert them rather than exterminate them.

If the solution is off the table per ground rules (as in our media) or per dogma (as with the church), then Whites are guaranteed to lose.

Update on Spielberg / Zisblatt lawsuit

The case has been assigned to Judge Weinberg, Weinstein, whatever… not surprising.

I’ll be demanding the Jewish Judge recuse himself.

I have yet to receive a written response from any of the Defendants to the facts presented in the complaint as is required by law within 20 days of being notified of the pending lawsuit.

Defendants respond, except for Spielberg

The Defendants have responded. In my opinion, spitefully and deliberately, one page is missing from both of these documents the Defendants were required to send to me. How pathetic! Is this the best Irene Zisblatt’s son-in-lawyer can do?

They’re caught, they know it, and my response is coming, and it will be completely unexpected. I’ve been working with lawyers and their advice is brilliant.

They responded to my fifteen page complaint with a five page response. My response will ensure that these liars are put on trial and that I’m able to see a jury.

They know the Jewish judge Weinstein will throw the case out, if it were the other way around, the case would see a jury. I won my freedom against a Nobel Peace Prize winning Holocaust Promoter and I didn’t even testify. People are starting to understand that these Holocaust Promoters are liars, even if it’s only subconsciously.

Those reading and watching on the sidelines, please support this effort. If you can’t help financially, (every penny will be put back into this and future efforts) please conduct original research or spread the videos around the internet. It’s not just about this one book, or this one lawsuit.
