Americans are complaining about an unstable, never-ending guerilla warfare in Iraq but Israel loves this.

Think about it?

One U.S. official said that over 100,000 Iraqi soldiers died during that short one month long March-April war in 2003.

Now add that to the thousands of Al Sadr supporters who have been killed

Also Iraqi Al Qaeda fighters

And so on....

The almost daily car bombings which have killed thousands of Iraqis and will continue to do so...

Long term prospects: Israel gets an Iraq severely reduced in population and very much reduced in regional power.

Despite his failings, under Saddam Hussein the country WAS a power in the region.....not anymore..

[QUOTE=IronWorker]Well I would take issue with your description of "failings" of Saddam. He managed to keep a country of fractious religious & ethnic browns (Shia v Sunni, Kurd v arab etc...) from destroying themselves through natural brown barbaric infighting and focused some of them on the real problem: The Zionist Entity.

I respect Saddam.

For once I am in agreement, here in America we don’t realize what a difficult time Saddam had in dealing with those people. Americans think that our system of punishment would have been better (it doesn’t work here either) with those people even though they are not as advanced as we are.

Those people can take punishment and suffer hardship that would turn your average American into Jelly. They grew up in a war zone and violence is just a way of life to them. They don’t hold human life as dear as many do here since they are religious first and if killed in war they believe they will go straight to heaven and receive ten virgins.

Death to them is not the tragedy that it is to us.

Back to the original thread, here is what the Jews desire and this is what they are working for.
