Lame remake of the classic 1973 low budget film "Walking Tall" a semi-documentary of legendary white lawman Buford Pusser. Remake stars The Rock, of course, a negro/samoan mongrel.

Rock returns to his hometown and to his parents home. His parents are a negro man and blonde, white woman mother, along with a mongrel brother and sister. Rock's hometown is a highly jewified community, of no racial prejudices. The villian is a very bizarre-looking, blonde-haired (dyed), blue-eyed male (possible colored contacts). Rock's girlfriend is a pretty blonde woman.

is Neal McDonough. He does have some interesting features. I first saw him in Band of Brothers (excellent mini series). He now plays in Medical Investigation, a very stupid show.

It distrubes me to no end to watch the commericals for walking tall on DVD.

I've never seen a photo of the real Buford Pusser before. His grandchildren are quite attractive.

Joe Don Baker really made the first movie a dynamic event, and even though Bo Svenson is not quite the actor that Baker was, the sequels were still fun to watch as well.

Was this new niggerized version released direct to DVD?

BTW, here'z an amusing anecdote:

When The Rock smashes out the taillight on the Porsche, it was a mistake - he wasn't actually supposed to do that to the real car which was on loan to the set. After smashing it in, the director and crew were completely silent. The Rock said, "I wasn't supposed to do that, was I?"...silence..."Did we just buy this car?" There was a slight pause as the director checked with someone on the set... "Yes."
