Prefabricated Fascists: The FBI’s Assembly-Line Provocateurs

"Valhalla" at work: FBI undercover asset Hal Turner, who was tasked to infiltrate and radicalize the "far right," speaks at a rally sponsored by the FBI-controlled National Socialist Movement (left); below, left, Turner holds forth at an event in Washington, D.C.; below, right, Turner with his attorney following his September 2008 arrest.

We'll be fighting in the streets with our children at our feet
and the morals that they worship will be gone.
And the men who spurred us on sit in judgment of all wrong
they decide, and the shotgun sings the song.

~ Pete Townsend

It's difficult not to experience a faint pang of sympathy for Hal Turner, albeit an ephemeral one deeply buried beneath multiple layers of well-earned disgust.

For at least five years, and probably more, Turner was a paid informant and provocateur in the employ of the world's largest sponsor of terrorism, the Federal Government. His assignment was to bait easily influenced people with incendiary rhetoric about race and other resentments, and reel in anyone who bit a little too lustily on the bait. The Bureau credits Turner with personally bringing more than 100 "extremists" to their attention, many of whom (the Bureau won't specify how many) were arrested.

There's every likelihood that at least some of Turner's victims were offered the same deal offered to Randy Weaver after he was set up on trivial and spurious firearms charges by an undercover snitch for the ATF: Become an informant/provocateur, and you'll stay out of jail.

Weaver rejected the deal, and the FBI eventually retaliated by attacking his home and murdering his wife and son. Jose Padilla, a rougher customer than Weaver, rejected the same deal; he was declared an "enemy combatant," subjected to prolonged torture intended to destroy his mental equilibrium and break his will, and eventually convicted on exceptionally dubious terrorism-related charges.

Before he was outed as a stukach in early 2007, Turner was the host of a web-based talk radio program and a freelance speaker who specialized in "incitement-and-indictment" entrapment of "right-wing extremists." Hackers discovered a cache of e-mail correspondence between Turner and William Haug, an agent working for a Joint Terrorism Task Force who acted as the informant's handler. Turner closed down his radio program while emitting great gusts of affected outrage over what he insisted were spurious accusations that he had collaborated with the Feds.

In a message posted to Pro Libertate after he was identified as an agent provocateur – along with federal assets tasked to carry out similar missions within Muslim sub-populations in the U.S. – Turner insisted that only "PARANOID FREAKS (like this blog)" would suspect him of collaboration.

By way of establishing his neo-Nazi bona fides, Turner boasted that "my [white supremacist] rallies in Kingston NY and Kalamazoo, MI cost those cities $60,000 and $120,000 respectively in police overtime and that there's no way the FBI would have approved anything like that by an informant because the cities would have demanded the money back!"

Actually, as we'll see anon, the FBI has no problem staging white supremacist rallies and protest marches that help "local" police departments rack up overtime.

Certainly, the police don't mind making a little extra money by swanning about in riot gear. Events of the sort Turner organized are an intelligence bonanza for the Regime: They give the FBI (and, most likely, other Homeland Security assets) an opportunity to harvest detailed information for federal databases about both "right-wing extremists" and their opposition.

We know this is the case through first-person testimony from an FBI undercover asset who spent nearly a decade worming his way through the "radical right" – including the National Socialist Movement (NSM).

The NSM's adherents doubtless see themselves as the finely honed blade of a resurgent "white power" movement, a description promoted with similar zeal by professional hate-hucksters like Morris Dees' artfully misnamed Southern Poverty Law Center and the so-called Anti-Defamation League.

Actually, the NSM is "all show, no go" – it's more of a federally controlled traveling roadshow, sort of a Third Reich tribute band. Its cadres exude all of the raw menace of the hapless Illinois Nazis from The Blues Brothers, and possess all of the street-fighting chops of the bumbling Black Widow biker gang from Clinton Eastwood's Philo Beddoe films.

But I digress.

We were discussing Hal Turner's career as an FBI informant/provocateur code-named "Valhalla," details about which have been pried from the Bureau by reporters for the Bergen (New Jersey) Record.

Beginning in 2003 (or, as Turner claims, 2002), Turner was a paid informant "who spied on his own controversial followers," reports the Record, citing "government documents, e-mails, court records, and almost 20 hours of jailhouse interviews" with the snitch. Turner "received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on such groups as the Aryan Nations and the white supremacist National Alliance, and even a member of the Blue Eyed Devils skinhead punk band."

"I was not some street snitch," insists Turner. "I was a deep undercover intelligence operative." He demands recognition of that distinction with the same desperate desire for dignity displayed by any other whore who seeks to upgrade his or her job description with a more refined title.

The FBI budgeted at least $100,000 to pay for Turner's performances, both on his radio program and in public speeches. He now insists that he was merely role-playing on behalf of his pimps – both the FBI's Special Agent Haug and New Jersey State Police Detective Leonard Nerbetski, who also served on the Newark Joint Terrorism Task Force.

As he tells the story, Turner was required to feign passion for various unsavory causes: In interviews with the Record, Turner maintained that "the FBI coached him to make racist, anti-Semitic and other threatening statements and new now feels double-crossed by the Bureau after his arrest."

"The audience loves the rip-roaring radio psycho," Turner boasted in an e-mail to the FBI. "They literally throw money at it. Just be confident that the personality you hear (or hear about) on radio is not real life. I have zero intention of doing anything stupid."

In the guise of the "radio psycho," Turner – with the FBI's help – was pulling down about $15,000 a month to express such edifying sentiments as the following: "A full day of violence against blacks would be a really nice thing.... [L]ynchings, church burnings, drive-by shootings and bombings [would] put these subhuman animals back in their place."

Turner materialized at various white power gatherings in several states. He also traveled to Brazil on the FBI's dime to spy on suspected white supremacists in that country, as well as to investigate an alleged plot by white supremacists and Brazilian Arabs to send "consumer goods" to resistance fighters in Iraq. It's difficult to believe that the CIA remained entirely aloof from that aspect of Turner's career.

While the FBI was willing to abet Turner's efforts to incite violence against innocent people, the Feds moved against him shortly after he published comments on his blog interpreted as death threats against three judges in Chicago. He was arrested shortly before the 2008 election and is scheduled to stand trial this week.

As the song says, "some men like the fishin', some men like the fowlin', and some men like to hear the cannonball a-roarin." Turner likes nothing more than hearing the sound of his own voice. Yet "here I am in prison, betrayed," he laments, arrested by the same FBI Special Agent who recruited him and – he plaintively maintains – fed him his lines.

"I was given specific instructions," Turner declares, and he played the role of racist agitator out of his duty as "a loyal, patriotic decent American citizen."

Turner may be telling the truth. His experiences are eerily similar to those recounted by former FBI "deep cover" operative (and one-time Roller Derby star – no, I'm not kidding) David Gletty in his ineptly written but highly useful memoir Undercover Nazi: The FBI Infiltration of Extremist Groups in America.

In what strikes me as a transparent effort to cultivate a marketable mystique, Gletty says that many details of his work as a paid FBI snitch remain "classified." He claims to have been recruited in 2000 when, as the leader of a constitutional militia, he came across a plot by an Appalachian white supremacist to set off a string of radiological bombs in collaboration with al-Qaeda.

Recruited as a "deep cover" operative, Gletty spent several years cultivating ties with "extremist" groups, including elements of the KKK, the Hammerskins, and eventually the National Socialist Movement. He was careful to get his "ticket punched" by working with legitimate dissident groups such as the League of the South, and various immigration reform groups, such as at least one element of the Minuteman volunteer border watch movement.

Gletty's most notable achievement was to infiltrate and become leader of a National Socialist Movement chapter in Florida and organize a 2006 NSM march in Orlando that was intended to sow fear and anger in a predominantly black neighborhood.

To prepare for that role, Gletty behaved much as Hal Turner had, fulminating in public about the supposed inferiority of non-white people and befouling the air with exhortations to collectivist violence. This not only legitimized Gletty in the eyes of his comrades in the NSM, it also helped to rile up the group's enemies, thereby ensuring a large turnout of counter-protesters for the February 2006 march in Orlando – which was exactly what the Bureau desired.

During his years as an informant/provocateur, Gletty was usually accompanied by a fellow asset he identifies only as "Joe." During the Orlando protest, Gletty recalls, Joe carried a concealed digital camera "for taking all the photos he could of protesters and counter-protesters. Then the images would be fed into the FBI face recognition computer. At least 1000 faces for the computer to digest."

In addition to producing a bounty of biometric intelligence for the FBI, the Orlando rally offered a good dry run for a future Homeland Security crack-down. Gletty points out that his FBI handler was "actually pumped up" about the Orlando march, "because the protest would be a great training exercise for the Orlando Police Department, Orange County Sheriff's Department, the FBI, and MBI [the Central Florida Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation] as they would all be in attendance."

As a leader in the white supremacist underground, Gletty held many "surveillance parties" – not only public events, but private functions used to gather intelligence and, where possible, set up various low-level thugs to become informant/provocateurs themselves.

For three years, "Joe and I ... traveled from state to state, rally to rally, and party to party, infiltrating the White Power Movement in America," Gletty recalls. "Thousands of miles, hundreds of photographed faces, and a myriad of tape recordings were contributing to the eradication of racial and religious prejudice in America."

Really? To judge from recent attention earned by the NSM, Gletty's mission was not to help "eradicate" prejudice (as if this could be accomplished through government intervention), but rather to bring the group more completely under the FBI's control.

The NSM is a remnant of George Lincoln Rockwell's American Nazi Party (ANP). According to Hate: George Lincoln Rockwell and the American Nazi Party, the ANP was thoroughly compromised through the FBI's notorious COINTELPRO operation; by the time of his murder in 1967, Rockwell was widely believed to be a "patsy" for the FBI or some other intelligence agency.

One objective of the anti-ANP COINTELPRO operation was to create a rift between Rockwell's Nazi outfit and the United Klans of America. By the late 1970s, the Klan was thoroughly honeycombed with FBI assets. In fact the Bureau boasted that it had enough Klansmen on its payroll in North Carolina to elect that state's Grand Dragon: At one point, 7 of the 8 members of a Charlotte Klan chapter reportedly were FBI assets informing on the klavern's sole non-federal employee.

http://www.lewrockwell.com/grigg/nsm-brown-berets.gif
A sitcom-worthy simulacrum of street-fighting: NSM members square off against the equally ludicrous "Brown Berets de Aztlan" in Riverside, California.

Edward Dawson, an informant/provocateur on the payroll of the Greensboro police department and under the supervision of the FBI, helped orchestrate a November 3, 1979 street clash between white supremacists and Communists that left five people dead. The "White Power" contingent included elements of both the Klan and the American Nazi Party, whose FBI-engineered rift had apparently healed sufficiently to permit joint action.

The National Socialist Movement's current strategy is to provoke tumult and violence, rather than participating in it directly. In recent weeks the group has achieved a relatively high profile by staging anti-immigration rallies in Riverside, California and Phoenix, Arizona.

In California, a small knot of NSM denizens faced off with members of "Los Brown Berets de Aztlan," a foundation-funded militant Chicano group, with riot police clad in body armor on hand to maintain "order." A few weeks later the group inflicted itself on an immigration- reform protest in Arizona during which the group's most visible spokesperson, J.T. Ready, unfurled a portrait of Adolf Hitler.

Ready – a dishonorably discharged ex-Marine – is a pretty good candidate to be the next NSM figure outed as an asset of the Feds. An ambulatory wad of cholesterol and bile, Ready looks like the unfortunate result of a genetic experiment combining the most unpleasant traits of Ernst Roehm and Chris Farley.

While certainly not telegenic, Ready has achieved a certain media prominence as a result of his candor in reciting the Nazi party line.

The sudden prominence of the NSM has been noted – with a detectable hint of gratitude – by left-collectivists eager to shoehorn resistance to the Obama Regime into a pre-determined narrative: Critics of the Blessed One and his administration are animated by concealed bigotry, according to this reading, whether they know it or not, and their rhetoric is creating an "atmosphere" of incipient violence that will engender domestic terrorism.

It should be remembered that the same tropes were put into play early in the last Democratic administration, just before the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing – a terrorist act for which disenchanted former federal employee Timothy McVeigh was executed, but was actually carried out with the help of "others unknown," including several federal assets connected to a bizarre little white supremacist commune known as Elohim City.

The Regime has gone to a great deal of trouble to keep the otherwise moribund White Power movement on life support. It's simply too useful as a political foil – and, occasionally, as an instrument of politically useful violence – for the Regime to let it die.

Witness Testimony Details Hal Turner’s FBI Role
Posted in Neo-Nazi by Sonia Scherr on December 2, 2009

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — With the FBI paying for his plane ticket, white supremacist Hal Turner flew to Brazil on behalf of the National Alliance because a Brazilian had offered to donate money to the neo-Nazi group, a government witness testified today.

As the government began presenting its case during the second day of Turner’s trial, testimony from several FBI agents provided a glimpse into Turner’s former role as a confidential informant known as “Valhalla.” The blogger and Internet radio host is charged with threatening to assault and murder three federal judges in Chicago.

Motivated partly by money, Turner provided intelligence on leaders of prominent white supremacist groups, including the National Alliance and Aryan Nations, according to Special Agent Amy Pickett, who supervised the FBI agent handling Turner during Turner’s first two years as an informant. In one instance, his reports led to the arrest and conviction of an Aryan Nations leader, she said. “His information was always valid and true; he gave very good information,” Pickett said. She did not elaborate on Turner’s excursion to Brazil in early 2005. But according to FBI documents filed in federal court, the trip allowed Turner to identify 12 people of interest to the FBI, including an Arab who talked about doing business with Turner in order to provide supplies to Iraqi insurgents.

Pickett testified that Turner was instructed — both on his first day as an informant and yearly thereafter — that he would not receive immunity from investigation, arrest or prosecution. Turner was not authorized to take part in criminal activity and was warned against doing so, she said. Striking at the heart of the defense’s argument, she said the FBI never asked Turner to engage in violent rhetoric against public officials.

Despite his purported value as an informant, Turner had an on-again, off-again relationship with the FBI. After the February 2005 murder of federal judge Joan Lefkow’s mother and husband at the judge’s home in Chicago, Turner took credit for inciting someone to kill her family and suggested that three other judges could be next. (As it turned out, the slayings were not connected to white supremacy.) When his handler asked Turner to remove a request for the home information of the three judges from his blog, Turner wrote a letter of resignation to the FBI, saying the bureau was using its relationship with him to meddle with his website. His handlers ceased contact with him, but they were sure he’d be back. “We didn’t think he could go that long without being an informant for the FBI,” said Pickett. Sure enough, Turner contacted the bureau and resumed serving as an informant in May 2005.

Turner was also admonished after he linked his blog to the home address of the primary witness at the trial of neo-Nazi leader Matt Hale, who was accused of soliciting the murder of Lefkow during a copyright trial involving his group, the World Church of the Creator. The day of Hale’s 2004 conviction, rival white supremacist Bill White posted what he thought was the home address of Tony Evola, who had served as a confidential informant in the Hale case and subsequently testified as the key witness at Hale’s trial, according to testimony from FBI special agent Sara Lopez. Turner removed the link from his blog at the urging of his FBI handler. (White, who after these events went on to join the neo-Nazi National Socialist Movement, and later to start his own American National Socialist Workers Party, is to be tried next week on charges of making threats over the Internet in a case that is remarkably similar to Turner’s.)

Turner was cooperative when agents came to his home on June 24 to execute a search warrant — his wife even made coffee that she offered the visitors — and sat down at his dining room table to talk about the posts he’d made earlier that month saying the judges “deserve to be killed.” “He said he intended no harm to anyone,” FBI Special Agent Mark Wallschlaeger testified. “He said he understood he’d be culpable if anyone hurt the judges based on his blog.”

As prosecutors worked to show that the government did not sanction Turner’s hateful posts, a New Jersey mayor was demanding that the FBI reimburse his city $80,000 to cover the cost of police overtime and other expenses associated with Turner’s November 2005 rally in Kingston, N.Y. Mayor James Sottile told The Daily Freeman that he decided to make the request after reading that Turner was serving as an FBI informant when the rally took place. “I think the FBI needs to be held accountable,” Sottile said. The FBI said it had not yet received the request.

The government will continue presenting evidence tomorrow.

I don’t feel bad for this guy. Not one bit. Him,Matt Hale and the rest of these hate-mongers. David Lane,I’m glad he died in the joint all alone. How could you hate someone because of the color of their skin? That is irrational. And people like “Hal from Jersey” and Matt Hale and Metzger they get others to do their dirty work. But at least Metzger is smart enough to keep just enough distance so as not to get arrested. It’s sad that there are several thousand kids out here who are going to get poisoned with this so-called “war”. RaHoWa? Please. If it hasn’t happend yet,it’s NOT. But sadly the cautionary tales of Hale and Turner and Lane and Matthews, etc do NOTHING to curtail the hate. I mean it starts out as something of a hobby. Yeah get a blog and post what you hate about another group of people you don’t know. Fine. It’s a free country. Blow off steam. But when it starts to get out of hand and people start taking ACTION and commit acts of violence and murder,it’s not a game anymore. . Hope it was worth it for your “race” Hale and Turner. I’m free living my life while people like you guys are eating nasty prison food and taking showers with 50 other smelly men. Lol! I’m GLAD and I hope they grab more of you so the rest of us RATIONAL folks can have some PEACE. And before anybody starts talking about why am I not naming any Black racists let me throw in the 5%ers and the Black Hebrew Israelites. And yes I am Black and I don’t like RACISTS. So let me also toss in La Voz de Aztlan and any other TRULY racist organizations.

Senator Feingold who held hearings to Restore the Rule of Law has called for a review of domestic intelligence activities and authorities. This is one more instance of what the FBI is doing. The Attorney General under Bush rescinded anti-COINTELPRO regulations. Bush himself through executive order put threw a massive classified surveillance operation. We are in a time when COINTELPRO is using organized gang stalking tactics in a psychological war on the same old targets as the COINTELPRO program of the 70’s and 80’s and nobody is making a peep (except Senator Feingold with his Report Card on the Obama Administrations policies) about this. George Bush and Cheney with their gag orders and state’s secret doctrine have put in place a Nazis-like surveillance operation that uses Citizen Stalkers and they have gotten away with it.

Jury deadlocked in case of North Bergen shock jock Hal Turner
Friday, December 4, 2009

http://media.northjersey.com/images/230*129/MC_8g700kgk.jpg
Hal Turner, second from left, arrives at Brooklyn Federal Court Friday morning for possible closing arguments.

BY MIKE KELLY

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Jurors in the trial of hate radio shock jock and former FBI informant Hal Turner of North Bergen were sent home Friday night after announcing they were “hopelessly deadlocked.”

U.S. District Court Judge Donald Walter ordered the jury to return Monday morning to resume deliberations on whether Turner, 47, broke the law against threatening judges when he wrote on his blog last June that three federal appeals court judges “deserved to be killed” for ruling in favor of a gun control ordinance.

If convicted, Turner, who built an audience in recent years of neo-Nazis and white supremacists with his extreme right-wing radio and blog tirades, could be sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The central issue in the case is whether Turner’s words alone constitute an illegal threat.

Prosecutors contend that Turner’s words were aimed to “impede,” “intimidate” and “retaliate” against the federal judges – all elements of a threat, they say. But Turner’s defense lawyers say Turner’s statement on his blog was merely his opinion as a shock jock and therefore protected as free speech under the First Amendment.

After initially deliberating only about two hours after lunch, the jury sent a note to Judge Walter at 3:20 p.m., saying that they were unable to reach a verdict – and probably would not be able to.

“We are hopelessly deadlocked,” Judge Walter said, reading the jury’s note on yellow legal paper. “Time will not change our vote.”

Walter summoned the jury into the courtroom and urged them to continue discussing the evidence.

“This is an important case,” Walter told the jurors. “This trial has been expensive in time and money.”

After another 90 minutes, Walter asked the jury if they wanted to continue deliberations later into the night. Jurors told the judge they wanted to go home and return on Monday.

But before they left, one juror wrote a note to the judge with a question about the central question of the case: whether Turner’s statement was a threat.

“If a man makes a verbal statement, I feel that’s opinion,” the juror wrote. “If it is put in writing and is public information, written, is he responsible?”

Sitting on the bench and asking defense and prosecution lawyers for advice, Walter sent back this response: “There is no legal distinction between oral and written.”

Moments later, the jury went home for the weekend.

Before his arrest last June, Turner worked from 2003 to 2007 as an FBI informant, gathering intelligence on the extremist groups who were attracted to his radio and blog. After the FBI canceled his informant’s status in August 2007, Turner remained in contact with the bureau passing on tips on various ultra-right-wing extremist groups.

Turner’s work as an FBI informant was the subject of an investigative report in last Sunday’s Record.

The trial, which was supposed to last as much as seven days, ended Thursday after less than two days of testimony.

On Friday morning, prosecution and defense attorneys presented final arguments to the jury of five white men, two white women, two black women, two Latino women and one Asian man.

In much the same style as their opening arguments, both sides portrayed Turner in decidedly opposite ways.

Assistant U.S. Attorney William Ridgeway said Turner’s blog posting that the federal appeals judges “deserved to be killed” was “undoubtedly a serious expression to inflict injury.”

Defense lawyer Nishay Sanan countered by comparing Turner to such shock jocks as Howard Stern and Don Imus.

“Giving your opinion is not a crime,” said Sanan of Turner’s blog posting that the judges “deserved to be killed.”

Besides free speech advocates, the trial is being watched closely by terrorism experts. Beginning in 2003, Turner worked secretly with FBI counter-terror agents in monitoring neo-Nazis, white supremacists and other extremists in America.

Hal Turner, Blogger Accused Of Making Death Threats Against Judges, Was FBI Informant

11/29/09 06:32 PM | AP

TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey blogger about to stand trial on charges he made death threats against federal judges apparently was paid by the FBI in its battle against domestic terrorism, according to a published report.

The Record of Bergen County reported Sunday that Hal Turner received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on neo-Nazis and white supremacist groups and was sent undercover to Brazil.

Turner also claims the FBI coached him to make racist, anti-Semitic and other threatening statements on his radio show, but the newspaper also found many federal officials were concerned that his audience might follow up on his violence rhetoric.

The newspaper reviewed numerous government documents, e-mails, court records and almost 20 hours of jailhouse interviews with Turner.

He goes on trial Tuesday in New York, accused of making death threats against three Chicago-based federal appeals judges after saying in Internet postings in June the judges "deserve to be killed" because they had refused to overturn handgun bans in Chicago and suburban Oak Park.

The postings included the photos and work addresses of the judges – Richard Posner, Frank Easterbrook, and William Bauer – along with a picture of the Dirksen Federal Courthouse in downtown Chicago and notations indicating the placement of "anti-truck bomb barriers."

Turner's FBI connections began in 2003 with the Newark-based Joint Terrorism Task Force and continued on and off until this year, according to the newspaper. He claims his postings and other inflammatory statements were part of an undercover operation to ferret out violent left-wing radicals.

His lawyer, Michael Orozco, has subpoenaed Chris Christie, the former U.S. Attorney for New Jersey and the state's governor-elect, to testify on Turner's behalf.
Story continues below

In an affidavit filed with the subpoena, Orozco says Christie knew of Turner's activities between 2002 and 2008 while Christie held his federal post. Orozco says Christie issued a letter saying he would not prosecute Turner for his statements.

It was not known whether Christie would be called to testify.

He said last week that he had not yet seen the subpoena, but said "any advice I gave as U.S. attorney regarding prosecutions is something I am not going to talk about publicly."

Federal prosecutors and FBI officials declined comment on Turner's claims.

"We do not comment on matters before the courts, and will not address Mr. Turner's allegations in the press," said Weysan Dun, who runs the FBI's Newark field office.

Turner said he feels double-crossed by the bureau after his June arrest.

But other documents show federal agents growing more anxious about his extremist views while valuing his ties to right-wing hate groups, the newspaper said. It noted one memo that stated Turner "has proven highly reliable and is in a unique position to provide vital information on multiple subversive domestic organizations."

In a separate case, Turner was charged with "inciting injury to persons" for urging blog readers to "take up arms" against Connecticut lawmakers who proposed legislation to give Roman Catholic lay members more control over parish finances.

What is strange is that just 10 or 15 years ago, Dr. Pierce used to opine about then President Bill Clinton in similar ways. "Clinton deserves to be ..." because of his "treason" and so forth. Pierce must have opined in that manner dozens of times in his past broadcasts and if you look hard enough at those broadcast on-line, you probably can still find them.

What's the deal with that? Have the laws changed that much in the past 10 or 15 years. And what was the purpose of expressing such opinions?

Also, don't neo-con talk radio hosts say that people who doubt the government's position on 9-11 "deserve to be killed." Is that an opinion or a threat?

Saying that someone deserves to die is different than calling upon your minions to kill them. The former is an opinion....the latter is an invitation.

Example:

"Hal Turner deserves to die slowly...locked alone in a cage while a large hungry rat slowly feeds off his fat body."

...or...

"Hal Turner deserves to be hung by his neck until dead from the tallest flagpole in town as an example to what happens to informants."

In these two statements, I'm merely expressing my feelings and opinion. I'm certainly not asking anyone to do these horrible things and am much too civilized myself to even wish them upon him.

In all honesty, what Hal Turner deserves is a nice long prison sentence, during which, gangs of gigantic buck niggers line up to execute the gay butt train on doughboy's plump-and-juicy, traitor-ass.

This is what I hope happens to Hal "they throw money at this stuff" Turner.

Terrible Tommy remarked years ago that Turner had a big mouth and it was likely to get himself into trouble. TT had kinda seen the then-retreating limits of free speech years ago with his Portland trial, where he was found liable in a civil lawsuit for expressing an opinion on an event which occurred in Oregon while he was not even living in that state.

How right Tommy was! The most visible agents will have the biggest mouths and be the biggest encouragers.

The real action on the street will instead be done by one or maybe two people or so, and it will be of such a nature that both before and afterwards, the participants will be able to blend into the crowd, not draw a lot of attention to themselves and generally not stick out like a sore thumb. The action will be direct and will never be spoken of after the fact. Modern revolutionaries will be seen in business suit and not a brownshirt, and they most certainly won't carry on blabbing and yapping like the Hal Turner's of the world.

As soon as the TV goes off for the last time, and the beer in the fridge is all gone, I have a funny feeling that ZOG will have more than a little bit of trouble on their hands fending off the righteous wrath of the populace they have so frequently and severely betrayed.

The dude was/is a classic con artist. Pulling off the WNist con is always inherently risky, though.

If he was smart, he could have made some serious bank focusing exclusively on patriotard issues.

Or UFOs.

Lots of money in UFOs.

Grandmother Elizabeth, in her 70's, would sign over her SSI check to Hal Turner and encourage other listeners to give money. Her husband Artie Wheeler, also a HT supporter, was arrested a few years back for having a weapons cache and "conspiracy to start a race war" or some nonsense like that. Reportedly, Turner was the only other person who knew of the Wheeler's weapons cache.

I would be very interested to hear the Wheelers' take on this matter.

He was the NA member whose house got raided for weapons, after a visit
by Hal Turner months earlier. Hal Turner is the only person besides
Artie and his wife who had knowledge of the weapons that Artie had.

Hal Turner - known informant and scam artist with close ties to Jews,
including being a campaign manager of a Jew who ran for Governor of
New Jersey, Murray Sabrin. He became an informant in 2002 when he was
offered a deal, go to prison for solictation of murder of Magube in
africa or hand over the names, addresses, credit card numbers of his
callers and donors. Hal chose the latter, to hand over personal
information to keep out of prison. His latest victim is an old man
from Baltimore, Lovelle "artie" Wheeler, who was Turner's biggest
supporter along with his wife "Elizabeth" that Hal sang like a bird to
the feds when Artie bragged about his illegal arms factory in the

Jeezus, robbing little old ladies SSI checks. And then possibly ratting out her husband to the feds cuz he owned some guns. If I think real hard I can come up with something lower than this but at the moment I'm drawing a blank.

So what does everyone think? Turner get convicted or no?

According to the article the jury is hopelessly deadlocked. Halvin will probably walk. The feds could of course attempted to retry him but don't bet on it. They have enough egg on their face over this little fracas as it is. I think Turner will get off with nothing more than a large attorney bill.

Brazilian Newspaper Cries "Foul" Over FBI Operative Hal Turner

Sao Paolo, Brazil -- This Sunday, the largest newspaper in Brazil will be running a major front-page story about the continuing U.S. criminal case involving radio host Hal Turner. According to sources with knowledge of the pending story, the Brazilian version of the New York Times will report this week that the United States sent ". . . . an American spy, Hal Turner . . . . to spy on Brazilians."

As reported by "The Record" newspaper of New Jersey two weeks ago, Turner was a highly trained intelligence operative for the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force. During a three month investigation, the newspaper revealed it had seen government documents, e-mails, reviewed court records proving that Turner was, in fact, working for the FBI since at least the year 2003, but other government documents reveal Turner was with FBI since 1993.

Among the revelations by the newspaper, Turner was sent overseas by the FBI. One country specifically named in the newspaper was Brazil, where Turner uncovered a plot to ship non-military goods to the Iraqi-resistance who are battling US troops in Iraq.

While some doubted initial media reports that Turner was anything more than a paid informant for the FBI, eyebrows were raised by testimony given by an FBI official during Turner's trial.

Last week during trial in federal court, FBI Supervising Special Agent Amy Pickett, the third highest ranking FBI Official in New York City, took to the witness stand and stunned the courtroom when she testified "Hal Turner dealt with national security; the national security of the United States." She went on to testify that Turner "dealt with things that affected a lot of people" and applauded Turner as being "highly reliable" and an intelligence operative whose information was "very accurate." Pickett testified "When he [Turner] said something was going to happen, it did. . . . . ."

According to sources in Brazil, the Brazilian newspaper expects their story to cause a national scandal in that country because the Brazilian government was not told that the U.S. was sending a "spy" to their country. It is expected that Brazil will file a formal protest with the U.S. State Department, decrying the fact that the US Government sent "a spy" to Brazil to "spy on Brazilian citizens."

This blog will provide a link to the Brazilian newspaper story once it is published.

FAMILY OPINION

The ironic part of this entire affair is that none of this had to come out. If it wasn't for the fact that Assistant U.S. Attorney William Hogan and William Ridgway in Chicago were so hell bent on prosecuting an opinion as though it were a threat, none of Hal's information would now be a public spectacle.

When Hal was first arrested, he did not divulge his role with FBI publicly. Instead, Hal's attorney, Michael Orozco, disclosed the information privately to Assistant US Attorney Judson Willsy at Turner's first Bail Hearing in Newark NJ the day after the arrest. Willsy seemed aghast at the notion that Hal could ever have been with the FBI and told Orozco "That's bullshit; Hal Turner has no credibility."

Denied bail, Hal still remained totally silent about his role with FBI, figuring it would take the government time to figure things out and that all would be fixed by the time Hal was extradited to Chicago. He stayed quiet, in jail, for 30 days.

Stunningly, when Hal got to Chicago on July 28. . . . . . more than thirty days after his arrest. . . . . Assistant U.S. Attorney William Hogan persisted in the lie that Hal was dangerous to the community.

Hogan demanded that Hal be remanded without bail even though by that time, records prove that Hogan knew that Hal had been with the FBI for years.

Apparently Hogan perpetuated the lie that Hal was dangerous because Hogan is incapable of admitting he made a terrible mistake bringing this case!

Now that the case against Hal has resulted in a mistrial, with a jury deadlocked 9 not guilty to 3 guilty, even more details of Hal Turner's intelligence operations for the FBI are likely to come out. As we will soon see with Brazil, the scandals and fallout from such revelations will have an effect on the US Government.

We, Hal's family can tell you, there is a lot that will come out. It wasn't just Brazil where Hal had overseas dealings. In fact, Hal had dealings with officials from Great Britain, the British National Party and even members of the European Parliament -- all as part of his role with the FBI.

In addition, Hal performed work for an agent - who will be publicly named - from the Central Intelligence Agency; and was tasked by CIA to do something that would ultimately affect the outcome of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon 19 months later!

Yes, things are going to get pretty dicey when Hal's trial starts anew on March 1 in Brooklyn. Just remember that none of this had to come out if it wasn't for the U.S. Attorneys office in Chicago who are misrepresenting an opinion as a threat and who are too arrogant to admit they made a mistake or to let go.

To impress his Fed handlers and keep the money rolling in, what Hal did was SERIOUSLY embellish his and other's stories.

For instance, he said he went to Foz do Iguaçu where the Lebanese Christians have a strong presence, as well as the CIA. He also said he was SENT there by the FBI. In fact he was invited at an Elmwood Park meeting since he was the only one in the room to raise his hand when the invitation was made back in late 2004. Some 30 attendees can attest to that fact.

Foz is a 3 town wide flea market with armed militia patrolling to protect the "purchasers". Any sort of contraband, weaponry and illegal goods can be bought there and the CIA presence is because large sums of cash are transferred there to bin Laden types. Hal in fact NEVER went there, but it certainly impressed his handlers.

He said there was $1,000,000 American to be given to White Nationalists in the USA and that the donation was cancelled because he was not accompanied by a White Supremacist. In fact, he was accompanied by Tripp Henderssen from NJ. Tripp, who has several homes there, and put together a group at the request of Dr. William Pierce in 2000. What the matter was about is, on April 20th of each year we hold a full regalia parade down the street where Martin Drewes lives.

In 2004 we wanted to donate at the parade R$1.000.000,00 BRASILIAN DOLLARS, which at the time was approximately $400,000 American, to the National Alliance. Erich Gliebe, for personal reasons, declined to go. Numerous others were invited. No one accepted.

Since no one wanted the money badly enough to make the voyage, Tripp kept the money and bought his daughter a home. None of this had anything to do with Turner and the matter was settled 10 months before Turner ever heard of Brasil.

Now, let's look at the damage done by scumbag, faggot, drug addict Turner, some of which came out in FBI testimony at his trial and some of which came out in news briefs posted by his attorneys as damage control for Hal:

-Approximately 30 White Nationalists arrested since 2002.
-One still in jail in Oregon.
-He ratted out Ron Edwards of the IKA for something he was allegedly planning to accomplish. He also told them how the IKA was trying to protect their property from the SPLC lawsuit. For God's Sake, he broke bread with Ron!!
-He caused the Fed raid on Tripp's home in July, 2007.
-He initiated a two year joint FBI/Policia Federal investigation of White Nationalists in Brasil and of the Sociedade Ārabe Brasileira there, our Christian brothers in arms against Israel.
-He ratted out Pastor Jay Faber and others for something.

For sure there is much more, as Hal became the most virulent Nationalist on the scene and garnered much trust. In 2007 his informant connection began to unravel when antifas and channers hacked his email account, exposing his letters written to his FBI handlers.

Hal has seriously jeopardized the sanctuary of his wife and son. Word on the street is that two Turkish Brasileiros were up in Jersey about 3 weeks ago regarding Hal. There may not be one American with the balls to kill him, but the Arabs, well, that's another story. They are deadly and violent.

Nuff said, for now.

"I was not some street snitch," insists Turner. "I was a deep undercover intelligence operative." He demands recognition of that distinction with the same desperate desire for dignity displayed by any other whore who seeks to upgrade his or her job description with a more refined title.

Pretty well sums it up.

"The audience loves the rip-roaring radio psycho," Turner boasted in an e-mail to the FBI. "They literally throw money at it. Just be confident that the personality you hear (or hear about) on radio is not real life. I have zero intention of doing anything stupid."

The Roman Emperors staged a much more entertaining circus than our squeaky clean FBI frat boys. The rubes of the day got to watch lions ripping limbs off Christians and tigers pouncing on hapless Negroes. Here, in the land of ever diminishing expectations, we're stuck with a sad imitation of a second rate dog and pony show. I warned people about Hal as soon as I heard him advocating violence. I tried to get Jimmy Leshkevic to avoid him, and Jimmy acknowledged privately that Hal was a loose cannon, but Hal was "Johnny on the Spot," when Jimmy wanted to have his rally at Kingston.

I also warned people to stay away from Bill White, though I don't think Bill White is a fed, just insane.

I think Bill White might be an MK-Ultra victim, and I'm not joking. He was in a mental hospital as a youth, and he lived in Virginia, the same state as Langley CIA HQ. Who knows?

FSP: FBI Sent Bait for Hate to Haití Não É Aqui

Exit polls show Chávez referendum victory. But Chávez had already conceded quote your shitty little victory end-quote by then. O Globo was worse: CHÁVEZ WON BY CHEATING! (Hugo lost.)

The Bergen Record newspaper in New Jersey reviewed Mr. Turner’s court documents and found the FBI had admonished Mr. Turner in July 2007 for his rhetoric and “the potential of it inciting acts of violence” but continued to use him. The FBI also paid Mr. Turner to meet with a wealthy, white supremacist in Brazil.

An item today from the Sunday Folha de S. Paulo tends to reinforce the deep prejudice of every New Yorker: that New Jersey is a mobbed-up banana republic — run out of the Bing of Tony Soprano and Co. –where we are frightened to set foot. (I have ridden PATH exactly twice in 13 years.)

The item also reflects on the quality of journalism at the often-ridiculed FSP.

The local fishwrap presents information that is readily available in the public domain as <based on secret sources>.

Eu, hein? (Roughly, <pull the other one.>

This story was broken by 419 news sources (Google News results) on November 30, 2009. Two weeks ago.

And the FSP is regurgitating it as a red-hot scoop involving investigative reporting of the most romantic kind.

Eu, hein? (Roughly, <there is one born every minute>.

The FBI … helped bankroll a visit to Brazil of a white-supremacist radio personality and blogger from New Jersey as bait designed to attract and identify Brazilian extremist groups who oppose the U.S., according to persons who had access to U.S. government documents.

According to the dozens of other journalists — I can make a list of their bylines if you like — who covered the trial of this FBI informant code-named <Valhalla> and requested copies from the court clerk. (I bet you can even download them from the Internet for a minimal fee to cover court expenses.)

Hal Turner, 47, traveled to Curitiba, Paraná, in 2005, where he represented himself as leader of the National Alliance, one of the largest white-supremacist groups in the U.S. There, he met with a Brazilian sympathizer, with whom he allegedly discussed a US1$ million donation to the cause, as well as a representative of the Brazilian-Arab Society.

There are Syrio-Lebanese restaurants in this town to absolutely die for.

Former mayor Paulo (rouba mas faz!) Maluf is a dual Brazilian-Lebanese citizen.

And so on. I am always amused by those who wonder why Brazil thinks it has a stake in the Middle East peace process. It has huge Jewish and Arab populations. The first synagogue in the New World was built here.

De acordo com tais documentos, Turner e o representante árabe discutiram um plano para mandar US$ 10 milhões em ajuda não militar para membros da resistência iraquiana anti-EUA.

According to said documents, Turner and the Arab representative discussed a plan to send US$10 million in military aid to members of the Iraq anti-U.S. resistance.

Segundo relatou à Folha uma fonte familiarizada com o caso, o representante teria dito a Turner que ajudaria a “fazer qualquer coisa que possa sabotar os EUA”.

As a source familiar with the case told the Folha, the Arab representative supposedly told Turner he would help to <do anything that might undermine the U.S.>

<As an anonymous source said … supposedly>. Two locutions that do not belong in the same sentence in worthwhile reporting. It seems to imply you ran the factoid without factoid-checking it with other sources.

Also, this was in the testimony given in open court.

Transcripts freely available.

A reportagem apurou que o representante a que se referem os documentos é o sírio naturalizado brasileiro Mouthi Ibrahim, presidente da Sociedade Árabe Brasileira.

The Folha discovered that the representative referred to in the documents was naturalized Brazilian citizen of Syrian origin Mouthi Ibrahim, president of the SAB.

Sought for comment by the Folha in Curitiba, he confirms the meeting but vehemently denies the reports of its content. According to Ibrahim, Turner said merely that he wanted to establish a branch of the National Alliance in Brazil and was looking for support from the local Arab community. The Brazilian said he did not agree with the ideas of the American because they were highly racist.

The hush-hush nature of the sourcing in this report in unbearably stupid and unnecessary, by the way.

Why? Because these facts were testified to in open court a week or so ago and reported widely in the local, regional and national press.

Hatewatch, for example (of the Southern Poverty Law Center), on December 2, 2009:

A mistrial was declared in the prosecution of Turner on December 7, 2009.

Man, what a shithead Hal was.. I guess he didn't feel any guilt when he took that to the bankThat could have also been a shill caller, someone not really handing over their whole check but simply shaming others into handing over their money.

"Gee, if that old lady can give her whole check, the least I can do is $20."

He abused his listeners for sending him hardly any money when in fact they were sending him large amounts. And the whole time he was drawing big checks from the FBI. Now he's kicking back with one of his fat cigars, big-smirking at a world full of fools.

I don't think Turner was being honest when he said that none of the racial attitudes expressed were his. He was working for the FBI from either 2003 or 2002 at the earliest. He had already been doing his solo radio show for a couple of years before the FBI hired him.

Evidently he did intensify his rhetoric at their urging.

Sometime before 2003, somebody pointed out to me that Hal Turner's number of online listeners was displayed on his Shoutcast page, and the number displayed there even during Turner's own show was usually less than 250 and never as high as 400. (I mentioned this to Shaun Walker, who was spending National Alliance money to buy time for his and David Pringle's NA Live from Turner, but he didn't believe it.) Meanwhile Turner was charging people for time on "the Turner Broadcasting Network" based on the claim that tens of thousands were listening.

I don't know what his numbers actually are, but I wouldn't believe anything he said without verifying it. These servers will not allow massive numbers of simultaneous listeners unless you're paying a lot of money. The way the pros generally do it is through podcast downloads. I was predicting that about Bill White several years ago: How I was able to walk in and take over the White Nationalist movement.

After reading all of this about Turner's connection to the FBI has to make one wonder. I mean, I will readily admit I listened to Hal's broadcast purely for entertainment (there was some pertinent info, you just had to sift through a lot of bullshit) I was even chastised by Von Bluvens (I think on this forum) for just wanting to be entertained. But hell, how do take a guy seriously when he claims that skin heads caused an earthquake in South America. Or then there was the time he claimed to have paid for a plane to fly over a New York Immigration rally with a banner that read "Go home beaners." Even If he really spent his own hard earned money (sucked from white nationalists or FBI) why waste time with something so stupid??? What would It accomplish? And then there was the code 55 (those who know what it means know what to do and those who don't need not bother.) When do I get my decoder ring and a chance to play with the big boys? My point being, is the FBI really that dumb??? Hal never inspired me to do anything. On the contrary, I began to doubt the intelligence of anyone who was sucked into attending one of his rallys. Hal was/is a fat little man comedy act. I'll admit that he is good at it! But he is no leader! He certainly is not in the same rank as Doctor Pierce or George Lincoln Rockwell. They were leaders, Hal Turner is only a wannabe. And the FBI paid $100,000 for his services. My impression of the FBI dropped down about five or six notches. These guys must be really dumb, I just can't emphasize this enough.

A libertarian (negro) actually posted my comment. Will wonders never cease. Because he's black, he's protected against charges of racism, unlike DeCoster and the rest of the freedom-lovin' fraidycats.

The government plot isn't to divide races, it's to force them together against their will in order to destroy the Normal White America for which the judeo-left harbors a genocidal hatred.

White men don't want to live around niggers. Never have, never will. Grigg ideology prevents him from respecting that obvious fact.

Anybody even superficially familiar with what I've written would recognize that I've never supported social engineering in any form -- whether through forced association ("integration") or divide-and-conquer.

One of the ironies of our situation is that the Regime ruling us can carry out both varieties of manipulation simultaneously.

On the other hand, I've consistently supported secession and other forms of voluntary dissociation, whether individually or through communities of shared interest.

Not being white, I wouldn't presume to speak on behalf of "Normal White America." Most white people I know, however, aren't incurably handicapped by ethnic insecurity, as "white power" collectivists would insist.

[I now left this comment, which must be approved. His comments in, uh, black.]

Anybody even superficially familiar with what I've written would recognize that I've never supported social engineering in any form -- whether through forced association ("integration") or divide-and-conquer.

I didn't say you supported those things. You're against them, per your ideology, and what's more, I accept that you actually believe what you say you believe, which is not always the case with people writing about politics. Libertarians are typically too scared to write the truth about race, or even allow comments touching on that truth on their website - Karen DeCoster is one of a dozen examples. You dare to allow my comment because you have the protection of being black, so you can't be called racist for allowing the entertainment of certain facts.

One of the ironies of our situation is that the Regime ruling us can carry out both varieties of manipulation simultaneously.

True, but what matters is your repeating the patriotard NWO line and lie fed gulping goobers by snakeoil men like Alex Jones that races are only divided because of the government. You know well that without government, races wouldn't mix. Not much, anyway. And you might also know that would be best for both of our peoples - altho you, as one of the 'talented twentieth' would suffer compared to the other 19.

On the other hand, I've consistently supported secession and other forms of voluntary dissociation, whether individually or through communities of shared interest.

I believe you. But we both know that not one in 100 blacks will buy your libertarian arguments if it means giving up his welfare check. Mencken said Americans would choose a Ford over the Constitution every time - and he meant 100-IQ whites. How much worse for 85-IQ blacks. No, what's good for Whites, my concern, is complete and utter disassociation from blacks and the jews who sicced them on us.

Not being white, I wouldn't presume to speak on behalf of "Normal White America." Most white people I know, however, aren't incurably handicapped by ethnic insecurity, as "white power" collectivists would insist.

Ah, your inner liberal comes out. Do you realize that 85% of relocating Whites move to a Whiter area that the one they left? Are they all insecure, as you say? Or is their a better word for leaving the violence, noise and general stupidity that accompany 'minority,' particularly black and Mexican, influx? Are you, like DeCoster, going to tell me that Detroit is a product of statism rather than Africans?

I feel sorry for you, Herr Grigg. But not enough not to ship you back to Africa if I had the chance. With all due respect to your individual achievements, of course. As one who has been tripped, hopped on and ground into the asphalt by piggitos, I appreciate your reporting on the taserific set.

Where are the decapitations, shown on live TV and remote control aircraft slamming into buildings? We're paying billions of dollars to Homeland Security and the FBI and this is the best they can come up with? Hal Turner working for National Security? We should be watching dancing Israelis being waterboarded, live, on Reality TV programs. Where's the fear and loathing? [Another long comment I left since he asked my cop story]

Herr Grigg -

I'm a White nationalist. You can google my name.

We held a rally in Knoxville in 2007 to protest the jew-commie civil rights laws that loosed niggers genocidally on white folks. In this particular case the blacks had viciously raped, tortured and murdered a young white couple, Channon Christian and Chris Newsom. The nigs who did this are now on trial. Three or four of them have been convicted; I think only one has got the death penalty. The story finally made CNN after our protest.

The interesting thing from your perspective concerns freedom. I did NOT apply for a permit to hold the rally. The cops acted as though I had. By cops, I mean Knox blues, FBI, TBI. Multiple meetings were held by these guys to figure how to deal with us, even though we were but a few dozen. They were there in hundreds, up in sky, on roof, milling about, all with cameras, guns. They roped off the free speech area, as they usually do at WN rallies.

I declined to enter their metal detector and into the ziploc bag, from which the public couldn't hear me. I walked, instead, down the middle of the street to confront the antis. Who were dressed as clowns, in wedding gowns. These were a bunch of idiotic white commies. They saw me and set up a howl. I was laughing at them and yelling back. But I was in a restricted zone - altho they were letting antis/leftists and others go thru there, at least some of them.

They responded to my walking-in-forbidden-zone-lifting-up-sign by coming up behind me, tripping me, jumping on me, headlocking me in the way its illegal to do in LA becuz niggers die from it, and, rather cleverly, instead of punching me, simply ground my head into the asphalt, busting my lip, causing me to bleed. Then they threw me in the paddy wagon. Processed me, threw me in jail until midnight. Charged me with four separate misdemeanors, all basically for the same thing.

Understand that I am descended from revolutionary warriors on both sides. English side fought with Ethan Allen in Vermont, German side fought with Washington's group. So, I did not feel, with this history and lacking criminal record, I should be prevented from going where I needed to go to deliver my free speech.

However, and the ACLU did not answer my request for help on this point, it is a settled issue, apparently: the courts have determined that the cops can essentially do whatever they want to create a secure environment, and the courts say this does not infringe on free speech. It does, though. The practical meaning of the court's backing the cops is that anybody against the system gets herded into a tiny, far-away enclosure where they can't interact with the public at all. By contrast, if you're a pedophile or queer in San Francisco, you can fuck in public at the Folsom Street Fair, and the cops won't do a goddam thing except look the other way, even when little kids are around.

Here's the story with picture about my arrest:

http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2007/may/27/police-arrest-organizer-at-rally-against/

BTW, after I was arrested, Hal Turner, our other main speaker, spoke from the courthouse steps. He is an excellent free-air speaker, altho he was never anybody most of us trusted.

I ended up pleading guilty to resisting arrest, somewhat with pride. The other misdemeanors were erased - one of them because I paid $250 to the cop who assaulted me so that he could fix his broken camera. I cannot overemphasize, and I know you and others who have been harassed will agree, how fucking annoying it is to have blue-pigs multiply bogus accusations, particularly when THEY are the ones guilty of what they are charging you - namely, assault. It is unfortunate that the COPS mentality is so strong among average Americans, but your writing is, I hope, bringing a few of these authoritarians to their senses.

Bottom line - I believe in a racially homogenous state - a racial dictatorship combined with libertarian microstates underneath. A system that truly befits a white man. The White is for the state defense umbrella; the microstate is for the man. So, I pay very close attention to the things you LRC types write, I just am unwilling to throw away the evidence of my senses and pretend, per pure ideology, that anybody but white people are able to bring about anything anywhere near the kind of state and society you libertarians advocate.

Anyway, thanks for your work, and keep it up. I always find it ironic that they call me a "Nazi" even though I'm not, but I allow more free commentary at my forum than 99% of libertarians do. I don't fear to write about libertarianism, but libertarians generally do fear to write about race. Ron Paul, running from words in his own newsletter, being the perfect example.

I use Herr just to be ironic an funny, but yes, I mean it. I wouldn't call you a nigger because you're not a nigger. I only use nigger for for real niggers, i.e., most blacks, but not all. But that doesn't mean, as I said, I wouldn't deport the talented twentieth along with the dangerous-violent-stupid nineteen. I would. Of course, I don't have the power to deport anybody right now.

BTW, I testified earlier this week at the Bill White trial. You might look into that if you're into free speech stuff - his case is basically a test of how far one can go, and whether the feds can curtail speech by expanding the definition of "true threat." I only mention it because some of the stuff he's tried for involves his dispute with colored columnist Leonard Pitts, than whom genuine NS Bill White is about 15x smarter. Pitt had written "cry me a river" in response to my group getting outraged over the crimes committed by the abovementioned niggers in Knoxville, virtually all of whom had criminal backgrounds similar to the nigger who just killed the four cops up in Seattle. So it ties in. Anyway, I enjoy your stuff, and link to some of it on my forum thread, "Pigs Pigging Piggily." Didn't mean to make such a long post, but I think it's relevant.

No, he coordinated the NSM rally in Orlando and did a nice job of it, too. He worked hand in hand with Bill White. White said at the time of his "out coming" that if Gletty had been an FBI plant, it was one of the nicest things the FBI had ever done for NS. I would think that Bill feels somewhat differently about it now.

The lesson here, I believe, is that even potentially good men can be turned with money. None of us are born predestined to be honorable or dishonorable; but how we behave minute by minute will determine this.

We are somewhat predisposed by our genes to work on behalf of our race, but those drives are more or less strong in any one of us and can be overridden by outside influences.

We all need to be certain everyday that whatever we do, whatever we say, works to benefit our race and kin. It is all too easy to seek out short term gain at the expense of long term good.

Meet the FBI Operative Who Threatened My Life and Gov-Elect Christie, His Alleged Enabler
On 12.18.09, By Max

http://static.crooksandliars.com/files/uploads/2009/06/Hal%20Turner%20mugshot_d4a80.jpg
Hal Turner: neo-Nazi hate merchant, key FBI asset.

On December 7, neo-Nazi hate radio impresario Hal Turner walked out of a Brooklyn courtroom a free man. Charged by federal prosecutors with incitement for urging his listeners to kill three judges who issued rulings supporting gun control, Turnerescaped conviction when the jury deadlocked, forcing the judge to declare a mistrial. However, Turner will return to trial soon in Brooklyn and in Connecticut, where he faces state charges for telling his followers to “take up arms” against state lawmakers who voted to give Catholic lay members more control over church finances.

The trials of Turner might not have invited any media interest had he been another lone wolf howling into the night about the swarthy evildoers supposedly destroying America. After all, white supremacists across the country are persistently prosecuted for activities ranging from criminal littering to murder. But Turner has been an insider both in the New Jersey GOP and in a controversial federal anti-terror program designed to “flush out” violent far-right plots, making him a treasure trove of information on the many prominent Republicans he has associated with over the years. These characters include Turner’s former friend Sean Hannity, who allegedly counseled him on overcoming his cocaine habit and homosexual urges, and New Jersey Governor-elect Chris Christie, whose alleged involvement with Turner may result in the first scandal of his term.

A former moving company manager and real estate agent from North Bergen, NJ, Turner broke into radio when he purchased a time slot on an eclectic short wave station in 2003. He quickly cultivated a small but loyal following of white supremacists, making his show a key hub for an amorphous and violent movement guided by the philosophy of “leaderless resistance.” His formula was simple: discarding the racial code language familiar to mainstream conservative radio jocks in favor of hysterical diatribes against “bull dyke lesbians,” “hook-nosed Jews,” “savage Negroes,” and “filthy mongrels.” Turner’s official website described him as “so far to the right he makes Rush Limbaugh look like a liberal and Sean Hannity seem like a girlie-man!”

Turner consolidated his extreme profile by consistently urging the assassination of any liberal who offended him, from President Barack Obama to an array of lowly circuit court judges to this writer. Indeed, Turner declared me fair game after my 2005 report for the Nation Magazine about his friendship with Fox News personality Sean Hannity resurfaced during the 2008 presidential primary campaign.

“I am perfectly willing to use force and violence against my enemies while Sean Hannity and others are not,” Turner proclaimed in an internet posting in March 2008. “Those using me as a prop to attack Sean Hannity would do well to remember this fact. Rest assured I will remember them when the opportunity presents itself; especially as it pertains to that douche bag sodomite Max Blumenthal for the falsehoods and total trash he wrote about me in ‘The Nation‘ magazine.”

I might have ignored Turner’s warning as I do the hate-laden diatribes and death threats I routinely receive in my public email in-box from deranged far-right fanatics. However, Turner targeted me at approximately the same time that rumors were reverberating across the internet about his employment as an informant by the Federal Bureau of Investigations. This led me to wonder if his call for “force and violence” against me was approved or even encouraged by the FBI, and raised disturbing questions about the degree to which the FBI had guided his extreme behavior.

On January 1, 2008, two unidentified hackers confronted Turner about several messages they had filched from his blog server that revealed collaboration between him and FBI agents on an effort to “flush out a possible crazy.” Neither Turner nor the FBI would deny the charges, lending credence to the hackers’ accusations and raising disturbing questions about FBI tactics — the Bureau appeared to be trivializing the lives of the private citizens Turner was inciting his followers to kill.

“This is clearly over the line,” James Nolan, a professor of sociology and former unit chief in the FBI’s Crime Analysis, Research and Development Unit, told the Southern Poverty Law Center in 2008. “Informants may be involved in drugs, and you overlook that because of the greater good. However, these are viable threats — they could be carried out — that the FBI clearly knows about. I want to see the FBI stop it.”

During his trial for incitement, Turner confessed to having been trained by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force and to working for them from 2002 to 2008 as a paid informant. Turner’s lawyer, Michael Orozco, claimed the FBI had funneled up to $100,000 per year into Turner’s bank account, and that FBI memos described him as “irreplaceable.” According to FBI records, Turner was a key asset. Besides infiltrating white supremacist groups, the Bureau sent Turner to Brazil to investigate a plot to send assistance to Iraqi resistance fighters. “I was a deep undercover intelligence operative,” Turner claimed to reporters.

To bolster Turner’s case, Orozco attempted to subpoena New Jersey Governor-elect and former US Attorney Chris Christie. Orozco alleged that during his term as US Attorney, Christie was made aware of Turner’s employment by the FBI, offered the bureau legal guidance regarding Turner’s activities, and ultimately signed a letter promising not to prosecute Turner. On November 24, Christie told a reporter he had never received Orozco’s subpoena. However, he refused to answer questions about his knowledge of Turner’s involvement with the FBI.

Turner’s alleged association with Christie has brought his career full circle. Indeed, before Turner was a neo-Nazi hate merchant, he was a leading activist in the New Jersey Republican Party. Turner first entered politics as the Northern New Jersey coordinator for Pat Buchanan’s 1992 presidential campaign. He was an aggressive self-promoter who became a favored caller to the radio show of conservative talker Bob Grant, which was broadcast by ABC’s flagship station, New York City’s WABC. Grant’s diatribes against African-Americans and immigrants landed him in hot water with his sponsors, leading eventually to his firing and replacement in 1996 by Hannity, who called Grant one of his mentors.

Now, Hannity was eagerly fielding calls from Turner, who announced himself on-air as “Hal from North Bergen.” During an August 1998 episode of the show, Turner reminded Hannity that were it not for the graciousness of the white man, “black people would still be swinging on trees in Africa.”

Instead of rebuking Turner or cutting him off, Hannity continued to welcome his calls. On December 10 of the following year, Turner called Hannity’s show to announce his campaign to run for a seat in the US House of Representatives from New Jersey, and to attack his presumptive opponent, Democratic Representative Robert Menendez, as a “left-wing nut.”

Turner and Hannity soon developed an unusual off-air relationship. In 1998 Hannity received an anonymous e-mail linking to an AOL discussion board on which Turner had allegedly confessed to a cocaine problem and alluded to past homosexual trysts. Turner (or someone claiming to be Turner) wrote in an August 4, 1998, Google discussion forum that Hannity called him to clear the air: “Just last week, Sean phoned me at home from his job at FOX News to continue a conversation we’d begun earlier while he was at WABC,” Turner wrote. “Sean advised that one of you sensitive souls sent him an e-mail about ‘revelations I had made’ here on the internet. He told me it was obviously and [sic] attempt to ‘poison the water.’” Turner went on: “I told him that I’ve done things I’m not proud of, and had dark times in my life; and those experiences helped shape the way I live todaythe right way. He [Hannity] laughed and commented that he knew the feeling.” Turner added that such chats with Hannity were “not unusual,” often occurring while Hannity held his calls during commercial breaks.

But Turner and Hannity’s relationship collapsed in 2000 after the Hudson County Republican Party endorsed Turner’s primary challenger, Theresa De Leon, an accomplished businesswoman and dark-skinned Latina. “I had never judged people on their race, not prior to that point,” Turner recalled in a February 23, 2003, article in the Bergen County Record. “And there I was, on the receiving end — in America — of a decision that I wasn’t good enough because I was a white male.” Turner finished last in the primary, just as Hannity was hitting his stride as a major Fox News personality. When WABC’s screeners began blocking Turner’s calls, he realized he was no longer of use to Hannity. Almost immediately, he turned to shortwave radio, neo-Nazi politics, and apparently, the FBI.

Unfortunately for Hannity, he could not live down his former friendship with Turner. Their relationship became a campaign issue when Hannity hosted New Black Panther Party leader Malik Zulu Shabbaz on Fox’s “Hannity and Colmes” during the Democratic presidential primary, in March 2008. Hannity’s intention was to embarrass Obama by prodding Shabazz to discuss his endorsement of the candidate as well as Obama’s supposed “association” with Louis Farrakhan. But Shabazz threw Hannityon the defensive by referencing his own association with Turner. “A neo-Nazi, you backed his career,” Shabazz bellowed.

Hannity struggled with his response. He initially denied knowing Turner at all then insisted Turner had been banned from his radio show ten years before. (In fact, Hannity had banned Turner in 2003). Finally, Hannity proclaimed, “That is an absolute, positive, lie and you’ve been reading the wrong websitesmy friend. Good try.”

Turner did Hannity no favors when he divulged details of their relationship on his website the following day. “Through those calls [to Hannity's show], Sean and I got to know each other a bit and at some point, I can’t remember exactly when, Sean gave me the secret “Guest call-in number” at WABC so that my calls could always get on the air.” Turner then warned of his “willingness” to use violence against me “when the opportunity present[ed] itself.”

With Turner and Hannity’s relationship out in the open, speculation will now focus on Chris Christie’s involvement with Turner. What did Christie know and when did he know it? The Governor-elect who battered his campaign opponent with the phrase, “Honesty is the best policy,” may be forced to embody the slogan under oath.

I wonder if Hal thought he could outsmart the FBI? He could take their money, turn over an occasional “over the top” email, run his radio show, and communicate a message in which he truly believed. He has talent and ran a high quality radio show. He was somewhat arrogant and displayed an air of confidence.

He could have played one side against the other and believed that it would all benefit him.

No, grandma Elizabeth is quite real. She and her husband were taken in by Rat Turner, as were the rest of us. She is a little kooky, though. At the Kingston rally when it was her turn to speak, rather than concentrate on the Niggers at hand, she gave a rather good rant at Israel.

I don't think you know that.... His mother could have remarried after Turner became an adult. Anyway what makes you think that he got along well with his stepfather?

Turner's story is that his relationship with the FBI started in 2002. He had been doing his show a couple of years by that time. I don't think he was insincere in his basic views on race, the Jews, etc., although he did become rather histrionic in my view with his violent talk, and he probably was lying about aspects of his internet business, like the number of listeners and as Linder says, what his costs were.
