11/02/2010 Israeli forces killed a Palestinian resistance fighter and wounded two young girls in the Gaza Strip in two separate incidents on Thursday, according to medics.
The Palestinian was martyred and another wounded when a tank fired on a group of resistance fighters east of Gaza City, according to Muawiya Hassanein, the head of Gaza emergency services.
Hours earlier, an Israeli tank shell exploded further south, wounding two Palestinian girls aged five and nine near their home in the Boreij refugee camp east of the Strip, Hassanein said.
