Her comment on cutting her country's relations with Zionist entity came following the opposition parties and pro-Palestinian people demands.

These parties didn’t demand just to freeze the relations (The decision was taken by Mauritania in the Gaza summit in the Qatari capital last year), but to cut it completely.
