Has the sanity quotient reached a sufficient level so I can come back?

Why, is your insanity immune system weak? Are you afraid that you might contract the virus? Haven't you had your seasonal sanity shot? No vaccine available?

No, please stay away longer, thanks. We're definetely not good enough audience for you grand entrance. Furthermore, we have no red carpet, Your Highness, surely you can wait until we procure a Proper Red Carpet, yes?.

A civil question deserves a civil response. Remember, not all of our newcomers are use to the madhouse that this place can become.
Let's not drive away people to Stromfront... Eh?

Actually it has gotten worse. The forum is still oozing with Miller Mania.
I do hope you are back though as I enjoyed your threads.

Actually, many a true word said in jest. You're not too far wrong. It's pretty obvious that nothing is going to come of VNN--you can't produce good fruit from a poisoned tree, and Miller has pretty much poisoned this particular tree--but having read the board for some months I didn't expect anything else.
No, the reason I left for a bit was I found myself being drawn into the madness. There is another person who posts regularly to this board who, in addition to being severely mentally disturbed, is probably the most loathsome individual I have ever met in the ranks of the right wing, and I simply couldn't resist baiting him. This is foolish. This man is a dog, there is no point in baiting a dog or responding to him, and I was lowering myself by doing so. It was time to pull back.
Let's see how long I can last this time before the contagion seizes my brain again.

[B]he sounds like your typical, politically correct Stormdrainer, afraid to just jump into the fray.].[/QUOTE]
"Stormdrainer." So you think I'm a Stormfronter?
Look, I know you won't believe this, but when I read that I literally almost fell out of my chair laughing! Lord above, son, have YOU got a wrong number!!!
Look, I damned near gave the whole show away when I told you that Miller ought to remember me if he can pierce the alcoholic fog in which he spent the year 1986--what does that tell you? Bet he doesn't remember me, does he? I'll bet the sad sack was too damned drunk! I'll go further--I'm using my true name.
Does Glenn remember J. W. Waters? Gordon Ipock's trailer? Surely he remembers Cecil Cox? I mean he couldn't have been THAT drunk, could he?
Hell, maybe he was....
