Can someone tell me how long moderation lasts? I understand the need for it
I guess but it's kind of a pain not to be able to respond to posts in a timely manner. Also, what's wrong with my 'Jesus was a junkie' thread?

Pretty much moderation lasts until we are confident you aren't going to spam our board with sick pictures we would all rather not see, or until it's fairly sure you aren't an already-banned member. Regarding your thread, I don't recall seeing it, did it just never appear? There is no thread by that name awaiting approval by a moderator, nor do we edit or delete threads or posts (excepting Civil Forum) UNLESS they include explicit pornography or death threats. Feel free to post it again if you want.

You actually posted the exact same thing about 10 times. That's what we call spamming the board. The reason your posts aren't appearing is because new member's posts are not visible until approved by a moderator. You won't see the duplicate posts you made because they were deleted. If you have something to say, please post in the appropriate area and please don't post the same thing over and over.

Is this still the rule around here? If not what is? I want to throw out some ideas about Ron Paul and get some feedback but right now I wouldn't be able to participate in a timely manner. And since this post has to be approved I can be sure you'll see it and maybe you'll have an asnwer. :p
