A young gunman who was part of a large gang robbed two trick-or-treaters of their candy Friday night. The victims, who were 12 and 13 year old boys, were not hurt.
The robbery victims were together and carrying a shopping bag and a pillow case filled with candy when a group of about 15 juveniles approached them. One of the youths, who looked to be about 9 or 10 years old, stepped up to the trick-or-treaters, pointed what the victims described as a silver handgun at them, and said "give me your candy".
The victims told police that the boy who had the gun was black and wore a black jacket, black pants, and a black knit cap that covered one of his eyes.
Dressing in all-black was a fashion statement , and not pre-meditation, I suppose. Junior TNB.
