After several hrs of unsuccessfully trying to get my filr sharing services working using linux, i switched to a machine I have mac snow leopard on. All seemed to be going fine. Was using "micro" with btjunkie plugged in. As a test case, I downloaded the Erin andrews (ESPN ZOG reporter) tape of her getting dressed in her hotel room, and that worked out just fine.
then I got to my REAL purpose for all my work today, to be able to watch my fav historical drama series. Much to my dismay, the basatards tell me that my player will not play AVIs. I tried severals solutions for this I serched on the net. I found one to work for MPEGS, but still NOT for fucking AVI, which mean I now have 2 whole seasons of the historial drama I want to watch very badly (and haven't seen for yrs since the semities pullled it from hbo on demand to mk you buy it) which are essentilly useless.
Thus, does anyone have a solution for getting the MAC OS to play AVI files?
Thanks.
