The length of the life of a dog or a cat is one reason rescue people are so picky about to whom they adopt. Cats can live to over twenty years old, and most dogs live between ten and 17 years old. Although I've known people who have had smaller dogs that have lived over twenty years too, but it's unusual.

I always looked for the White families and White single people who appeared most willing and able to give my dog, puppy, cat, or kitten a home for the rest of its life, however long that might be. I looked for that perfect forever home. Most of the time they were people or families who already had at least one well cared for, well loved, pet. But occasionally, they did not already have one, or may have had one die due to illness or old age.

Niggers are completely unsuited to provide homes for animals. There are so many reasons why niggers are the worst homes for animals. Too many reasons to even name.

I'd like to get a Russian Tortoise at some point.

I mean, seriously, how cute is that little bugger?

We gave a Great Pyrenees and 2 Turkish Angora cats. Both breeds are excellent with kids, which was important to me.

...

It looks like some kind of mutation by the T-virus from Resident Evil. It decides if it wants the 50 or so carrots from the stew that was going to be made tonight, not the other way around.

You're looking at herman the giant rabbit, a little "oops!" that always happens when animals mate for certain qualities, sheer size in this case, obviously overlooking the memo from their stratospheric heights that declared eugenics "discredited."
