The Vanguard

It is time to call out the vanguard.

In 1971, William Pierce wrote an infamous article in Attack! called Why Conservatives Can’t Win. This destructive mantra has been mindlessly repeated so many times over the past forty years (even years after the swift collapse of the National Alliance) that it has become an article of faith to alienated vanguardists.

I want to know if vanguardists can win. If conservatives are losers, does that mean vanguardists are winners? I don’t think they can win and intend to show you why.

Defining Vanguardism

The vanguardist is a peculiar species of White Nationalist with a range that extends across cyberspace. This political animal has a number of discernible, trademark characteristics. Specifically, a “vanguardist” is someone who believes:

(1) Conservatives are worthless.

(2) Ordinary people are lemmings.

(3) Worse is better.

(4) The system is broken.

(5) A collapse is coming.

(6) They will benefit from this collapse.

(7) A massive Jewish conspiracy is responsible for their plight.

(8) Revolution is the only solution.

Instead of engaging the cultural and political mainstream, a vanguardist is someone who favors withdrawing from the system, sealing themselves off in enclaves, and organizing around a dynamic leader.

Vanguardists with the financial means to do so like to hide out in bunkers in places like Washington, Idaho, or West Virginia. The majority of vanguardists though are tied down by their jobs and just log on to the internet under an anonymous pseudonym to entertain themselves and vent their frustrations.

It’s really an angrier version of sitting down in a La-Z-Boy with a six pack (or if you are Will Williams, a bottle of Jack Daniels) after work to watch Monday Night Football. The lemmings spend their leisure time trying to enjoy themselves. The vanguardists woad up their faces and streak through the internet for a few hours every night.

Some people continue to say that “vanguardists” don’t exist. Well, I strongly disagree. Having interacted with vanguardists for years, I know them quite well, and can describe their way of life in elaborate detail.

Vanguardists are easy to recognize. They are more ubiquitous in cyberspace than whitetail deer in the backwoods of Alabama at midnight. That’s saying something given the shape of my bumper.

So why can’t vanguardists win?


(1) Alienation – The single most important thing to understand about vanguardists is that they are radically alienated. I’m not talking about being merely disappointed, demoralized, or disillusioned with the status quo. Vanguardists travel well beyond that stage into waters where they are ultimately transformed into aliens within their own society.

The vanguardists express their sense of alienation in all sorts of ways. It is the impulse behind everything from their tendency to withdraw from society, their hostility to their own culture, their belief that White people must be punished for their sins, creating their own religion, dressing up in uniforms, creating their own flags, advocating alliances with despotic foreign regimes like Iran and North Korea, hiding out in a bunker, their demonization of their peers, the lavish praise they heap on Europe, etc.

The key to understanding vanguardists is that they are aliens within their own society. They are like Jews living among the Gentiles. The vanguardists are strangers in a strange land … America.

The saddest part of this radical sense of alienation is the estrangement of so many vanguardists from their own families.

(2) Unnecessary Barriers – Vanguardists are a tribe of radically alienated people going through a type of ethnogenesis.

From the outside, it looks at first like they are creating unnecessary barriers between themselves and their target audience. From the inside, they are going through a tumultuous personal identity crisis. They are trying to draw new ethnic markers that separate “us” from “them.”

It is a mistake to write off the vanguardists as political retards. Why do they insist on insulting their audience, dressing up in ridiculous costumes, creating their own religion, heaping praise upon hostile foreign regimes?

Isn’t that counterproductive? How are these things in any way essential to White Nationalism?

The vanguardists are not engaged in a political project in any true sense of the word. They are not trying to convince anyone to become a White Nationalist or to score victories in a political struggle. The vanguardists are radical non-conformists who are expressing their own sense of individuality in an underground sub-culture.

Vanguardists are the beatniks, hippies, goths, or punks of the White Nationalist movement. If it is shocking to the bourgeoisie to get a tattoo or a piercing, how much more shocking is it to get a swastika tattoo or parade around main street as a uniformed Neo-Nazi?

If vanguardist behavior comes across as “offensive,” it is because that is the intended and desired effect.

(3) Turn on, tune in, drop out - When seen in this light, vanguardist behavior starts making a lot more sense. It was their counterculture predecessors on the Far Left that pioneered dropping out of the hopelessly corrupt system:

I like to think of vanguardists as “totalitarian hippies.”

They are radical expressive individualists with an authoritarian streak. Their tendency to quarrel among themselves and their refusal to yield to authority (except when they are the dictator) is the major reason their organizations always prove so dysfunctional and short lived.

As with the hippies, “the system” is not as impenetrable as vanguardists imagine it to be. When the hippies grew up and got real jobs, they “mainstreamed” the counterculture.

(4) Communication – Their radical sense of alienation, ethnogenesis and expressive individualism all combine to produce a failure to communicate between vanguardists and White America. They can’t get beyond the communication stage.

This is due less to a vast Jewish conspiracy than it is to succumbing to their own alienation and no longer having much in common with their audience. It certainly doesn’t help matters that they are aggressive and antagonistic toward their audience.

(5) Lemmings – As I explained above, the vanguardists sail deep into the waters of alienation where they undergo ethnogenesis and become a distinct tribe of White people. They have set sail away from White America. During their voyage, they have accumulated markers that distinguish themselves from ordinary people, namely the rejection of their own nationality.

When the vanguardists look back at the world they have left behind, everyone on the shoreline looks indistinguishable. They all look like gullible herdlike lemmings from the perspective of a radical non-conformist.

The vanguardists then conclude that ordinary people are too stupid to be worth bothering with. The system is too powerful. They cannot be persuaded of anything because the media is so influential.

In reality, the real problem is the self-imposed isolation of the vanguardists, not the legitimacy of the mainstream media, which fell into disrepute in Middle America for over two decades now.

(6) Non-Conformists – The vanguardists draw the conclusion that only a tiny minority of White people are persuadable, namely, the non-conformist intellectuals who have an authoritarian personality type that don’t immediately dismiss an extremely radical message.

The vanguardists look at the numbers and accept the premise that they cannot spread their message, successfully, to a wider audience; this in spite of the available evidence. They don’t have the numbers to compete in mainstream democratic politics or even a desire to do so.

(7) Rhetorical Radicals – The last thing a radical non-conformist wants to do is “shut up” and “blend in” or “work within the system.” As a matter of principle, vanguardists refuse to work within the experience of their audience, which is boring and bourgeoisie. This results in a failure to communicate and reinforces their cardinal belief that “the system” is hopelessly broken.

As I explained above, the radicalism of the vanguardist is not in any sense a political project. Rather, it is a type of expressive individualism for radically alienated people.

That’s why it is extremely important to the vanguardist that his radicalism be based in rhetoric and words which communicate his own sense of alienation and individuality to the man on the street.

(8) Z.O.G. – For the vanguardists, there has to be an explanation for their inexplicable failures, which cannot in any sense be pinned on their own misguided behavior: Z.O.G. motherfuckers, man.

If the vanguardists like Alex Linder or Bill White could only get on television, all their problems would be solved. Presto, everyone in America would want to become a radically alienated, angry non-conformist who worships Hitler and practices Creativity like Craig Cobb.

The obvious problem with this theory is that the Jews are more than happy to put the vanguardists on television and write about them in newspapers. They almost never miss a chance to do so.

(9) Fantasism – Given all the above, Jews controlling the media, the lemming like behavior of White people, the omnipresent Z.O.G. which framed Edgar Steele, the patriotards who identify with America, the foolish “mainstreamers” who keep pushing the “system politicians” … vanguardists are pessimistic about our future.

They have given up on engaging ordinary White people and persuading them to become White Nationalists. So what is there left to do?

Create an elaborate fantasy world.

Vanguardists are radically alienated non-conformists. They are bearish on reality. Their whole lifestyle is based on rejecting reality and fitting in with their peers. This is why vanguardists have never created anything resembling a practical plan for getting us to the White ethnostate. Any such plan would have to take into account reality based obstacles that they would much prefer to ignore.

The way vanguardists tend to cope with reality is through an overactive imagination.

The best example of a vanguardist creating an elaborate fantasy world is Harold Covington’s Northwest Quartet. It assumes all kinds of wildly unrealistic scenarios. The Pacific Northwest is like Ireland and vanguardists are the IRA liberators of the people.

It has been a cornerstone of vanguardism since the days of George Lincoln Rockwell that the collapse of the system is imminent and that vanguardists will seize power in the aftermath. “Worse is better” is a strategy for realizing this fantasy world.

If every defeat for White Nationalism is a secret victory, then all we have to do is keep on losing, and in the long run we will win, without making any sacrifices or inconveniencing ourselves in any real way.

Conveniently omitted from this optimistic narrative is that vanguardists, as radically alienated non-conformists, calculate their every action to maximize the offense given to their neighbors. In the event of a real national emergency, vanguardists are about the last people in America that would emerge as leaders in their local communities.

(10) Escapism – Fantasizing about the inevitable collapse of the system and the imminent rise of the Northwest Republic is one way of coping with the unpleasantness of reality. Escapism is another.

This is why vanguardists have so many arcane debates about historical subjects like Holocaust revisionism. One way to flee from reality is to escape into the distant past or the near future or to the comfort of a more hospitable country abroad.

You can spend a good amount of time that way avoiding the things you dislike about your own neighborhood.

(11) Violence – As explained above, fantasism and escapism are the bread and butter of vanguardists, who have largely given up on reality based methods in light of their own extreme level of alienation from society.

Most of the fantasist schemes (i.e., the Northwest Republic) involve successful acts of criminal violence. The Order is one example of a group that took this sort of talk seriously.

Unfortunately, violence tends to have exactly the opposite effect.

White people in the Pacific Northwest were glad to be rid of The Order. They responded negatively to Oklahoma City and threw their support behind the federal government. The only people who saw James von Brunn as a martyr were other alienated vanguardists.

(12) Lashing Out – The last resort of the vanguardist is lashing out. This usually takes the form of rhetorical sabotage (i.e., pissing in the punch bowl) on other pro-White websites.

Spreading defeatism is one way of empowering our enemies, sharing the misery of the alienated, sapping the White resistance, and punishing White people who fail to respond well to their own righteous anger.

Final Thoughts

Vanguardists can’t win.

They can’t win because they actually want to lose. If every defeat is a secret victory, vanguardists have been winning for decades, although you would never know it from the state of White America, or the state of every vanguardist organization in existence.

Vanguardists have no solutions to our problems. Their hostility to our target audience makes our job harder, not easier. They say they want a revolution. A vanguard is supposed to be a spearhead of a revolution.

If that is the case, they should finally man up and go make one, instead of constantly trying to disrupt what we are trying to do, which is what works, as we saw yesterday.

Unbelievable! People are repeating this stupidity all over the place on Stormfront. There is no "mainstream" and "moderate" movement that ever had any notable or lasting success in history. The movements of Hitler, Franco, Codreanu, Mosley, Mussolini, Rockwell, etc. (and even our opponents, like Communists) all were radical and revolutionary. They had effective propaganda that could reach the minds of the masses, but they were not at all "moderate" or "mainstream".

Anyone who's read Corneliu Codreanu's book For My Legionaries would see Codreanu describing how the average Romanian was an idiot working towards his own doom (much like the majority of our current Whites). Codreanu's Legionary Movement did not grow because it was "mainstreaming", but because they knew how to efficiently reach people.

The conditions required for the success of an anti-Jewish racialist movement are: widespread poverty, effective propaganda, and a cause for anger against the leaders from the average people. But that movement has to be radical, revolutionary, and "extreme".

This is obvious. Vanguardists can't win because the conditions are impossible for any racialist movement, whether vanguardist or "moderate/mainstream".

No doubt you can get a lot of average, "moderate", "mainstream" people by having a moderate movement, but what good will it do? You will have hundreds of people who are not willing to stand up at any time because of their luxuries and cowardice.

What we want to convert and recruit are young, energetic, youthful, and revolutionary-minded people. There are many youths who already have the right mindset and are barely corrupted in their way of thinking, but are very ignorant. Young people tend to be the ones you can reach because they're not as filled with crap in the head. These are the ones we should aim to get into our movement, as they will be the most useful.

To the one who wrote that article and anyone who believes it, I say you read Codreanu's For My Legionaries , Rockwell's White Power, and yes, even Hitler's Mein Kampf.

Even most White Nationalists at Stormfront will still tell you the 14 Words are the main thing they believe in. Let's look at what the creator (David Lane) of the 14 Words has to say about things:

How dare the person who wrote that article attack William Pierce, one of the most significant people in our movement! Pierce worked hard and successfully got a very large amount of people to become racialists, along with others like David Lane, Rockwell, Klassen, etc.

And I have to mention that "mainstream" and "moderate" movements and people have been trying to succeed since the beginning of the 20th Century (Rockwell even explains that in his book), it's nothing new at all. Look at George Wallace and Ron Paul, just two of hundreds of examples!

Why Conservatives Can’t Win

SOME OF MY best friends are conservatives. I sincerely like them and I admire them for their genuine virtues: for their sense of propriety and personal integrity in an age of corruption, for their independent spirit and their willingness to stand on their own feet in an increasingly paternalistic society.

Therefore, I hope my conservative friends will forgive me for what I am about to write.

A Tragic Choice

There is not the least doubt in my mind that if I were forced to cast my lot with either conservatism or with the left – old or new – I would choose conservatism.

But fortunately, none of us is faced with such a limited choice. It would surely be tragic if we were. It would be tragic in the great sense, in the Spenglerian sense. We would be making the choice of Spengler’s Roman soldier whose bones were found in front of a door in Pompeii – who, during the eruption of Vesuvius, died at his post because they forgot to relieve him. We would be choosing what is right and honorable and in accord with the traditions of our race – and certain to fail.

For conservatives cannot possibly emerge victorious from the life-or-death struggle in which they are presently engaged. Although their opponents on the radical left may not attain their own goals – indeed, cannot attain them, because they are based on an erroneous conception of man and Nature – conservatives have proved themselves utterly incapable of preventing the destruction of their own world by those same radical leftists.

Revolutionary Advantage

Conservatives cannot win because the enemy to which they are opposed is a revolutionary enemy – an enemy with revolutionary goals and guided by a revolutionary way of life.

The advantage has always lain – and will always lie – on the side of the contender who is prepared to take the offensive, rather than maintaining a defensive position only. And the evolutionary natures of the conservative and the revolutionary determine that the one shall always play an essentially defensive role and the other an offensive role.

Besieged vs. Besieger

The offensive-defensive dichotomy does not apply absolutely to tactics, of course, but it does to strategy. The conservative may launch brief counterattacks – he may sally forth from his fortress to harry his revolutionary besieger – but in the long run he is always the besieged and the revolutionary the besieger.

The goal of the conservative is to protect what is, or, at the extreme, to restore what recently was. The goal of the revolutionary is to radically transform what is, or to do away with it altogether, so that it can be replaced by something entirely different.

Raceless Nirvana

Thus, the conservative talks of halting crime in the streets, of keeping down taxes, of fighting the spread of drugs and pornography, of keeping Big Government in check. And the leftist strives for a utopia in which there shall be no war, no “repression,” no “discrimination,” no “racism,” no bounds on the individual’s freedom of action – a raceless and effortless nirvana of “love” and “equality” and plenty.

Never-Never Land

The conservative’s goals may seem reasonable enough – and attainable. The leftist’s goals, on the other hand, lie in a never-never land far beyond the horizon of reality. And that is precisely what gives the advantage to the left. When the conservative makes some minor gain – getting a conservative into office – he is likely to act as if he had just won the whole war. He sees the achievement of his aims just around the corner, he lowers his guard, and he settles back to enjoy the fruits of his imagined victory. But the leftist is never satisfied, regardless of what concessions are made to his side, for his goals always remain as remote as before.

The conservative works in fits and spurts. He reacts with alarm to new depredations from the left, but is satisfied if he is able to fall back, regroup his wagons, and establish a new line of defense. The leftist keeps on pushing, probing, advancing, taking a step back now and then, but only to be able to take three steps forward later.

Defeat by Halves

If the leftist makes new demands – for example, for the forced racial integration of schools or housing – the conservative will oppose them with a plea to maintain “neighborhood” schools and “freedom of association.” When the smoke clears, the leftist will have won perhaps half what he demanded, and the conservative will have lost half what he tried to preserve.

But then the conservative will accept the new status quo, as if things had always been that way, and prepare to defend it against fresh attacks from the left with the same ineptitude he displayed in defending the old position.

Evil Ideology

This continually shifting position is almost as great a disadvantage to the conservative as is his chronic inability to grasp the initiative. The revolutionary left has an ideology, evil and unnatural though it may be, and from this ideology come the unity and the continuity of purpose which are indispensable prerequisites for victory.

What can conservatives, on the other hand, look to as a fighting credo, an immutable principle for which they are willing to sacrifice all? They have been retreating so rapidly for the last 50 years or so that they have completely lost sight of the earlier ground on which they stood. It has simply receded over the ideological horizon.

“Racists” Are Radicals

Consider race, for example. Over half a century ago men like Madison Grant and Lothrop Stoddard were spokesmen for the conservative position on race. They argued eloquently, albeit defensively, for the preservation of the West’s racial identity by maintaining strict barriers against miscegenation, adopting sound immigration controls, and applying eugenic standards to the problem of population quality. Today no “responsible” conservative would be caught with the books of either of these men in his living-room bookcase, for by present conservative standards they are both “racists” – hence, “radicals,” rather than safely respectable conservatives.

Free-Enterprise Pitfall

How about rescuing the free-enterprise system from the evil machinations of Big Government?

As a matter of fact, the free-enterprise system was still relatively intact during the period when alien forces subverted our governments and took over our countries, and it cannot be said that free enterprise slowed them down even one little bit. The people who gained control of our biggest newspapers and our motion-picture industry and our radio and TV networks did so with the aid of free enterprise, rather than in spite of it.

More than Economics

These comments should not be considered a condemnation of free-enterprise per se, nor a belittling of the importance of economic problems in general; more than one nation has gone to ruin through economic mismanagement. The point is that our problems today go far deeper than any governmental or economic reforms can hope to cure or even substantially ameliorate.

The youth of America are smart enough to recognize these things for themselves, and, consequently, are not to be blamed for having few tears to shed for the demise of either our institutions of government or laissez-faire capitalism.

The left can find plenty of misguided young fanatics willing to set themselves afire or blow up a police station in order to further the cause of “equality” or “peace” but the idea of young men and women assembling bombs in candle-lit cellars to put an end to the progressive income tax or social security deductions is simply ridiculous.

Until conservatives can offer something more inspiring, the youth will not rally to their standard.

Conservatism’s two principle failings, lack of a spirit of aggressive activism and lack of any clearly defined ideological basis, go hand in hand. The one cannot be had without the other.

Ultimate Goals

In the words of an outstanding anti-communist leader: “The lack of a great, creative idea always signifies a limitation of fighting ability. A firm conviction of the right to use each and any weapon is always bound up with a fanatical belief in the necessity of the victory of a revolutionary new order on this earth.”

“A movement which is not fighting for such ultimate goals and ideas will never seize upon the ultimate weapon” … and, needles to say, will never emerge victorious from a struggle with an opponent who is so motivated.

Revolutionary vs. Revolutionary

Though conservatism cannot win against the left, a new revolutionary force, with the spiritual basis that conservatism lacks, and advancing with even more boldness and determination than the forces of the left, can win!

That new revolutionary force is being built now. Its ranks are being filled with disciplined, idealistic young men and women.

They have examined and found wanting both the drugs-and-sex libertinism of the left and the economic libertinism of the right.

A New Order

They are fighting for a new order, based not on the fads and whims of the moment, but on the fundamental values of race and personality – values which once led Western man to the mastery of the earth and which can yet regain that mastery for him and lead him on to the conquest of the universe.

They know that the time is long past when conservative rhetoric or conservative votes might have saved the day. They understand that the West’s salvation must now come from young men and women of revolutionary spirit and outlook who are through talking and instead are willing to do whatever is necessary to take back their nation.

Personally I do not find the jewish mentality to be a productive meme to mimic, best manifested through Barry Goldwater's quote; "Extremism in defense of liberty is no vice".

However, I do not think that a perceived extreme method or approach is necessarily a vice. What is considered extreme and what is not is all too blurred subjectively and desperately dependant on the time, place and contemporary theme it seeks to oppose, or copy.

Concerning "extreme behaviour" with online discourse, where the 'ageless' problem is in the stupid idea that piss-poor behaviour=honesty, e.g that jumps your rear whenever a debate/discussion on X is on-the-go between "believe this-vs-believe that", and ultimately is a problem having to do with temperance vs zealotry.

Some are able to discuss and debate within the frames of sanity, whereas some are just able to keep their faces straight for a couple of posts before they start to directly attack the person of the other poster, and lunge at, or bite, anyone that tries to calm them down with reason.

The most idiotic of absolutisms gets quick enlistement and where we see the beginning of a thread that dooms itself due to the unhinged and, if I may say so, creepy behaviour of some radical postings, we see then end of rationality. None of the formentioned sides should get free reign in behaving like crazed bats, on acid, where unscrupulous ethics hold court.

Of course, I think that we should be reasonable in our arguments and give evidence and sources when arguing with people. When I said we should be radical and revolutionary, I didn't mean that we should make baseless statements and make ourselves look like we're madmen who don't know what we're talking about. The fact is, both the "moderates" and the "vanguardists" sometimes assert things but refuse to provide any facts or real reasoning for them. In dealing with this, it should be noted that Pierce, Codreanu, Rockwell, Klassen, etc. all back up their positions with serious arguments and facts. This is one of the major components of their propaganda and arguments that has allowed them to convince so many people.

It should also be noted that the fact that they appeared as "extremists" or fundamentalists actually helped draw attention to them, something that the "mainstreamers" will not be able to accomplish as successfully, simply because they will be less interesting. It's an obvious principle that you can't draw as much attention to yourself if you "moderate" your position too much. The less attention you can draw, the less people you can recruit.


If we look at Russia today, you can see the "extremists" like the National Bolsheviks, National Socialists, and related groups growing more and more, because the conditions in that nation are becoming much more like the ones we need to succeed. In some years, Russia might just get a large enough radical anti-Jewish movement that we will see the kind of government we want finally take power there.

Look at the chubby feller as a little kid playing with toy soldiers, making mouth noises as the two opposing forces do battle.

Our side has been screwed, jewed and tattooed for 50 years. Why? Because the other side has all the power and mass media and is willing to cheat lie and kill. We are willing to...gripe anonymously online.

I wonder why they win. I wonder. It's very difficult to figure that out.

There's an ego problem involved here too.

Most people, nearly all women, want to be liked. These WN or conservatives think they are different. Their cool personality, charming wit, or sexy good looks are going to win the day. The reason their predecessors failed was because they lacked something the latest round possesses.

This utterly misses the impersonality of all this, in precisely the same way the fat chick looking for love mistakes her seducer's intentions. She thinks it's all about his feelings for her, when it's a rather impersonal drive for sexual gratification.

We aren't losing this race because we're dressing or speaking wrong. We're losing because aren't willing to face and adapt to what the enemy is actually doing.

Our intellectuals simply refuse to man up and acknowledge that until we have some way to deliver blows, rather than merely suffer, all the writing and speaking will be in vain.

What do you do when the other guy cheats and refuses to play fair?

It's not about you, guys. It's utterly, utterly impersonal. You need to acknowledge that fact. THE NATIONAL OFFICE has received a few complaints (fewer than expected) from members about what has been perceived as an anti-Christian bias in recent issues of NV [National Vanguard magazine]. One member has resigned.

The complaints fall into two general categories: 1. “I am a Christian. Why are you attacking my religion?” and 2. “I am not a Christian, but many White people are. We must all stick together. To attack Christianity is divisive.”

It should first be noted that the National Alliance is not primarily a religious organization — at least, not in the usual sense of the word, although most members are able to recognize the strong spiritual element in the Alliance’s message. Second, it should be noted that the National Office is fully aware of the sensitive nature of the Christian religion, and for that reason NV avoided the question for a long time.

This avoidance, however, was in conflict with the Alliance’s fundamental obligation to deal forthrightly with ‘all’ issues of vital concern to the welfare and progress of our race. This obligation where Christianity is concerned has become especially difficult to ignore during the past few months, with the growing strength of the Moral Majority and other right-wing Christian groups and their active participation in political matters. The leader of that organization, the Reverend Jerry Falwell, has been outspoken in his support of Zionism, and he was recently given a Zionist award by Jewish leaders. There exists a clear conflict of interests for any Alliance member who supports such an organization, and the Alliance member should not compromise in matters of this sort.

This is not the place to deal at length with details of religious history and doctrine; NV will continue to have articles on these topics from time to time, and there will be such an article in the April issue. Here, however, a few things will be mentioned briefly for the guidance of Alliance members.
The most important single fact concerning Christianity with which the Alliance must deal is that all the major Christian churches, Catholic and Protestant, liberal and fundamentalist, have openly aligned themselves with the enemies of the White race. The Catholics and the liberal Protestants are vigorously supporting racial mixing, while the fundamentalist Protestants are strong boosters of Zionism. These alignments will become increasingly important factors in our struggle in the years ahead, as the churches become more and more involved in social and political issues. The Jews have already announced their intention to mobilize fundamentalist Christians in their effort to maintain control of the U.S. government. The Alliance cannot remain silent in the face of such developments, for the sake of White unity or anything else.

No honest, conscientious Alliance member can maintain his membership in the Alliance and also in an organization which is fundamentally opposed to the goals and principles of the Alliance. The former member who belongs to the moral majority acted correctly in resigning from the Alliance, and the same applies to others: Any Alliance member who is also a member of a church or other Christian organization which supports racial mixing or Zionism should decide now where he stands, and he should then resign either from his church or from the Alliance.

In fact, the great majority of Alliance members who originally had some Christian church affiliation have already made their decisions and left the churches. Those members who continue to consider themselves Christians either have no church affiliation or belong to very small, independent churches which have pro-White doctrines. It is primarily these members who have objected to the recent treatment of Christianity in NV. “It’s all right to attack the big churches,” they say, “because those churches have been subverted by the Jews — but don’t attack Christianity itself. What the churches are preaching today isn’t really Christianity.”

Well, far be it from the National Alliance to decide what is really Christianity. Christians have been fighting with one another over that question for the better part of the last 2,000 years without arriving at an answer acceptable to all parties concerned. From a strictly practical viewpoint, however, we must use the word “Christianity” in NV in the sense in which it is understood by the general public and by the great majority of readers. In that sense, “Christianity” means the lumped together doctrines of the major Christian churches, without regard for all the little quibbles which separate Catholics from Protestants, or ultra-liberal Presbyterians from Holy Rollers and teetotaling Baptists.

Beyond this question of whether it is the race-mixers and Zionists or the pro-Whites who are the real Christians, there are the troubling issues of the non-European origin of Christianity: of the great body of Christian ethical doctrines which are accepted by nearly all the churches but which conflict with White spirituality and the needs for White survival, such as the Sermon on the Mount; and of the body of Old Testament. Jewish mythology — such as the creation myth of Genesis; the “chosen people” myth, and Isaiah’s ravings against all non-Jews, together with his prophesies that the Jews will eventually rule the world and all other races will serve them — which comes along with most versions of Christianity.

All three of the aforementioned issues are relevant to the mission of the National Alliance, and they cannot be ignored: We must look to our racial roots, and we must rid ourselves of alien influences, including those from the Levant; we must govern ourselves by White values and ethical doctrines, and by no others; and we must concern ourselves with truth alone.

A number of men and women who have understood the first two of these issues but who have, nevertheless, still considered themselves both Christian and pro-White have attempted to resolve the contradiction by denying the Jewish origins of Christianity and by choosing interpretations of Christian ethical doctrines which differ markedly from the commonly accepted ones. They have asserted that not only was Jesus not a Jew, but neither were the people living in Palestine during the Old Testament and the New Testament periods Jews. These people, they say, were actually the ancestors of the Anglo-Saxons and other peoples of Europe.

One can argue either way about Jesus, because the historical evidence is insufficient to support a firm conclusion. But the assertion that the people of the Old Testament or the people of Palestine among whom the Christian movement began were Anglo-Saxons, or anything but Semites, for the most part, is demonstrably false. Such assertions can only be maintained by persons who close their eyes to the clear historical record, just as a belief in the creation myth of Genesis can only be maintained by persons who refuse to accept the clear scientific evidence to the contrary.

If, despite everything above, there are Alliance members or prospective Alliance members who still consider themselves Christians, then it must be in the sense that they value the specifically White elements of Christianity which have been added since its origins — the great art, the great music, and the great architecture produced by White men during the centuries in which the Christian churches ruled Europe — and that they also share the White spiritual feelings which have been eloquently expressed by many men and women who were Christians and who applied the adjective “Christian” to feelings which, in fact, came from deep within the White race-soul and existed long before the advent of the Christian church.

No one said abandon it, that's just dopey's strawman. How about downgrading its importance? How about acknowledging that decades of working within the System has produced zero results. How about observing the enemy cheats, lies, smears, undermines, coopts and murders. And that some kind of physical defense is needed to fight back? Ah, but then it becomes real, more than a game to be played online by mental patients, bored professors, and twixt-tryst homosexuals.

What's needed far more than worrying about voting etc is figuring out who we are and what we want. Do we include jews? those who suck up to jews and serve them. Even these simplest of questions have no clear answers outside VNN.

I dont know about America but I do know why WN is not winning here in Australia.. To many so called WN are not prepared to actually get out of their house and be seen. When it comes to being street active,I`ve heard all kinds of excuses, mainly they are afraid to have people know they are WN. For 2 years I tried to organise a White Pride day rally, get people to show that they are proud to be White. These same people will turn up to bbq`s or music gigs where no one else is allowed but those they know,however they wont show their face in public. They will not march down the street with flags flying,saying FUCK YOU,I AM WHITE and PROUD of it. It also does not help that the only so called WN political party here is led a bloke that is half arab. Makes the party look hypocritical when its leader has an arab surname.. People ask me .What are you prepared to do to ensure the survival of our race...EVERYTHING...I ask them the same .. and the answer is I dont like you/agree with you or some other shit...we are losing the war..and they are worried about their fucking 42 inch plasma tv.

Linder has alluded to the board worthy/blog worthy possibilities, but it should be always kept in mind that the greatest true answer to the perennial question "what productive means are suggested to advance White interests, beyond endless internet blogs and posts?" is not to be found on the internet at all but rather in real world activism.

Now I'd tend to agree that presently costumes, etc. have limited utility. ( But definitely not NO utility.)Aside from that, however, the activism I'm thinking about is far more along the lines of activism necessary to rise to the challenges Linder has mentioned here and elsewhere. That's two questions, the first calling for a complicated, subjective opinion, and the second which many might think is a trick question calculated to ferret out anyone who still harbors natural racial instincts. Dr. Pierce wouldn't necessarily want to work only with those who answer "yes" to, are you a racist?

Dr. Pierce, if limited to just one question he could ask his kinsmen, it would more likely be leading one, like, "do you believe the White race is worth preserving, yes or no?"

He would eliminate the thoughtless "nays" from further consideration, and ask if he could pose to the race preservationists, the "yeahs," another question: "Since you believe the White race is worth preserving, do you not believe that the White race should organize for it's exclusive interests and fight like hell for its habitat and to preserve its precious, unique gene pool?

Again, "nays" to the left.

From those who answer in the affirmative to that question will be found the segment of the population that can be considered for further evaluation of what they can bring to our White Racial Alliance, and be tested. That's how Dr. Pierce sized up prospective Alliance cadre. There was plenty of work to do for every member that volunteered to help, but only certain people had the right stuff for field cadre and National Office staff.

“I spent this past weekend with Dr. William L. Pierce, founder of the National Alliance. In fact, he had an extended visit with my whole family.

‘Yes, I know he died two years ago. No, it wasn’t like a Weekend at Bernie’s. His weekly columns…er, talks are available on tape from the National Alliance and I was fortunate enough to have acquired a substantial set of them recently. I took my family on a long car trip to Portland (8 hours each way) and we listened to many of them. What a great way to take back your children from the propagandizing effect of TV!

“I used to read Dr. Pierce’s commentary religiously, but rarely listened to the Internet downloads. My loss, it turns out. Now I realize that those were simply transcripts of his prepared talks, not just articles he read over the air. The difference is significant. Writing for public speaking is a very different creature from writing for printed consumption. Listening to Dr. Pierce produces a very different effect from merely reading the transcripts.

“Mind you, I always found his writing to be cogent and to the point. However, his verbal delivery adds a dimension of clarity and persuasiveness that is not apparent in the written word. Before I saw your post I was also thinking of adding a "l", but to the first name- Puddly Puddington.

It's pronounded like the u in Silly Putty, not the u in pudding. Col. Puddington looks like the result of a Down syndrome retard going to town on a koala bear.

Linder has alluded to the board worthy/blog worthy possibilities, but it should be always kept in mind that the greatest true answer to the perennial question "what productive means are suggested to advance White interests, beyond endless internet blogs and posts?" is not to be found on the internet at all but rather in real world activism.

Now I'd tend to agree that presently costumes, etc. have limited utility. ( But definitely not NO utility.)Aside from that, however, the activism I'm thinking about is far more along the lines of activism necessary to rise to the challenges Linder has mentioned here and elsewhere. Clearly, that's an activism that has no place (and would be foolhardy to attempt, to say the least) on the internet or any other controlled common carrier.

I've laid out the right strategy. There doesn't seem to be much interest in discussing it.

First question: who are we?

Right answer: Whites (anyone w 1/4 or more jew ancestry = jew and is excluded), everyone else if it looks/acts white, is regarded as white.

Second question: what do we want?

Right answer: Our own independent nation: physical territory over which we have sovereign control.

Third question: how do we achieve this?

Right answer: we follow the correct strategy

Fourth question: um yeah, that was kind of implicit there, tardnikovski. What IS that strategy?

Right answer: watch your tongue there, boy. men have died to obtain this valuable information... well, for those who can read, it's all over this forum, most notably in stickied threads in "Strategy." In short, the right strategy is to polarize the nation between Whites and jews, and then defeat the jews. We achieve this polarization through continual attacks not just on the obvious illiberal left, but even more strongly on the conservative right, seeking at all costs to elevate and distinguish our White movement in the minds of the public from the cowardly losers populating Fox News and the op-ed columns. Conservatism must be destroyed by attacking its proponents and identifying the school with cowardice and impotence, that its adherent will at first recognize, then respect, then join, the winning side - the Whites. Once the conservatives disintegrate, we pick up whatever strong individual pieces remain, and bring on the battle royale with the ruling jews.

Fifth question: what is distinctive or notable about this strategy?

That it's the exact opposite of what American WN have always practiced. Instead of smoothing over the differences between white nationalism and conservatism, this strategy advises attacking the conservatives, and sharpening the differences between the two camps in order to make the conservatives look like the cowardly euphemizing temporizing race-liberals and System-props they actually are. Once they are seen as weaklings, and abandoned by the disaffected majority of white voters, the Republicans will disappear, leaving the field to the WN and the jews and the tagalong muds/deviants who make up their minority view. Then the real fight can begin.
