The recent internal members bulletin British Nationalist and its changing of the BNP constitution without a proper vote by the membership has Nicky boy's allies up in arms. There seems once again to be open revolt within the 'Griffinite' cabal.

I agree with NG on most fronts but i think this change is disgusting
Window Cleaner
I too was disgusted with the latest members bulletin. To change the constitution just to make it easier to expel Tyndall is a very bad move. It stinks of control freakery and a leadership that cannot tolerate the slightest criticism.
A party that stands for free speech should allow that free speech within its own party. People outside the party will believe we would ban all parties if we ever came to power and so strengthen the "fascist tag".
The fact that Tyndall is charged with a "thougt crime" ie. advertising National Vanguard, is also an outrage by a nationalist party.
Dr Bob
Well perhaps not disgusting bt certainly very worrying - not possible to belong to another party / not allowed to speak to the press without authority - how do you know who this is and how do you get hold of them quickly particularly when a quick response is required? These are the type of changes that need to be debated and not just introduced as it lends itself to the charge of the party being un-democratic.
Itz time all genuine Nationalists stood up to this Griffin / Lebomber madness. I ask the question to all genuine Nationalists - How much is too much ?

Who on Earth does NG think he is??? A handfull of council seats out of 1,000s and all of a sudden he thinks he's Joe Stalin. Out of interest, does anyone know if JT has considered forming a new party, putting his weight behind WNP, or still hanging with the BNP? Does anyone know?

I don't know Comrade, but in my view the BNP as a WN group is finished and JT would be better running for the leadership of the WNP.
JT has been very poorly treated by the Griffin group as a man who has spent many year in the WN struggle (almost a whole life time at the forefront of WN).
I think JT has every right to defend himself and drag Griffins arse into the court room.

I agree. I find it difficult to believe that a man who has committed his whole life to the cause, who established the BNP in the first place would deliberately try to sabotage the success of the Chairman unless he had a real reason to believe that the Chairman was a real danger to the Party. And that's not something I imagine he would lightly do.
It would have taken a lot of guts for JT to speak out publicly against NG knowing full well what the consequences would be.
With this thread h/e, it sounds as if there will be a steady trickle of disillusioned Griffinites leaving the Party in the future. They will obviously need somewhere to go or they will be lost forever. That's why I wondered what JTs plans were.

The second last time I spoke to john Tyndall I asked him a similar question. It is obvious that what he really wants to do is save the BNP.
This may not be achievable as the party is heading for closure on Jan 1st. If the Spearhead Group is able to salvage anything it could well mean a party split. As for the WNP, we would love to have JT onboard, but I doubt if a man who is fighting to save the BNP has even thought about it.

I agree with Sid, JT wants to save the BNP, not move his ship to another harbour.

I know, but I for one would follow Mr Tyndall if he did establish a 'New' party. I do think that the BNP is irretrevable as a White Nationalist party. It may still be pro-white in certain areas, but no longer White Nationalist.
I think JT is doing the right thing, going through the correct motions with the BNP, if that works out then all well and good, if it doesn't then, and only then, he will look to the future.
I'd quite like to see a new party, no disrespect to any of the members of other parties here and maybe a coming together under the leadership of the new party.
So the WNP, the white nationalist part of the BNP, maybe some of the NF, etc., could start a fresh with a new, modern, true British nationalist party.
I think there are enough top nationalists out there, floating, and not fully aligned to make it a very powerful party and quickly.
What do others think?
Any dream leadership teams they'd like to see, along side JT?
edit, I've now started a new thread with this question as I felt it was nearly as brilliant as I am.

I think it is quite pointless to even disguss this. The formation of a "new party" is unthinkable. Having been at the start of the BNP in 1982, the work involved, the sacrifices needed is immense. Time is running out to keep trying to start another party, where maybe in a few years another split happens.
This fight in the BNP is not over till itz over !..and we should not distract ourselves on this issue by talk of another "new party".

I have to agree with White Dragon, a new party will not be the solution. If JT became leader of the WNP this would be a possible way forward. Most of the guys I know would support JT to some degree if they felt he wanted their help.
At the moment with the laws as they are it is very hard to see a Ballot Box way forward for WN and we don't have enough people with balls to try any other way at the moment.
