APRIL 14--An Israeli rabbi flying to New York from Tel Aviv allegedly twice fondled a female passenger as she slept, and when the woman angrily confronted him, he claimed, “It’s a mistake, I’m asleep,” according to federal court records.

Rabbi Gavriel Bidany, 47, was named earlier this month in a criminal information charging him with misdemeanor assault. A complaint sworn by FBI Agent Janet Ambrisco provides a detailed account of the March 27 incident on Delta Airlines Flight 269.

And this guy is one of the better hasids, a Rabbi, no less, with 13 children growing up to be just like him, back in Israel!

APRIL 14--An Israeli rabbi flying to New York from Tel Aviv allegedly twice fondled a female passenger as she slept, and when the woman angrily confronted him, he claimed, “It’s a mistake, I’m asleep,” according to federal court records.

The unidentified victim told FBI agents that about 90 minutes into the flight, she awoke to the holy man's hand under her blanket, touching her private parts, the complaint says.

When she jumped back, she claims, Bidany quickly withdrew his hand, according to court records.

With 10 hours left on the flight, the victim said she then tried to sleep and pulled the blanket over her head and body protectively. But instead of taking the hint, Bidany allegedly reached his hand and felt her breasts, the complaint says.
