Racists can use home schools to train youths
White extremists see way to withdraw from society
to avoid exposing students to other races, religions

Beacon Journal staff writers
For all she knows, it may be an isolated incident, but a guide at an Ohio state park is still troubled by an interaction with a home-schooling family.
One day, as an African-American child entered a park classroom, a home-schooled child said, `` `I don't want no n------ sitting next to me,' '' the guide recounted. ``That was the worst,'' she said.
She is cautious and doesn't want her name used because home schoolers frequently visit the park.
``There are some very bright individuals. You can see that their parents are able to teach them more on an individual basis. It always falls back on what the parents know,'' the guide said. ``If the parents are well-educated, it's great.''
Home schooling has a strain of racism running through it that may reflect similar ideas held by others in the broader society. There are no studies or numbers to put racism and home schooling in perspective, but home-schooling laws that ensure that parents have the freedom to make socialization choices for their children also allow some families to completely withdraw from society.
In Texas, a librarian told the Beacon Journal that some home-schooling parents objected to the book selection on the shelves. They lobbied the library to bring back older editions -- books that depicted the United States in the 1950s, prior to the landmark 1964 civil rights legislation.
That idea is espoused on a number of racist Internet sites, where people who have a common hatred of minorities -- especially of African-Americans and Jews -- converse.
Stormfront, a white supremacist organization, has a Web site on ``education and home schooling.'' The overriding theme is to home-school to avoid exposure to other cultures.
Among the discussions is one in which a member suggests stealing and destroying books from the public library -- a popular resource for home schoolers -- to eliminate material that portrays the United States as anything other than a white, Protestant culture.
Another discussion suggests that parents find vintage ``Dick and Jane'' elementary reading books from the 1950s because they have only white characters.
Black home schooler
Paula Penn-Nabrit, who wrote Morning by Morning: How We Home-Schooled OurAfrican-American Sons to the Ivy League, said racism among white home schoolers is the principle reason that black home-schooling groups have organized.
She and her family have attended home-schooling conventions and felt out of place because of the paucity of blacks, she said.
``There are people who are calling themselves fundamentalist Christians -- and maybe they think they are -- but they are really what I would call `white Christians,' and being white is a much bigger deal than being a Christian,'' Penn-Nabrit said. ``They use this religious banner as a cloak for a lot of racist ideologies.''
Penn-Nabrit studied the various factions among home schoolers and wrote her first book on the subject, As For Me and My House.
She called survivalists -- people who remove themselves from society and reject any government intervention or oversight -- the ``scariest sector.''
Penn-Nabrit is the rare home-schooling parent who believes that government should be more involved in monitoring families.
``A lot of this behavior and a lot of this ideology being espoused has nothing to do with Jesus Christ. These people never have anyone tell them, `You are grieving the Holy Spirit because everything you are doing and articulating is antithetical to the message of Christ.' They already know that because they are really just using this as a ruse to something else,'' Penn-Nabrit said.
Presence acknowledged
Scott Somerville, an attorney for the Home School Legal Defense Association, acknowledged that there are racists in the home-schooling community.
``They are not welcome here, and they know it,'' he said. ``We're trying to build a strong, unified, intelligent and effective home-school movement so that the crazies feel very much marginalized.''
He acknowledged that fringe elements of society -- such as unreconstructed Confederates and militia members -- home-school, but he said they are a small percentage of the overall movement.
``That's the challenge of trying to advance a vision of liberty where parents have the freedom to do what's good for their children,'' Somerville said.
Racist and extremist home schoolers are almost invisible until an event thrusts them into the public's consciousness.
The infamous Kehoe brothers, Chevie and Cheyne, were home-schooled white separatists who fled their native Washington state to lead police on a nationwide manhunt that ended after five murders, two robberies, a kidnapping, two police shootouts and the bombing of the Spokane City Hall.
The Kehoes' mission was to destabilize government and form an all-white army. They were caught on videotape when a State Highway Patrol officer in Ohio approached a van they were driving and became involved in an exchange of gunfire.
In 1994, Gordon Winrod, an avowed anti-Semite and racist, kidnapped his eight grandchildren from their home in North Dakota and took them to a remote area in Missouri for six years and home-schooled them, sometimes hiding them in caves. When the children were found in 2000 -- two had escaped and helped authorities locate Winrod -- they were hiding in a bunker in a basement.
In focus groups the Beacon Journal conducted, home-schooling parents said extremists are an insignificant part of their group, no larger than the share found in the rest of society.
Focus group members who don't home-school were wary of parents removing themselves from society because of extremist or racist views.
A public educator said many home schoolers are reclusive and want to control their children's ideas. ``I think those are the ones that fall under the radar,'' the educator said.

The Jews are hyping up the idiots to stamp on White racialists and force them to be 'cured'.

"White Christians" resisting multicult, who would have thunk it? Gee, that's startling.
Feel free to make judgements about White Christians based on the behavior of a few, but if whites make a judgement about black behavior or jew behavior, that is prejudice.
This article doesn't mention that White Christians formed their own church schools in the sixties to get around desegregation. It doesn't mention that many public schools today are all black because very few whites want to sit in a room full of blacks, and the reason for THAT is the blacks don't behave and they aren't smart.
It also doesn't mention that the schools ARE deliberately teaching anti Christian values. Commie jew drivel and Anne Frank every day of the week is a big reason why parents feel their kids are just wasting time when not actually being brain washed at school.
This is the scary part, below. I suppose it's normal to want the government to come banging on your door, monitoring your family - for what -thought crimes?
"She called survivalists -- people who remove themselves from society and reject any government intervention or oversight -- the ``scariest sector.''
Penn-Nabrit [Let me guess - jew/feminist infilitrator] is the rare home-schooling parent who believes that government should be more involved in monitoring families."

any legislative measure designed to force the issue against homeschoolers would be a boon to us, a grand opportunity to champion White rights against the wicked multiculti state. Stay tuned! Opportunity awaits!

This is just more of that Red Hillary Clinton " it takes a village" bullshit. Its funny...they accuse the parents of wanting to brainwash their kids...what the hell do THEY wanna do? Instill THEIR morals and values on OUR kids? Is that not worse? I like how she calls the parents "crazies", too. What a cunt.
I hate commie scum...

The truth is, they can take a home schooled white kid of age eight and give him any test the average nig who has graduated from public (government run) high school can pass, and the eight year old home schooled kid will do just as well or better!
But, the home schooled kid might not know stuff like "Nobody has suffered like the Jews" and "Everyone is Special". And he may think Zionism is unAmerican and plucky little Israel should go jump in the lake.

You no longer have the right to establish a preference for your own kind. Of course, when the only people who oppose that are very conveniently hate-ridden whackoes, middle America will support it.

This woman, Paula Penn-Nabrit, is a fraud. Her book was reviewed on Amazon.
Here is what one reviewer had to say (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0375507744/qid=1100909104/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/104-9035637-8829542 ):
-------- EXCERPT from Review -----------
"As much as I liked the book there were some philosophical problems I had with it. The Nabrits are 'Ivy' League graduates as well as products of private white schools. They sent their children to private white schools and upper middle class public schools. Their commitment to home schooling came about when their sons were expelled from their elite private white school because their parents failed to pay the tuition in a timely matter. Although the Nabrits admit that this was the reason for them going to home schooling, I'm wondering if they still had the need to prove that their children could get into 'Ivy' League schools because such institutions are white.
Certainly the class bias predominates throughout the work. Ms Nabrit makes sure that we learn about the pedigrees of both her family and that of her husbands who were fortunate enough to have a tradition of college educated family members. This book is certainly geared towards the African-American Upper Middle-Class...."

Home schooling doesn’t merely have a little strain of racism running through it...........it is solid hardcore racism through and through and nothing else. There’s nothing subtle about it, why pretend?
And ain’t that a beautiful thing? :D

Removing your kids from public schools is one of the most effective ways to fight the Jewish Tyranny. I've predicted that when the number of home-schoolers hits ~10 million, the neocons will join the libs in denouncing homeschooling as hate schooling.
Note that while integration began with race, it has now been extended to retarded kids. The functional meaning of no child left behind is no kid allowed to get ahead. They're mixing retarded kids into normal classes -- after all, since blacks are borderline retarded on average what's the difference? A popular comic strip has followed this in recent months - "For Better or Worse." One kid makes the obvious comment to her friend, what the heck are they going to learn, and her friend thinks to herself, I've sure learned a lot about you. You're a tardist if you resent being grouped with literal retards.
Homeschooling is just another form of white self-protection, and as such something the state would prefer to criminalize. But people will actually fight for their kids, if they'll fight for anything. It promises to be a very interesting battle slowly shaping up.

Alex, I was school age during the forced integration of schools in the South, and I can assure you that American parents will eventually back down and throw their children to the wolves. All that'll be required is a bit more pressure... and the realization among parents that they stand in opposition to their beloved government.
IMO the Jews are just waiting until it reaches a critical mass. Then the crackdown will begin.

Multi-cultural Education Revisited
When the State of New York officially adopted multi-cultural education in 1991 it was a bad idea. It still is.
Lawwrence Auster’s website, The View From the Right, has a re-run of his 1989 article The Curriculum of Inclusion opposing the prospective adoption of multi-cultural education by the New York State Board of Regents.
The article below is my op-ed piece to the same end that was published July 7, 1991, in the Gannett Westchester Newspapers, just before the state’s official adoption of this disastrous educational concept.
New York’s Commissioner of Education was Thomas Sobol, who had been superintendent of education in Scarsdale, New York, where I lived at that time. It was Commissioner Sobol who pushed multi-cultural education into being...
Gannett Westchester Newspapers Op-ed Page July 7, 1991
Every concerned citizen should oppose adoption of the recommendations of the One Nation, Many Peoples: A Declaration of Cultural Interdependence report recently delivered to the State Commissioner of Education. We do not need and can not afford this expensive and misguided new program that aims to spotlight the cultural values of other societies and to question those of the United States. Its basic thrust is to emphasize the ethnic differences of our citizens, rather than the common values that historically have united us.
The report does not address the need for better quality education, a goal that has little connection with ethnic consciousness–raising instruction. Students presently are insufficiently grounded in the essence of our Constitution and Declaration of Independence — respect for the rights and responsibilities of individuals, within a framework of English common law affirming the sanctity of contracts that protect everything from property rights to civil rights. Nor are they given any sense of the two thousand six hundred year history of western humanity’s struggle to conceptualize and to gain the rights we today take for granted.
In reality, the report is a political program that will be useful to special interest groups as recruitment propaganda. And it is an economic program that will benefit publishing companies by mandating new text books, videos, and revised maps, and teachers unions by adding to administrative and teaching staffs.
• No society can survive if its citizens do not understand and support its fundamental cultural values. Teaching that the political philosophy underlying the Constitution is but one of many competing and equally valid sets of cultural values is, at the least, mischievous. One has to look no further than the breakdown of traditional German cultural values in the nihilistic chaos of the Weimar Republic during the 1920’s and 30’s and the Nazi “solution” to fear for our future. Contemporary strife in the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia demonstrate the destructive impact of cultural diversity. When the 1950’s winds of change swept western colonial powers out of Africa and India, stable political order was replaced with savage tribal and religious butchery that killed hundreds of thousands. Societies and their values are far more fragile than the distinguished special educational panel appear to recognize.
• Multicultural relativism has absolutely no sustainable claim to equal treatment with this nation’s western European cultural traditions. Blacks who are descendents of slaves did not come to this country by choice. But every other group, including West Indian blacks, have come here of their own free will, precisely to enjoy the benefits of our culture. Only in a western democracy like the United States could the idea of cultural relativism even be discussed seriously without endangering the advocates’ lives. Other cultures believe that their values have an exclusive claim to truth, and their rulers back that claim with brutal force. Eastern Europe’s experiences under Soviet domination and recent suppression of students in China are examples. Blacks within Nelson Mandela’s territory suspected of favoring the Inkatha’s political and social views have been burned to death with rubber necklaces or hacked to bits with machetes.
• Using public schools to teach the multicultural heritage of minority citizens will not achieve the implicit goal of minority self–respect. Real self–respect is earned by individuals through personal effort and accomplishment. Were it otherwise, the New York Jets would again be Super Bowl champions, using playbooks sprinkled with reminders of Joe Namath’s long–ago exploits. Emphasizing ethnic conflicts without a thorough understanding of historical and cultural specifics of each society will simply embitter black and hispanic students. Rather than giving them an educational framework for self-development to reap society’s economic fruits, the public schools will have taught them that the system has unfairly deprived them of their share of entitlements.
• The proposed program will not even be effective in teaching students about other cultures. A few glancing references to aspects of other cultures that have influenced our traditions will produce about the same real level of comprehension as a grade school survey course on nuclear particle physics. The culture of any one people, let alone all those affecting the United States, is a major specialty at the university level. Taking bits and pieces of cultural references out of context, as a critique of our society, will be confusing and as little enlightening as 10–second political commercials. In the 1960’s, under the sway of well–intentioned but disastrous “maximum feasible political participation” community action programs, Black Panthers combined elements of socialist philosophy with artifacts of West African culture. One result was Huey Newton’s notorious paraphrase of Lenin that social justice emanates from a gun barrel. Spike Lee’s movie, Do the Right Thing, reflects the dilemma of today’s students who will be taught that there may be no “right” or “wrong,” because different cultures give different answers to the same situation. With the official sanction of the public school system, students will draw the appropriate conclusion that the only “wrong” is getting caught breaking the law.
• The proposed additions to the curriculum and manifold changes in existing courses will be very costly. Our political system gives minorities the right to maintain their cultural traditions through private social and religious organizations, but not at public expense. It is irresponsible, when students perform poorly in basic English, literature, mathematics, and the physical sciences, to divert scarce funds to new textbooks, videos, and other paraphernalia for a purpose so little relevant to their welfare. And we know from sad experience that once we embark on this tangent expenditures will balloon every year far into the future.
• The sensible and responsible course is to revert to consideration of the 1987 report of the State Regents’ committee headed by Adelaide L. Sanford, a distinguished black educator. That report, issued shortly after State Education Commissioner, Thomas Sobol, assumed his office, focused on aspects of black and hispanic culture that ill-prepare minority students for school and ways to make teaching more effective. When the report was publicly attacked as racist by black and hispanic “leaders,” Commissioner Sobol immediately disowned it.
Four years later, after continuing deterioration of educational standards, we are offered the One Nation, Many Peoples: A Declaration of Cultural Interdependence report, a pandering to the political clout of minority politicians who are ignorant or uncaring of the real interests of their constituents. This report is true racism in a virulent form. It offers no real help to minority students. It mires them further in the victim mentality that diverts them from the only effective path to a better life — individual dedication to the hard work necessary to master the tools and rules of the game of our western civilization. Our so–called educational and minority leaders should hang their heads in abject shame.

Certainly that last is true. But I think this will be much harder to sell because only one set of people are involved. The kikes can claim that poower little niggers who just want to read books are being denied the opportunity, and so get through to the idiot Christians. In home-schooling, there are many people from all sectors of the country involved, all races too, and they can turn the abortion language back on the jew mind-doctors, and claim it is a matter of ecucational freedom, of "choice," the be-all and end-all.
It really is true, what the libertarians say: the govt schools are religious schools, and their god is Government. They do share a first commandment with that other god.

This article's not bad, but it's still based in the Big Lie that culture is somehow separable from race. Auster's a jew punk, too, for the record. He's not on our side by any means.
I had to return the Diane Ravitch book before I got the parts posted from it regarding textbook publishing. She claims there are basdically four textbook publishers that serve pretty much all the K-12 market, and they all have very lengthy guidelines for writers, spelling out exactly how races and sexes are to be portrayed - in exactly the same flip-world you see on tv.
If American parents cared about their kids' educations, they wouldn't subject them to this, but they do. How many parents even read their own kids' books, to supply a litle jew-jitsu, if nothing else? Very few. It's easier to believe what you're told, and Americans never liked books anyway. I mean, what are books next to a shiny new pickup? They subcontract their minds to forces unknown, and are surprised when they wake up slaves.
