What are these reputations in my User's CP and what do the different colors symbolize in those boxes on the left?

If somebody likes or dislikes a post of your they can click on the picture of the scales at the bottom left of your post and add or detract from your “reputation” by agreeing or disagreeing to your post. The green color is positive and blue is negative. After you’ve accumulated enough favorable posts you will gain another dot. See Stormfront posts to see an example of it in use. It doesn’t seem to be used here very much.
