How would health care be different in America under a National-Socialist?
The current system profits off of declining dying people treatment and medicine, and furthermore is confiscatory to productive members of society. The workers in this country have to pay higher taxes and see their dollars devalued as the "poor", the niggers and spics and illegals, get subsidized health insurance and emergency room care.
How would National-Socialism change this?

One good answer: Matt Koehl's essay "Hitlercare."

Going by what its policy was when actually in power, it would all be run by the state, and all be centralised.
The weak, the elderly, the mentally deficient, the physically unfit would be executed.
Productive members would be required to perform free public service, and pay the bulk of their their income to the state, until no longer productive, then executed.
Anyone objecting would be put into penal work battalions if civilians, penal front line battalions if in the military, and worked to death.
Opposition parties would have been banned, of course.
NS like communism is based on evolution.
The weak, the slow, the poor, the ill get killed, only the healthy, strong and young survive.
Except that this only applies to the general public, and not to party members of course.

You have an unhealthy imagination. How long have these morbid, grisly fantasies been troubling you?
You did not ask for it, but I will give you some advice anyway:
(1) Stop watching "documentaries" about the "Nazis" on The History Channel, etc.
(2) Limit exposure to Fox News to five minutes (maximum) per hour. O'Reilly, Hannity and the like are not on the side of the White Race! (The word for today is "race-traitor.")
More seriously: National-Socialist Germany was the most popular, prosperous and progressive society in modern history -- perhaps in ALL history. It was not some horror-filled, nightmarish dystopia, in which old people were machine-gunned when they were no longer economically productive, and so forth.
Follow the link in my earlier post and read Matt Koehl's "Hitlercare" essay on what healthcare was like under National-Socialism. Koehl is right on target: Hitler felt that the overall health of the German people (das deutsches Volk) was a reflection of the health of each individual member of the folk-community. Consequently, he made high-quality, affordable healthcare for all Germans a top priority.
Had the war not intervened, cancer rates in NS Germany would have plummtted to the lowest anywhere, and the life span of the average German would have been the longest in the world.
But credit where credit is due: you are absolutely correct when you state that National-Socialism is based on Evolution (in the sense that the NS worldview constructed by Adolf Hitler is built on biology and scientific realities).
