Three in court over 'racism' film
Three men accused of racially aggravated harassment following a BBC documentary about the British National Party (BNP) have appeared in court.
Steve Barkham, 24, Keith Webster, 29, and Richard O'Grady, 23, did not enter pleas at Leeds Magistrates' Court. The men, who are all from Bradford, were charged by police on Tuesday after the inquiry into comments made on the Secret Agent television programme. All three were bailed to return to the same court on 13 January. Twelve members of the party, including chairman Nick Griffin and founder John Tyndall, were arrested as part of the West Yorkshire Police investigation. The inquiry was launched after the undercover footage was screened in July.
