Houston Stewart Chamberlain was the author of the two-volume völkisch masterpiece "Die Grundlagen des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts" aka "The Foundations of the Nineteenth Century"; a work that would have a huge influence on National Socialist philosopher Alfred Rosenberg and his tome "The Myth of the Twentieth Century" (Der Mythus des 20. Jahrhunderts). Chamberlain was also married to German composer Richard Wagner's daughter Eva.
