How I grew up and learned to loathe the BURM

In my youth I was involved in left wing politics and whilst I ‘dropped out’ in my early twenties I still kept and supported ‘progressive’ ideas. This is by way of an explanation as to how I changed some long held beliefs and came to sympathy towards nationalism. The reasons for this change is ideological, some of it sociological and some personal or, perhaps, even a little petty. I apologise in advance for the length of this piece and trust it is of some interest. When reading this it should be remembered I actually have spent most of my life in safe suburban England
Not long back I got a job in what I now think of as the social services-education-care axis of evil in London. The upshot of this was that I was exposed more fully to the depressing reality of multi-cultural Britain and, more alarmingly, to the mind set of it’s middle class liberal overlords.
In a very pronounced way I found myself in complete discord with the views expressed by my colleagues, a few examples will explain this. Firstly, it was evident that most of them had total contempt for white working class people and had a particular loathing for anyone who was unable or unwilling to make full use of the education system. I remember one particular conversation with a colleague who said she couldn’t understand how I worked with such people as they had thrown their chances away and were not worthy of any more help or, by inference, respect. We then went on to agree how awful it would be if the tories were re-elected-go figure as our US cousins might say. It is also evident that New Labour and it’s groupies are a totalitarian force that has no respect for the individual, no respect for freedom of speech, and no respect for freedom of conscience. The following example will illustrate this; a big cheese in the local youth service was touting a programme she had designed that aimed to help the local kids become ‘ responsible citizens who are politically autonomous individuals capable of empowerment blah waffle drone. Of course as was made abundantly clear this by definition meant that the poor benighted kids were not homophobic or racist. The incongruity of an ‘empowered politically autonomous individual not being allowed to make up their own mind on these issues didn’t seem to occur to her.
On a very visceral level I was shaken by two events that made me feel like I had been very naïve. Firstly was travelling to Southahll and finding that the station signs were dual language English and Urdu. The second was dealing with a young white girl who had been abused by her Jamaican ex-boyfriend and now wanted to find some form of women’s help group. Anyway, checking with the local council I found they had a help group for Somalia women one for Kosovans and so on. Nothing that dealt with any of the majority local native population even thought they were paying for these services.
One thing that comes over very clearly to me is the inability of the liberal (for want of a better phrase) establishment to deal with history or even present day events in an intellectually honest manner. I was fortunate enough to be sent on a training course run by the Terence Higgins Trust, which imparted the following pearls of wisdom. Great play was made of the nazis attempt to launch a ‘gay holocaust’ with a deliberate policy of exterminating homosexuals. This simply isn’t true and is a very obvious and dishonest attempt to jump on the holocaust industry bandwagon. It just seems for these people any event is simply there to be manipulated to advance their own ‘special interest’ group. It is Completely Orwellian.
I should now mention an author who has had a profound effect on my way of looking at the world. His name was Israel Shahak and he wrote a number of books concerning the history of Judaism and modern Zionist policies, in my opinion he was that rare individual who would break tribal ranks and tell the simple truth. Shahak’s work explained a problem I had been thinking about for a very long time. If, as can be easily proven, the medieval Catholic Church wasn’t hostile to Jews what could explain the European peasants universal detestation of them. The received knowledge I had on this subject just didn’t add up. Reading Shahak it would seem that the jews represented an intermediate class of people largely involved in fleecing controlling and oppressing the peasantry on behalf of the nobility. One of Shahak’s contentions that makes a great deal of sense is that this mind set has been carried forward and now manifests itself in the Jewish supremacism we are now all too aware of. It also strikes me a little odd that an ‘oppressed minority can end up leading the conservative party, running much of the worlds media ( Murdoch is either Jewish or identifies with them) and controlling American foreign policy. I feel very strongly that the ‘west’ is being manipulated in to a war with the Islamic world on behalf of Jewish interests.
Just the other day I over heard a black colleague of mine talking to a soon to be excluded black youngster. Anyway said youngster was making a forceful case against his exclusion and was saying that what was needed as a black urban revolutionary movement. Perhaps we could call such a grouping the ( adopt Inspector Clouseu style voice here)BURM. Not sure what this BURM’s programme would be but I can’t imagine that it would be anything but antithetical to my values, beliefs or even quality of life. Besides which the music would be bloody awful.
I do believe that if the quisling Blair gets his way and allows Turkey to join the EU Bernard Lewis will be proven right and Europe will be Islamic inside of a 100 years. All the things that mean anything to me will be erased from history it will be as if our culture had never existed. My residual indoctrination of guilt is not strong enough to see this as a desirable ‘end of history.’
For all of the above I have had it with the Liberal Progressive establishment and they can take a flying leap.
