I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned the easiest way of disabling Facebook's invasive blah-blah-blah; don't fucking use Facebook, don't make a Facebook account, and if you have a FB account, remove all the personal info and disable it ASAP.

If you don't like something, the best way to harm it is to opt out and not use it - find an alternative, or simply do without.
