Leeds beat Canterbury Bulldogs of Sydney, Australia, to win the World Club Challenge at Elland Road , Leeds, tonight, at a packed stadium of over 37,000 .

The match finished in a 'mass punch-up' so much was the passion involved in the game. Leeds won by 7 points though they were over 20 points up at half time. Canterbury fought back with four tries in about 10 minutes in the second half.

A good match . The ozzies fought a good battle. And even as a Lancastrian, I am glad Leeds won . :cool:

Brighton, I can't believe England today loosing to the fuckin taffs! Hope we can do better against the Jocks mate, it's about time we saw England taking its rightfull place (at the top). They had a coon in the English team and the taffs team was coon free that's why they won. It's a fuckin disgrace, beaten by the welsh! :mad:

At least Chelsea are still top (although there are too many dark faces in the team again). It's nice to see them doing well for old times sake.

Storm, Chelsea are buying success with Jew money stolen from the Russian people. I know it was alway Spurs who were the Yids, but I'm afraid it is Chelsea now. Do a search on Roman Abramovitch (check spelling), you might even see him in his scullcap! :eek:

Come on mate, lets face it united are spending the same Jewish cash for their success. The big teams are big because of money. Look at all the dark faces in our teams,, it's a fuckin disgrace.

The hook noses are everywhere and leading the multi-racial cess pit that is modern English football. Well a game I would love to see over here is the Paddy game = Hurling. Used to watch it when I worked over in Dublin.

Good to watch, full of aggression and spirit. The problem was the commentry was all in Gaelic.

A Hurling team (was always all white from the matches I saw) consists of 15 players and a number of substitutes.

Each team has a goalkeeper, six defenders, two midfielders and six forwards.

Players use sticks called 'hurleys' to strike the ball.

Championship hurling matches last 70 minutes and league matches last 60 minutes.

It is an eg. of a Northern Eurpean trib letting off steam, in a traditional head to head warlike way. :D
