The "Can you hear me now?'' bandit has robbed his 11th bank in south King County and Tacoma...
The FBI gave him the cell-phone moniker because "he is very casually talking on his cell phone'' as he walks up to a teller, said Roberta Burroughs, an FBI special agent.
He remains on the cell phone while he asks for change for a $100 bill, Burroughs said. Then, he simply asks for all the money. He puts the money in a plastic bag he has under his coat.
Maybe he's saving up for a lips reduction, and to get some hipbone grafted onto his chinbone.
