I bet half of them vote SNP though - about as 'nationalist' as Sinn Fein
Visitors to official website request participants reflect European culture
Edinburgh's world famous music festival, “Military Tattoo”, is under the watchful eye of patriotic Scotsmen. Visitors to the official website have publicly rejected the presence of African and multicultural performers whom they claim have “invaded” Edinburgh Castle --requesting that musicians and bands should reflect traditional European culture.
In typical egalitarian fashion, anti-White advocacy groups are demanding the website remove the posts from the discussion forum where they find pro-European statements offensive.
Numerous threads exist at Tattoo's website where Internet users have protested the “dumbing down” of the annual affair by event organizers who booked participants from the Zulu and Maori African tribes. A rap group from Harlem, NY, was mentioned as a possible entry in this year's event, which ignited demands from Scotsmen to boycott and demonstrate against the event's organizers.
One frustrated observer and Tattoo forum contributor said, "I can recall many in the crowd talking amongst themselves as to why this sort of group, with their spears and warpaint, are dancing and chanting their awful gibberish. These people are simply from a land that time forgot."
Tattoo enthusiasts who have followed the event cherish the traditional approach that has been a theme for years, but recently abandoned for a multicultural flavor.
"I don’t care if you call me racist,” said Christine, a female contributor to the sites forum. “Neither Zulus nor Maoris belong at the Tattoo. Spare us their barefoot dancing and the right din that they shout out on the hallowed esplanade of Edinburgh Castle."
Comments such as these drew scorn from the Commission for Racial Equality. A spokeswoman for the agency commented, “Edinburgh prides itself on being a multicultural and welcoming city, and the Tattoo attracts visitors from all over the world.”
Native Scotsmen disagree with the commissions observation and are continuing to pressure event organizers to strike African and non-White participants from one of the city's most profitable attractions, estimated to gross $23 million annually.
