TOM'S PERSONAL INTENSIVE CLASS SCHEDULE
SPRING & EARLY SUMMER 2005

Intensive Update!

There are still spaces available in Tom’s upcoming VISION QUEST INTENSIVE, April 16-18, 2005. This Intensive is in California and will be taught by Tom and Philosophy Instructor Malcolm Ringwalt (Earth-Heart). This should prove to be an amazing class, combining both Tom’s and Malcolm’s Vision Quest teachings in what will probably be a one-time-only Intensive. If you feel drawn to take this Intensive, I would urge you to sign up ASAP! Please remember, though, you must be a graduate of at least Philosophy I to take this Intensive.

Dan Hirshberg, Tracker School (908) 813-8689

or Annamaria Lalevee, Centenary College

Centenary College gets ‘wild’ - offers college credits
to students taking wilderness survival courses
at Tom Brown Jr.’s Tracker School

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (March 2, 2005) - If Centenary College students get a little “wild” these days, it’s with good reason. Undergraduate students can now earn college credits by taking classes through Tom Brown Jr.’s Tracker School, a nature, tracking and wilderness survival school with locations in New Jersey and Florida.

Is it just me, or does that bottom symbol look like an NS swastika?

Sure it does. There are Hindus in Indonesia, although they are a minority, if I'm not mistaken, so that may be a cultural linkage. Presas is from Phillipines but there is a a cultural milieu of sorts there, pentjak silat is another style.

Also the image evokes the pattern and motion of the weapon exercise called "siniwali." That's what they're doing here:

Back in the day I went to a seminar with Remy Presas, and found it very fun and worthwhile. http://www.professorpresas.com/Professor.htm
