I ran across that last night and was going to post it but backed out. I don’t drink Coke or eat Chocolate bars :o so I guess I will have to stick with two sticks. Or just trust my trusty Zippo. ;)

I cheated and started with an aluminum sink cleaner for several minutes then used an auto polish instead of the chocolate bar.
After repeated applications of the auto polish for 30-40 minutes the shine was almost like a mirror, I couldn't eliminate the fine swirl marks (caused from the sink cleaner, maybe?).
It worked just like a magnifying glass and would produce enough heat to prevent me from holding my finger in front of it in mere seconds. As for actually creating fire I could only get it to smolder a dry leaf and no visible flames ever appeared. I figured the swirl marks were hindering its true capability so maybe later I'll give it another go using just the auto polish.
Anybody else have any luck with it?

I don't know, maybe if you stood on your head in a bucket of water while repeating the applications of chocolate bar, it might work better!
Or here's another idea, drink some bleach before you begin.
Seriously, is this the best you can think of to do with your time?

...Seriously, is this the best you can think of to do with your time? You mean like better time spent staring at an LCD screen reading opinions from strangers all day? Does science not intrigue you at all?
