View Full Version : informants

I remember reading in the Turner Diaries that a psychological test was given to all new recruits to the white resistance movement and it was very affective. While obviously such a test does not exist, I was wondering if anyone in this forum has any good ideas how to weed out informants?

Actually, it probably wouldn't be too hard to come up with a psychological test/profile to identify possible informants. The problem is that it would also fit a lot of non-informants among the types of people who are normally attracted to the movement. People who tend to want to be informants are those who feel they have no power or authority in life. Becoming an informant gives these misfits and losers a sense of power and of self importance. (See the problem? A lot of people seem to join the WP movement for the same reason.) The surest give-away that someone has become an informant is that formerly meek people suddenly develop a sense of arrogance with no visible reasons why, along with a sudden desire to join widely disparate organizations they formerly had no interest in.
Also, informants tend to be the ones who always want to talk about illegal activities, or always know (and possess) the latest technilogical and surveillence devices (Lawrence Myers, anyone?), or the one always interested in what guns, etc everybody has, or what they would do in event of an emergency or governmental crackdown. They tend to talk big and do little, and drop plenty of vague hints to get others to talk about illegal or questionable activity.
Conversly, they can be there to disrupt, insted of entrap. These are the guys who always divert plans and conversation away from productive activities and into petty bullshit such as the latest movement gossip or the merits of urban over woodland camo. These would be the guy who wants to cancel any type of training or directly movement-oriented activity and set up a "front group" such as a square dance club, homeschool/daycare group, etc, but then is reluctant to use that front for any educational or recruitng purposes (ie, it throws away movement/group resources without producing viable results).
Another type of informant/disruptor is the gossiper. He'll badmouth other WN groups and people to you, glean what information you have about them, and then go and badmouth you and your organization to others, to get info on you. It's easy to find a person's enimies (who will help work against that person) simply by starting the trash talk, and seeing who they jump in to criticize.

Good one! :D
Seriously, though, nice post.

White Girl,
I am getting out of Dodge (know today as Detroit) and may possibly move to another state.
Any good sources to find others like me and you or should I just start a new group?
Where shall I start looking? Lets say either Ohio, South Carolina, or Kentucky?
I am not into starting violence. On the otherhand, I am all for training and setting up a defense organization.
Here in Detroit there are actually small black organizations that are planning to raid on prosperous white communities. I am afraid that they have already started by acts of random violence and home invasions. We are now getting news reports of serious crimes in areas where such things almost never have occured before. Right now, whites living along the freeways are being hit.

Randolph,
I'm not really sure where to look. I've heard of a lot of small groups of WN training and such, but you'd need to know somebody who'd vouch for you in order to get in with the better ones, and you don't want to get involved with the others (a lot of them just seem dangerous - lots of gun nuts and self-important hobbyists, too much chance of someone getting hurt or arrested).
I've known of two people who tried to start groups to organize and train (one in SC, one in NC) and neither had any luck - people were not serious about it at all, and nobody had enough discipline to work together - they all wanted to lead or do their own thing. We may try again now that I have a better job, but I wonder if it's even worth it (and I definately have to get back into shape before I'd be any use in something like that).
Unless you just get lucky and do find a good group of people to work with, your best bet might be to start your own group.

Not only do we need to weed out informants but we also need to create a viewable database of who they are as well as any important personal information that we have on them.

No, paranoia is when you are too scared to even talk about it. These things need examined in the light of day, and WG made some very good points.

good one whitegirl.
forget about "groups training." here's why. several states have anti-militia laws sleaze dees campaigned for back in 93 or 94. dont want to get pinched.
for those states that dont, you still stand the chance of informants penetrating and provoking you.
another thing: what the hell you gonna do? if you want to practice defense, leave WN out of it and go join the local gun club and start competing IPSC or something like that. you dont need defense for that.
one more thing. when the chips are down, dont expect somebody to jump on the bandwagon to help just because they say they're a WN. your friends and family are your primary support network no matter what.
I suggest we get out into the real world and make our selves useful and connected to our local communities. that builds social power and in the end, security comes not from individuals or even small groups a la Red Dawn, but large social groups with concurrent interests. Like White folk in the 'Kwa.
