Note to those who want to kick start their immune systems. :D

Six to twelve drops (a day) of food grade hydrogen peroxide added to your drinks of choice .... Will kick start your immune system .... You will not be ill as often and when you do get sick, recovery time is cut in half!!

I've heard about this but it smells like snake-oil to me. Hydrogen peroxide, with a little agitation or heat(your stomach is hot enough) is just going to break back down into water and oxygen. You're already getting that.

Either way, it's harmless and inexpensive so it wouldn't hurt much to try. It's harmless in these amounts mentioned, anyway. Don't gulp the stuff or you could give yourself an ulcer.

Glad to see you noted *food grade*. Be careful about any chemicals you're going to ingest, use in your mouth, or put on your skin in large quantities. There's often an "industrial grade" that isn't intended for uses like this, and it might have poisonous stabilizers or preservatives, or have some little bit of something left over from the manufacturing process that's bad for you.

Some things are harmless even if they don't say "food grade", but that designation makes it more of a sure thing.
