Clearly a violation of his constitutional rights. A Standford law prof appealed directly to the US supreme court and they rejected certiorari and said they will wait for the appeals court to rule.

I wonder, will any law professors from top universities be stepping forward to help Matt Hale appeal the numerous obvious violations of4th, 5th and 6th amendments in his case?
