Worked fine for me. White kid obviously had some martial arts training but I don't recognize the style. Maybe AE can help out.

That was funny.
The white guy knew his stuff. I've never had martial arts training but I've fenced a bit and fought with sword and shield (ie, SCA - Society for Creative Anarchonism) so I recognize the purpose of this martial arts style: by facing the opponent "sideways" you force your opponent to attack straight into both of your arms which can easily deflect the attack (much as a fencing rapier does) and quickly launch a counterattack. Also, attacks are more powerful when the fist is delivered in a straight-line blow rather than swinging a wide blow from the side which is slow and loses power quickly.
He's fortunate it was just one ape harrassing him, rather than an entire gang of them. Usually these types run in gangs and rely on sheer weight of numbers to have their way. This lone ape was foolish enough to pick a one-on-one fight, and his "friends" fortunately appeared happy enough to watch the fun and not get involved - or so I hope since we don't see what happens after he knocked the guy down.

Hee hee. I watched it again; you can see the....whatever he was, hispanic, I guess....when he attacks, he's swinging wildly from the side, which throws him off balance and leaves himself open for a counterattack.
How do you copy this? I tried right clicking but don't see a "save as" option. I know I've copied video clips off of these kinds of servers before but I forget now how I did it.

Right click on video and select Properties.
At the bottom of the Properties window is the Location which gives the direct path to the video.
Cut and Paste into browser address bar.
This is the address for those who want to save it http://x302.putfile.com/videos/b7-16600445046.wmv

Chink stuff. Hsing I mebbe.
I hate that stance bullshit. What's the point. But you have to give the kid credit for controlling the distance.
I would have kicked the mexican in the face when he bent down to tie his shoelaces. Or, when he reached around to the small of his back, that would have scared me because I would have assumed he was going for a gun carried "Mexican carry" style in the small of his back. So when he put his hands behind him like that, he needed to get lit up in the face right then, to kind of stun him, and then you'd want to control the arms and simultaneously fuck him up.
this is why fighting is stupid. It's macho crap, and you can end up dead fast. Or in jail for "hate crimes."

by facing the opponent "sideways" you force your opponent to attack straight into both of your arms
1: If you do this against a person who can fence properly, they'll simply slash your wrist/arm open, for preference. Otherwise, they'll put a big hole in it.
2: If you do this against a person who can wrestle properly, in one blink they'll have your hand and wrist, and in the next... CRACK! It's no mean feat to fight on when you've got a compound fracture in your wrist.
In my experience, side-stancers routinely get their clocks cleaned by anyone with a rudimentary level of skill. And in actual fighting with swords or knives (and WITHOUT SHIELDS), there's a lot of dirty tricks that make side-stancing all the more ineffective.
Side stancing does not allow a person to use all of their core strength at all times (which means your balance is not going to be all it could be), and the small gain in speed gained isn't worth it, I think.

Kid looks like a fool doing that chink crap. Just tackle him to the ground and go from there.

It's not the way I've fought in martial arts training. You do that stance only when you're practicing a specific blow, not when you actually fight.
But he won because he told the mud that "I'm going to win" through his body language. In politics or fights that's what you should always do: show your opponent clearly and without any doubt that you're going to win. The self-confidence you radiate (when you have learned to radiate it) will carry you a long way.

Exactly. That stance may have looked ridiculous, but it sure psych'ed out that mud. That's half the battle right there.

Or he just could have head butted the shitskin in the nose when he was walking up on him. Or grabbed his nuts and made a quick castration attempt. Either way, surer victory, less theatrics, bigger impression.

He won because the guy he was fighting sucked worse then he did.

If you'll notice, that mud was huffing and apuffing until the guy took up his stance. Then the mud had the look of "oh shit, I'm fucked now" although he tried not to show it. That's the point at where he lost.
Of course, the mud probably couldn't fight anyway and a quick headbutt would have ended it all, but hey! I bet all the people at that fight are signing up for martial arts classes haha!

That kid had no CLUE what the hell he was doing. However, he was resourceful and didn't back down. He psyched his opponent out with that kung fu stance(I believe that is called a bow stance) , probably hoping he would just give up. Judging by the flailing of arms he really had no fight experience or skill. But obviously that didn't matter. Luck was on his side.
