This webpage is an excellent resource for building functional strength like the White Iron Men of the golden age. You'll find many books written by classic strongmen like the "Young Apollon", Angelo Siciliano (Charles Atlas), Gene Hackenschmidt, Eugene Sandow and many more. The information is quite dated, but most of the principles are timeless and cannot be supplanted by the fashionable Jewish "fitness" industry.

I'll still take Steve Reeves over the rest in terms of symmetry, harmonious muscular development and grace. And he did it all without roids-the ultimate Aryan male physique. Here's a link as well.

He was an amazing physical specimen and as you point out he did it the natural way. His Hercules movies were wonderful and WN/NS children should enjoy them as well as their parents.

Reeves was pretty awesome, but for some reason I really like Dave Draper. The guy fits like the ultimate Aryan ideal, and plus I've gotten some awesome tips on his site.

The guy was a roid freak. No comparison to Reeves or even a Reg Park.

Steve Reeves certainly has good symmetry which does make for some good eye candy for the ladies, but other than that there isn't much to envy. When it comes to strength, appearances can be deceiving. In the No-Holds-Barred fighting org's the strongest and most dangerous guys are usually pudgy and what the general bodybuilding public would consider "out of shape".

Take note of the top bodybuilding competitions and most if not all of these bloated up roid users are huffing and puffin' after a session of possing on stage. Bodybuilding is little more than a cosmetic sport, there is absolutely NOTHING usefull(besides intimidation factor) in having a huge overly built physique. An overly developed chest like that of Dave Draper who is obviously a roid head, would restrict a fighter from blocking a punch or kick to the midsection.

The goal for the modern Aryan warrior is to train specifically for function and optimal health. a carved midsection might get you points strolling down the beach like David Hasselhoff, but it won't mean the difference between life or death in a scenario where you're forced to endure in a fight. As Vince Lombardi once said; "fatigue makes cowards of us all."

This is Fedor Emelianenko, Heavyweight champion of PRIDE and unquestionably the most feared fighter in all of MMA

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/33/Fedor.jpg

Obviously he's not in "shape" by most peoples standards, yet if you see this man fight he moves with lightning speed and strikes with deadly precision. Very unassuming, and it's because he trains in the way of the Aryan warriors. To hell with "looking good" or keeping up with Jewywoods latest batch of metrosexuals celebs, training should be done very minimalistic but INTENSE.

Here is a Video of Fedor training with his family in the rough Russian terrain, the ancient way with no overpriced gym equipment. We could do alot worse then to emulate these Slavs, take note and train for function, not cosmetics.

Werent most of them after Reeves anyways? The difference then and now is they limited their amount, while today you have freaks who are pharmacy experts and take everything to no limit.

As for MMA, Crocop and Igor Vovchanchin I like.

That is quite true. Nevertheless many of these Mr Universe types are very strong compared to the average American White male who by any objective standard seems pretty soft.

I do agree completely that huge muscles are not necessarily the sign of devastating power in regards to the streets.

I wonder how much the jew Joe Weider had to do with guys like Draper et al doing the steroids?

Thanks Moz for your article and the photo with it.

This is I think the Pavel Palatine Creator is referring to:

http://www.fulcrumfitness.com/rkc/pavel.jpg

Those are strong men, with muscles that give strength that can be used to wring jewish necks.

No need to look like a homosexual sex symbol or, worse, to look like a heavy steroid user. If you die from a heart attack at age 35 you can't do much for your race anymore.

Strength is not about definition, they are both very different.

Definition is about looks,Strength is all about strong.

If any of you have ever seen the Worlds Strongest Men Contests, or the Olympics, most of the strongest men look like a tub of shit.

Don't be fooled, some of these big farm boys, are not to be screwed with, unless you want to have an intimate relationship, with a Chiropractor, or Orthopaedic Surgeon.

..........the bodybuilder physique is not something to emulate. Doc A would say the conventional system of bodybuilding makes your body like a chain fence, with links of steel, steel, steel, then tin. Guess which link gives under the right stress? You don't want to be "all show and no go." .........

I agree with what you're saying; but, what about the right training methods plus steroids? Like some of these old time Olympic athletes? Or what of non-steroidial hormone precursors like DHEA or androstendione? What's your 2 cents on that topic.

There are some people that are just naturally strong and/or large. I've seen guys who have never picked up a plate before with immense functional strength - muscular arms and legs, barrel chests, thick necks...tend to not be that strong in the core area, but more like large...you can see they had a few beers and pizzas in their day.
Genetics are the #1 factor of course, but as Doppel states, chemical hormones can almost trump the genetic limiatations one may have.
Ever see those 1970s's world's strongest man competitions?
Guys like Rheinhardt, Kazmier were muscular yes, but not nearly as defined as the current ones.
It is nearly impossible to be over 6 ft and 300 pounds and have 6% bodyfat.
Hormones help one maintain freakish size while cutting up to look like a medical chart of muscles.

Every pro bodybuilder uses steroids - fact.
Not so sure about the strength athletes but would not be surprised either.

Steroids of course do work and as the technology gets better, it actually is getting less and less dangerous.
Laws and ethics can not keep pace with modern chemisty technology.

But, since the human body took hundreds of thousands of years to evolve anything you put in your body unnaturally will have an effect - sometimes good, sometimes bad.
You always have to pay the piper as they say.

I would not advise doing steroids but my reasoning is more ethical and moral than health concerns.
Fast food is worse for you than steroids by a long shot.

Check out this interesting site where people write their original good, bad and ugly stories about their roid experiences:
www.anabolicsteroids.com

If one has serious genetic limitations but is in overall good athletic shape and has a solid 2 years of training behind them, basic roid therapy could help you.
Then again, it depends on how your personal body reacts, your nutrition, genes, and ability to have proper medical oversight over your cycle(s)....
if things go wrong or you abuse it, you could wind up in a box or become effectively a neutered piece of shit with bad organs and live a patehtic life of regret.
and all because of nihilistic vanity....wouldn't that be ironic?

People get all crazy about having that immense size. I think it is beyond wanting to look good for the gals...most women don't even find LARGE muscles that appealing. I think it is the basic idea that males want to lord over others and bust peoples asses if need be. Maybe itz an ego thing, knowing you can crush a guys neck with your strength.
Is that a carry over from our long ago ancestors? perhaps.

Ah, but size isn't everything as people have mentioned. The best shoot fighters could beat men much larger than themselves based on skill and fighting experience. Notice I said 'Best'.
But in the 'real world' of the streets size will determine the battle (barring weapons or outside attackers of course) 9 times out of 10.
I've seen black belts get beat pretty bad by guys say 30-50 pounds heavier.

But back to muscles and roids: roids will make you much bigger and stronger that is a fact. But for every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Just a point to remeber.

Besides, once you stop training you will literally shrink no matter how many roids or how much you worked out before.
It's all so fleeting.
Most people should just train and eat right and enjoy the journey or personal growth and self improvement.

Everyone wants a magic pill for everything. But in a way, steroids is that magic pill, lol.
Genetics is the key, but technology is starting to really get around this. Amazing isn't it?

Why not post your picture and the millions you have made from your kettle ball workout system?

Surely you are not ashamed?

Oh come on thats ridiculous, I really see no comparison between the drug freaks of today and the bodybuilders of 30-40 years ago who dabbled in steroids but still busted their ass. I didn't advise it as a physique to aim for, but mentioning some of the best white BBers of the past decades is nothing to be ashamed of.

In their prime Arnold, Franco, Draper etc were strong as hell, especially Franco. I'm not really advocating the sport, but following a proper nutrition and exercise/lifting program is essential, and doing it naturally. I'd prefer strongman or power lifting over BB anyways, but combining the two isn't bad. Someone with that kind of strength and endurance who can take some damage, combined with a good physique is whats optimum. What comes to mind is someone like Magnus Samuelsson or Mariusz Pudzianowski, and they are some of the best.

Man, that nigger took one hell of a beating from Fedor Emelianenko.

Emelianenko, Fedor

Perhaps no other fighter in PRIDE FC is as feared as Fedor Emelianenko. This Russian heavyweight is one of the hardest hitters in the sport, but besides his heavy hands, he is also technically versed in submissions (Emelianenko was the 1997 Russian National Judo/Sambo Champion, the 1997 European Sambo Champion and placed first in the 2002 World Sambo Championships in the heavyweight division). If one survives standing toe to toe with him, it only gets worse when the fight goes to the ground as Emelianenko’s “ground and pound” game is among the most devastating in the sport. Add this to his uncanny ability to avoid submissions on the ground and this Russian becomes even more of a nightmare match-up. Emelianenko has been training and fighting since his childhood (his younger and more massive brother, Alexander, is also a fighter) and today he is one of the youngest and very best heavyweights in the world.

Arnold got his build from Dbol. It may have been legal back in the late 70's and 80's though. Those Worlds Strongest Man competitions are something else, ever notice it is 99% White men!
