If Germany had won the war, who would have become the leader after Hitler died? I know that it was supposed to be Goering but would Himmler allow that?? Would Bormann be ruled by Himmler? What would Goebbels do? There are numerous problems that would have occured after Hitler's death largely because of personality conflicts.
What's your speculation on it? What if?

All depends on how far back you rewrite history. As of March, 1945, AH:
If anything happens to me, Germany is lost, since I have no successor. Hess has gone mad, Goring has squandered the sympathies of the German people, and Himmler is rejected by the Party.

It could have been one of those you mention, but there would have been a number of other potential leaders as well. For one thing, the hypothetical German victory you propose would only have been possible through a victorious Luftwaffe. Had the air arm triumphed, then the Reichmarshal would have been firmly in the Fuhrer's good graces and would have been the probable next leader (is my guess). Himmler was such a total putz for one thing. And Goring was just as good an infighter as Himmler and controlled the entire German police as well as literally everything in the state of Prussia, as a counter to the SS. The SS took it's oath to the Fuhrer anyway, not Himmler. It would, of course, been the Fuhrer's decision.
What matters is that such a German victory then would have placed us today in a paradise on earth. Unfortunately because of the destruction of Germany we are instead experiencing our racial and cultural extinction and have the full knowledge that with our passing goes mankind's most brilliant and creative moment. Unless there is a miracle, of course.
