Find picture on internet.

Copy all info in the url window by right clicking and selecting "copy".

Type: "then right click and paste copied info here"

Voila. You're in pictures!

and to host images on your computer to the web.. goto this site http://www.imageshack.us/

then once it gives you the url to the image just add to the vnn post [ img]http://www.imageshack.us/stuffgoeshere/imagename.jpg[ /img]
