I love the cd "Res Gestae" by Eric Owens. I'm a fan of Spain, and so I enjoyed the songs about the Civil War. I regularly visit an "Irish pub" of sorts which has a very lively "keltic music" performance schedule, and so I really enjoy this genre. I wonder if somebody who knows Eric could get him to register at this forum and come discuss it with us. I'm wondering if it sold well. I would think it would. If it hasnt maybe it needs to be promoted.

I noticed Eric was one of the interviewees in "One Sheaf One Vine." Very interesting comments. he said he was in NA. Somebody refer this to him please.

Oh yes-- my fave song is the one in French about le Roi Eugen.

Antiochus, I love the CD as well and 'The Nation' is my fav song. Tis a shame Mr. Owen's other CD is so difficult to find! His insight is missed.

Heard one of his songs on Metzger's show. I love it. I'm not into Irish stuff but that was a great song.
