Do non-whites need a different diet to whites and vice-verser. Does the non-white body work different to the white body when it comes to how food, protein, fibre etc work in the body.

The reason i am asking is will the nutrisionists that recommend food to me be giving me a good diet because black people go to my gym as well.

Yes Europeans have been consuming milk and dairy products for thousands of years but other races have difficulty digesting milk in adulthood.

I believe there is a portion of this East African strain, African Tutsi NA 20% 0.447, that has that wonderful culinary proclivity for drinking a blend of milk and cow's blood.

The "Epic of Gilgamesh" is a story that I always liked. Gilgamesh, aside from being a King/God/Warrior was also an Engineer. At the end of the Epic, he returns to his city, Uruk. No one recognizes him, not even an old poor man. Gilgamesh, unsure of his worth, his best friend Enkidu dead, stands empty. Then he looks at the wall of Uruk, his great engineering feat, and for just a time...

I'm not the King/God/Warrior type so I chose Enkidu, the side-kick. Also in the beginning of the Epic, Enkidu gets laid, big time.

To my knowledge I have no Sumerian or Babylonian blood, whatsoever. I chose the name, Enkidu, with about 10 seconds of consideration and a shoulder shrug about five years ago, on another Forum, in another cycle.

That's a good question. I have thought of that myself. I don't believe the nutrionists who say I have to eat bananas or other tropical fruit, for instance, for optimal health since my ancestors in Ireland, Norway, Denmark, and England developed over tens of thousands of years without those foods and I am as healthy and sound as I could be.

My body must be able to be completely nourished on just those foods found in those countries my ancestors come from.

Jews need constant snacks such as Doritoes, certified kosher, or when unavailable matzo made with the blood of Christian children.

Niggers have a taste for Christians too, but generally like to eat their flesh rather than drink their blood and make unleavened bread out of it like Jews. When unavailable, free government cheese, glazed donuts, and chitterlings will keep a nigga 'live.
