That is right on the money! I can just imagine if those gnomes were the Southpark Boys instead but with a dark texture. The Elite of Zimbabwi and Afrika try to be white. They bleach their skins. Unfortunately, they take after the worst white role-models you can find...corrupt, evil westerners. :( :(( If you're going to have a role model and live up to it, you should at least shoot for the stars with the best one you can find. And they sure did! :)) =))
