Anybody do this? We had emmenthaler and Alpenzeller tonight. And I sliced thinly some filet mignon slices on top of the grill, and laid the cheese on some sliced yukon gold potatoes. My kids pigged out on the pickles and ate the steak and ignored the cheese potatoes. I boiled some asparagus and that went over well too. We had pinot grigio with this.
All in all, good New Year's meal, and better than the last time I went to the trouble to do this kind of cooking.
