Hal had a post on his site yesterday (Feb 1) that the site was under heavy attack from an ip address going back to the DOJ. I think he said the site was offline most of yesterday.

Hal's website for years has been spotty in terms of service. VNN by contrast has been very solid, although occasionally there have been some interruptions.

Jews Shut Hal Turner Down Illegally

On September 28, 2005, Hal Turner signed a Contract with Web Host Plus
of Fort Lee, NJ for collocation of his web hosting and audio streaming
server. That contract stipulated "No shut down or interruption of
service for content which is lawful in the United States. No other

Today, my server went offline and I went to the Data Center in Fort Lee,
NJ to repair it at around 4:00 PM. I arrived at the data center at
about 4:20 PM. While at the data center, I met with my sales rep,
Leonid Gudovich who told me they were terminating my service. His exact
words were "Some of the sites you host have racist content. Many of us
here are jews and they are offensive to us."

The Week From Hell. . .
First hackers damaged my web server, then a data center broke a signed contract for server co-location!
Five months into a one year contract, Web Host Plus of Fort Lee, NJ broke its contract with me - without advance warning! They stated "A lot of the people who work here are jews and we don't like what's being hosted on that server"

Thankfully, there are a lot of data centers in the New York City area and in spite of this happening at 5:00 PM on a Friday afternoon, I was able to relocate the machine and get things back online.

Because of this contract breach by Web Host Plus, IP changes are taking 24-48 hours to propagate. Parts of the world can access the site while others may not be able to see it yet. By Monday, everything should be viewable worldwide.

My Dell 1400SC server is still suffering from damage done by hackers over the past week. The damage they did is very severe and the machine is operating slowly.


I have ordered a new server and will take delivery of it by next Friday. It is a muscular server: Dual Pentium XEON processors running at 2.8 GHz, 4 GB RAM, Dual 146 GB 10,000 RPM SCSI hard drives. 1 GB ethernet.

The new machine is more than twice as powerful, twice as fast, with double the memory, four times the storage capacity and ten times the internet throughput. It will be equipped with OpenBSD; the single most secure operating system on the planet.

In the meantime, thank you for your patience and support.
