Okay, just saw a posting on another board that there's been some street fighting in Copenhagen, Denmark.
No link was provided to the original post so I can't provide one to you. But here's what I saw on my other board...

According to a posting on a message board populated largely by European Lefties, ( Political stew forum)....." I just spoke with my brother in Copenhagen...the situation is extremely serious....Roving bands of muslims are using SMS messages to gather at different places and then to attack defenseless Danes....My brother witnessed them stopping a bus and beating up the driver"......He also states that Danish cops and groups of Danish youth are fighting with muslim youth in the center of Copenhagen......This fellow also states that there are 300,000 military rifles in Danish homes plus numerous hidden caches of WWII arms...........Time to dust off the Mauser????

Over 160 personer blev lørdag anholdt under dagens demonstrationer i kølvandet på Muhammed-sagen, oplyser Københavns Politi.

Det har næsten været en umulig opgave at holde tre parter, der gerne ville i totterne på hinanden, adskilt, siger politiinspektør Mogens Lauridsen fra Københavns Politi om politiaktionen.

Han oplyser, at 162 personer var anholdt tidligt lørdag aften, hvoraf omkring 110 var fra det autonome miljø og resten hovedsageligt personer med indvandrerbaggrund.

Det virkede ikke, som om det havde så meget med tegningerne i Jyllands-Posten at gøre. Det virkede mere som om, at folk var ude på at lave gadeuorden. Det er ærgerligt, siger Mogens Lauridsen om lørdagens uroligheder.

Why are these White people being detained? I watched the video, but not much happened. A small group of young muslims dressed like wiggers were yelling "Allah akhbar" or whatever, and it shows lots of cops standing around, but no SHTF.

Dansk polis grep 100 demonstranter i Hillerød på lördagen. En grupp högerextremister hade kallat till demonstration mot "muslimsk aggression". Cirka 30 personer från Dansk front dök upp. En större grupp motdemonstranter kom också till Hillerød, som ligger 35 kilometer norr om Köpenhamn.

Under större delen av lördagen lyckades 25 poliser hålla de båda grupperna åtskilda och lugna. Men på eftermiddagen började plötsligt motdemonstranterna, som bestod av unga invandrare, vänsteraktivister och autonoma, kasta tegelstenar och flaskor mot poliserna. Dessa försvarade sig med tårgas och batonger.

About 30 people from Danish front showed up. A larger group counterdemonstrators also came to Hillerød, which is located 35 km north of Copenhagen.

During the most part of the saturday 25 policemen succeeded in holding the two groups apart and calmed. But suddenly at the afternoon the counterdemonstrators, which mostly consisted of young immigrants and left-wing activists, threw bricks and bottles against the policemen. These defended themself with teargas and batons.

An elderly lady tried to cool down the emotions of the demonstrators by pouring water at them from her window.

Earlier during the day 150 demonstrators had gathered at Rådhusplatsen to protest against Jyllands-postens drawings. The pakistanian writer and journalist Mohammad Rafiq was beaten down. A year ago he wrote a book that criticized forced marriages and fell in disfavour amongst extreme muslims. At saturday he was at Rådhusplatsen and took pictures of the demonstration. Some youths beat him down and broke his camera and cell phone. Rafik was brought to hospital where he had to sew some stitches.

Suddenly there was a rumour that there was some right-wing extremists at the central station. And that these had burnt or was intending to burn the Koran. The 150 demonstrators hurried there, and a violent riot broke lose. The police later arrested two of the demonstrators."

About an hour later there was 300 muslims and just as many sympathisers and anti-racists in central Hilleröd. Many of them were sweds.

200 policemen from Copenhagen soon arrived.
In a park park outside the castle there was about 50 racists, represants of Danish front and Denmarks National Socialist Movement. More of them were on their way there but was stopped by the train by the police - and by the counterdemonstrators.
-We want to protect our country and our honour, the right-wing extremists spokesman Julius Borgesen declared.
The muslims gathered a couple of hundred meters away but the police succeeded in holding the counterdemonstrators at distance.
-We are here to show that we don't accept that you ridicule our religion and our prophet, said Mohammed el-Sayed.

Suddenly the actions were interrupted for a moment of praying. Then chaos broke lose.
Stones and bottles rained. One lady at the third floor threw bucket after bucket with water out through the window down at the rioters at the street.
The riot made shoppers flee in panic.
At a few minutes the police had arrested the agitators.
-179 people was arrested, says the police's spokesman Flemming Munch Jensen. Some of them are sweds. A smaller group was arrested in Birkeröd where they had smashed a train."

I was watching some TV documentary the other night on some PBS station. The show mentioned how Islam reached heights of power in Europe up to the 1500's because their educated men preserved as much of the innovations and science as they could from the preceeding Greek and Roman empires. But then, starting in the 1500's, Islam mysteriously "fell behind" the Europeans. They couldn't figure out why Islamic advances "stagnated" in Western Europe, blah, blah, blah. Well, it seems to me that it wasn't a case of Islamic "advances" stagnating at all, rather, it was something which came later to be known as The Enlightenment, aka Renaissance. This was, to be sure, very much a White man thing. White men all over Europe began thinking outside the Xtian Religion Box, outside the religious Laws of the Universe, as laid down to them by the high, holy, xtian priests. This was the first, brave, breaking-free from the reilgion crap and persecution known as The Dark Ages, which lasted from the fall of Rome until The Enlighrenment. So, Islam didn't necessarily fall behind the West, rather, the West left them behind in scientific advances precisely because they dared to question the prevailing "truth" as set forth by religion priests, and relied instead on scientific observation and emerging mathematics. The Age of Science and Reason was born, bringing us all the technological White wonders we take for granted today, and, in the process, beginning the long road of shaking free from the darkness and superstition once known as "relgion". And yet, thanks to ignorant, arrogant fools like super-xtian George Bush, the world and the USA in particular, are once again plunged into unending geo-political RELIGIOUS wars. there are no damned ww2 weapons caches in Danemark. Bout 9 yrs ago I had a long chat with one of the guys who runs the national armaments museum about why all the subguns were off the shelves in the collection. he said somebody broke in and stole one a couple years back to do a bank robbery.

wtf? in the USA where guns are a dime a dozen, nobody robs a national museum in order to steal a gun. so I seriously doubt, that in a place where they would go to that much trouble, that there are lots of guns floating around if any.
