I have this perpetual hour glass next to my pointer cause the VNN header won't load. Anyone else having this problem?

Apparently an advertisement for Canada has been added. It disappears too fast for me to read it in its entirety. I previously reported my computer security all of the sudden going off because of "active x files". When I got no real answer I adjusted my security settings and now I get this apparent advertisement.

maybe it's my browser. I use Opera and I really like it, but sometimes Java doesn't load.
