The Canadian government does not give defendants (VICTIMS) any legal aid money for a lawyer. The people who complain (usually Richard Warman) are granted a free lawyer Giacomo Vigna. Paul Fromm is the only professional representation that The victims of the CHRT have!! Now Warman wants to ban Paul Fromm and stripe victims CHRT only defense!! This Richard Warman is real peice of work!!.

OTTAWA. 11:30 a.m. The Canadian Human Rights Commission and chronic complainant Richard Warman ambushed victim Terry Tremaine (Mathdoktor). a frequent poster on STORMFRONT by filing a motion seeking to ban Mr. Tremaine's representative Paul Fromm from this hearing and all other Canadian Human Rights Tribunals for three years.

The motion was the first item of business as Tremaine's hearing opened in Ottawa this morning. The hearing is to adjudicate a complaint by Warman that Mathdoktor's postings are "likely to expose" privileged minorities -- Jews, Blacks, etc. -- to "hatred or contempt."

Tremaine, who lost his job as a university lecturer in Saskatchewan, after Warman approached the administration last May, would effectively be left without representation. He has limited means and cannot afford an attorney. Mr. Fromm is his role as Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression, has assisted a number of Warman's victims, who are usually young and poor, and would otherwise be without representation.

Unprecedented "security" was laid on for these hearings held right in the bowels of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal offices in the Bell Building at 160 Elgin St. in downtown Ottawa. Even the Zundel hearings had only two rent-a-cops wanding people entering the proceedings.

This morning an armed Ottawa policeman searched all who entered the room. He was backed up by several private security personnel. Also present were two beefy, bald, bullet-headed men. These five-by-five twins who looked like ex-wrestlers accompanied Warman and prosecutors Vigna and Warksame, Fric in front, Frac behind, as they left the building.

A panicked Canadian government had promised added security for arch complainer Warman and the Human Rights Commission after some hot talk on the Internet by Alex Linder of VNN. Linder is an American resident

The Commission motion, relying on an affidavit of Richard Warman quoting many of Mr. Fromm's posts on STORMFRONT, argues that Mr. Fromm's "presence before the Tribunal will impugn the integrity, fairness and efficiency of the hearing. It is clear from comments made by Mr. Fromm that he views the Tribunal with contempt. ... Mr. Fromm's prolific Internet postings contain ubiquitous derisive commentary directed at the Canadian judicial system, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Canadian judges, Canadian Human Rights Tribunal members and the Commission."

"Mr. Fromm has described the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal as 'a Soviet style kangaroo court.' Mr. Fromm has referred to decisions of the Tribunal as 'Stalinist lunacy.'. ....The comments made by Mr. Fromm establish an entrenched attitude of disrespect and contempt for the Tribunal and its members."

One man Tribunal member Doucet adjourned the hearings until 2:30 this afternoon when he will hear arguments and submissions.
