Just wondering what everyone thinks about Matthew Hale's case right now...is he guilty or was it a setup?

Based on the evidence, not guilty. Stupid perhaps in running his mouth and not changing the name of the group to something else but not guilty of conspiracy to murder.

I am merely saying that the way Dr. Pierce protrayed white nationalism in the Turner Diaries becoming a realility involves the use of terrorism. 100% terrorism in fact. The question I brought up is should we start using those tactics underground????? Paul is clearly paranoid and we do not need the paranoids. If we really and truly want white nationalism, we got to explore possibilities like this. However, since most white nationalist are paranoids, this isn't going to happen. Too many informants, rats, psychological unstable people going around claiming to be White nationalist. We need an underground group who doesn't take in these types and perhaps use the tactics Dr. Pierce talked about.

I dont think Matt is guilty of anything more unlawful than disliking the system. In the old days that would not have been illegal.

It isnt illegal to wish someone dead. It is illegal to take a substantial step towards seeking to do them in. I think the Govt lacks evidence. If the trial judge is good he may just dismiss the case at the end of the case in chief and no doubt they will ask him to. However considering the political factors, the likelihood of that happening is probably nil.
