Guys, there is already a show called Free Talk Live. It is a Libertarian talk show syndicated through Genesis Communications and is currently on in many markets throughout the US. I think It would be beneficial for your show if you changed the name. Aside from being a fast growing terrestrial radio show, they are also one of the top podcasts on podcastalley.com. I encourage anyone to check out the site and check out the Free State Project.

EclecticBuddha, it was good, and right of you to bring this up to try and cover VNN’s ASSets. Although AM could be right as long as it is always referred to as VNN’s Free Talk Live they should be ok. Free Talk Live probably has their name copyrighted. Edit: Trademarked

Yes, they should change the name of their puny libertarian escapade and quit piggybacking on the global popularity of VNN's Free Talk Live :p

I think in this case it has little to do with piggybacking for popularity. Many things of the same name can exist provided that a “reasonable person” could not mistake one for the other or it was obvious satire. 2 pod casts, both of the same name can be confused as such, thus someone (the one with the best attorney: read Jew) wins the case. Could be expensive, even just to defend against.
