Because they don't have the money for lawyers to fend off those IRS sharks when they come to take their property and throw them in jail.

Unfortunately Gentlemen, the income tax is constitutional. I ain't saying it's right, just because something is law doesn't mean it's moral or correct. Trying to fight the IRS with their own system is folly. Better to use the system to minimize your tax burden. Start a write-off company, take the deductions, do anything but follow a bunch of blight wing cranks who know nothing of what they talk about.
