Check it out. I love to snarf. Beer, burgers, tacos, whiskey, chips, candy bars --- whatever I can grab. My nod to health is to go running and riding my bike. But I'd had a muscle soreness problem that would NOT clear up, plus some back pain. I suspected a recent spate of overeating and overdrinking was contributing to the problem. Little spare tire creeping around.

So I decided to fast. Just juice and water, coupla days. Swear to God, it works. You feel much better. It's radical action, but good discipline.

Google it and read up about it. Check with your doctor, blah blah blah. Or don't. It's an option, white man.

In my Vedanta period I fasted for three days once: just water. The first day 1/2 were the worst, then the body realizes it's not getting fed and the metabolisim slows way down. And you're not hungry. It's very strange.

Forget it if you're even hypoglycemic (lots of people are and don't know it) let alone diabetic.

Billy Bob Fasts regularly!! It's good stuff, you all should check it out, especially if you are sick, overweight, lethargic, etc.

Filling your body full of junk food 24/7

(food that has literally been poisoned by the kikes to make you a weaker and more submissive slave)

is a sure path to early disease and death!!

Try reading Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser.

Not exactly profound, and it's quite semitically correct, however you will learn quite a bit about the food creation process....from farm to lab. The most interesting section is the part on IFF, International Flavors and Fragrances...the corporate lab which basically makes what you eat taste the way it does.

It's a good read, light stuff and interesting.
