The Independent American Magazine (theindependentamerican.freeyellow.com) will start publishing a series of legal papers to help keep you out of court, keep you out of jail, beat the bill collector, etc. The books are centered around Iowa/ILL, but the info is the same pretty much everywhere when you go to court. The first book is PROCEDURE. If you have been to local (joke) court it is about 100% sure they violated procedure. If you don't know, you are railroaded. Appeal and win. Book 2 is fighting the bastards before you get to court. This covers all the little tricks of the trade (for example, if they have your name all in caps, you tell the judge you have a constitutional right to have your name spelled right, they then have to refile the papers or drop the charges), that you need to know. Book 3 is going to court and fighting the bastards. Book 4 is Habious Corpus, or get out of jail free. Yeah this WILL work if you file the right papers. Book 5 is beating the bill collector. Got bills that have gone to collection? Screw the bastards!

NO these ARE NOT written by a lawyer! YES they actually DO work and have been used to win in court and piss off the scum. Yes I have used some of them, but not all.

A sub to The Independent American is $15 for 6 issues or the legal papers are available for $20 (my cost to buy) each and $3.00 S&H.

sounds interesting but most of that paytriot stuff is nonsense. I remember bo grits and all this alloidial title nonsense. and then there is the "you dont have to pay income tax only foreign corporations do" crowd. Give them five hundred dollars of "worthless fiat currency" and they let you in the door at the bozo convention and will give you five dollars worth of paper with useless nonsense printed on the page.

then you have sovereign citizens. all this stuff. look, that shit is hogwash. the government demands your cooperation and if you think you dont have to declare your income you're going to find out otherwise. there are many tax protesters who have tried to argue the income tax amendment was never ratified and so forth and they ended up in the clink and their appeals failed.

is that what's in this book or something more useful?

I agree, most "pay-triot" mythology is pretty much BS. No this isn't pay-riot myths. This stuff has actually been used in court, by the guy who wrote it up, and I have used it and it really did work. Of course there is the "idiot standard" was well, who will screw ANYTHING up! The trick is, you actually have to understand what you are talking about. One loser went into court and signed "without predudice" and the judge asked what that meant. The fool said "Well that means I don't hold anything against anyone, your honor!" The judge just nodded and proceeded to railroad the poor idiot. What that means is you are not giving up or signing away any of your rights, not that you like darkies. If you don't understand the arguement, then don't try to BS the court, they will simply railroad you to make sure some other idiot doesn't try it. That just makes it tougher for the guy who DOES know what is going on later, as the court will concider you an idiot too.

If you know the law you can use it against the bastards. Did you know in IL there is a law that if you get a speeding ticket you can demand a court hearing on traffic court day RIGHT THEN? Everyone else is there either paying the ticket or getting a court date, you walk in "Your Honor, section XXX states I can have my court date RIGHT NOW and I want it!" The judge will stop and go check the law to make sure it is there, come back "Is Officer Soandso in the court?....No? Case dismissed!" No cop, no case, no ticket, no fine. No one else has no idea what the law reads and pays the fine or gets a court date, but you walk out a free man.

Procedure. There is a 99.9% chance that the local courts violated procedure. If you don't know what procedure is, don't object when it is violated, don't appeal because procedure was violate, then you are screwed. One guy here sued a judge for violating procedure. When the papers were filed on the judge he went ballistic and starting screaming in court that HE couldn't have papers filed on HIM! Pretty damn funny.

ALOT of people lose because they don't bring things up at the proper time. Everything can be brought up and brought in, but ONLY at the proper time! Don't bring it up at the proper time and you lose your right to bring it up later. Want to use the 5th Amendment as an arguement? You can't just waltz into court and spring it on them, the judge will quite properly throw it out. You bring it up at pre-trial or you lose the right to enter it into evidence.

The court papers have your name in caps? You waltz in and say "Your Honor, I have a constitutional right to have my name spelled correctly, this aint it!" The judge agrees and throws it out. They either drop it (you already cost them a truck load of money if you know what you are doing) or refile which costs them more money. They hand you a photo-copy of some form, "IS THAT YOUR SIGNATURE?!" The fools say "yes" and ZOOM! POW! the railroad is pull in to the station! YOU, on the other hand, know the law and say "No." "NO?!" "No." "Um....er....ah....your honor....um.....er....." A photo-copy is NOT a signature! ONLY the original is your signature! No original form with a hand signed signature, signed by you on that piece of paper, no signature!

Keep your mouth shut! You DO NOT tell them it is a photo-copy and not an original! They SHOULD know what, but 99% won't have any idea! 99% of the people in jail are there because they could not keep their mouth shut. Either they wanted to be smart and show how much they know (No, that is not an original signature! So there!), want to blab at the bar down the street how smart they are (So then I beat that rap and they didn't even ask me about the other stuff I did that they would had me cold on!) DO NOT hand them any evidence! MOST people blab like little kids with a secret given any chance. YOU on the other hand sit there with you mouth shut! The Klintons had it right - admit nothing, deny everthing, make counter charges. The best damn advice you can get!

Even if the legal papers are not needed by you, you get HONEST, we did it and here it is, articles! HONEST book reviews, how to garden so you aren't dependent on the stores (even in the city with "no space" you can grow food), edible/medicinal plants, how to (blacksmith, raise plants/critters, reload, shoot, etc), helpful tips, surplus gun reviews, what you REALLY need, what is junk. NO B.S., NO crapola, NO pay-triot mythology!

The Independent American Magazine, the best freedom, survival, NO BS magazine you can find. Log on to: theindependentamerican.freeyellow.com

well appellates courts call those kinds of defects "harmless error" and they will not win an acquittal in the meantime. then on appeal, they wont be a basis for reversal.

the best way to get out of an illinois ticket is much easier than that. or at least chicago. In chicago one often keeps one's driver's license in the part of your wallet with cash in it and sometimes they come out together. that is why the call it "Crook county" LOL just kidding.

Ah yes, Chi-congo, Chi-congo, it's a hell of a smell, let me tell!

Chi-congo, where you vote early and vote often. Two vote registar were signing people up to vote and one comes accross a tombstone with a name twentysix letters long and no vowels. "I aint signing him up!" "Hey'", yell the other registar, "that guy has just as much right to vote as anyone else!"
