Unfortunately I dont think things are looking too good for Hale. I hope I'm wrong but that jury was selected for a purpose.

unfortunately I agree with the general sentiment of the thread. I have given him 10% odds all along. however there is still the appeal and as his trial preparation and 6th amendment right to counsel was grossly impeded by the obviously unconstitutional "special terrorist measures" or whatever the government imposed upon him, a think an appeal will have a chance.

Unfortunately, with a corrupt "System of Justice", I highly doubt this will happen.

I hung a Jury once, with threats of physical violence, screaming violent obscenities, and other Viscious Tactics being used "against me", Poor 'ole' Billy Bob, for 3 days straight.

It was strange, because in the begining the jury was evenly divided. There was however one very strong "personality" influencing the other weak minds on the Jury. Within an Hour, this one person had convinced the others to bow to his judgement and fall in line agreeing to vote his way. Our corrupt system often places these "professional" Jurors, to dominate the jury room. If you strategically place a hand full of stupid muds and retards, with one or two "dedicated" Jurors, Necessary outcomes are easily generated.

When the lawyers decide who sits on the Jury, a person is not getting "A Jury of His Peers". If you study the "historical" definition of who one's "peers" are, then you will see that this is a "mis-carriage" of Justice from the very begining.

The Judge of Course will instruct the Jurors how they are to interpret the various laws not giving them the opportunity to make any decisions on their own.

The Judge will also determine what evidence is permissable, etc. If the Judge is against you, which in Matt's case, is most likely, the case, then you are fucked.

If one white does successfully hang the Jury, The Gov can always appeal and try again. I doubt they would let a person with that intent to serve on the jury in the first place.

I would personally hope that Matt would be exonerated of the bogus charges brought against him. If is my belief, however,

that the whole System of KIKE-Justice is Thoroughly KIKE-Corrupted to the Core!

well juries themselves are an Anglosaxon idea not a Jew one. Roman law was strictly in front of judges. So there are aspects of your comment that unfairly attribute good parts of the system to jews. lawyers picking a jury is not a bad thing, it's HOW they pick a jury. Judges offering instructions on the law is not a bad thing either. The party's lawyers draft the instructions that the judge picks in case you were wondering, it's not like the judge makes the instructions up himself.

I think we all can agree we would consider a jury of our peers to consist of White men, or White men and women. Not blacks. I dont think the Framers of the Constitution and the 7th amendment would disagree with us either, would they?

if he's found guilty there will be mandatory minimum prison sentence for sure but I wouldnt know how it will be calculated. as for jail Hale has recruited in jail for a long time and will have quite a few friends inside. plus he will no doubt file a ton of 1983s so he will probably spend most of his time in the law library.

finally federal prisons are not quite as awful as state ones from what I hear when it comes to inmate violence. they may be worse when it comes to how restricted prisoners are but more orderly.

if matt goes down we should send him commissary and letters of support.

Whether guards will protect you depends on where you are (which prison system) and who you are ( how much $ and power you still have). Hale, I'm sure, is facing federal time. I hear there is a better chance of avoiding rapist niggers there as opposed to ,say, the Texas penal system.

You're kidding I hope, Otto? I knew a federal Corrections Officer (and this was before 9/11, before ZOG upped the ante) and he would tell me they had the muslim radicals that had supposedly blown up the U.S.S Cole, and other now overshadowed "terrorist acts" and that as de facto policy they were routinely tortured, e.g., the air conditioning in the cells would be kept on about 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Extremely cool for a White man, unbearable for an arab. And of course, their cells are routinely "tossed" and they're brutalized as the cell is "inspected".

He told me about another arab who stabbed a guard in the eye with a pencil. He came in and saw this individual (remember this arab had taken his coworker's eye out) handcuffed to a grating, suspended crucifixion style. He'd been there for three days without food or water. There was dried blood all over his arms from the cuffs. He told me he will never forget the sight of his head lolling around pitifully. He was about as close to death as a person could be and still be alive.

My friend told me at that second he realized that our government was more ruthless than anyone could possibly imagine.

CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland man who hired two motorcycle gang members to shoot at a judge's house has received the maximum sentence of five years in prison.
Prosecutors say he paid the gunmen $35,000 to kill Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Kathleen Ann Sutula.

Five shots hit Sutula's home on April 28th, 2001. No one was hurt.

In a note to the judge Friday, the jury asked for clarification about what constitutes solicitation. The note referred to Tony Evola, Hale's former bodyguard who was also an FBI informant, who prosecutors say Hale solicited to have Lefkow killed.

The original instructions to the jury said that the government must prove two propositions beyond a reasonable doubt for Hale to be found guilty of murder solicitation:

-- First, that the defendant, with strongly corroborative circumstances, intended for Tony Evola to engage in conduct constituting a felony that involved the use, attempted use or threatened use of physical force against Judge Joan H. Lefkow.

-- Second, that the defendant 1.solicited, 2.commanded,
3. induced 4.or otherwise endeavored to persuade Tony Evola to engage in that conduct.

The jurors wanted to know if they needed to find beyond a reasonable doubt only one of those actions in the second proposition or all of them.

"For example, if we believe the government proved that Matt Hale induced Tony Evola, does that satisfy the proposition?" they asked.

The judge said he would send a written response telling jurors they were not required to prove all four points but must unanimously agree on at least one of those four.

On Thursday, the jury had asked to see a letter Hale had written to Lefkow and a transcript of testimony of former Hale follower Jon Fox.

In the December 2002 letter, Hale had told Lefkow he was complying with her order issued a few weeks earlier to stop using the name World Church of the Creator in connection with his white supremacist group. An Oregon-based religious group, TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation -- Family of URI Inc, which holds the trademark to the phrase and disavows Hale's views, had filed a trademark infringement lawsuit.

Shortly after Hale wrote that letter, however, federal agents reported finding written material in Hale's East Peoria home that used the words World Church of the Creator.

It's unsure how the guards will treat him but he will get respect from the inmates for taking his case to trial and the charge being conspiracy to kill a federal judge... all the inmates hate judges and prosecutors so that at least will get you some respect.

Appeals on the federal level are rarely won. Once a judge decides that is it. Also the appeal process takes years and if he doesn't submit his motions with a lawyers stamp the motion will be ignored... in other words all that law libray time will get you nothing unless you have a lawyer file the stuff for you... that takes money and it is not a guarantee that the lawyer will care. He may just take the money and give excuse after excuse of delays.

What scares me is the process where the prosecutor tries to "enhance" the sentence of a defendant before the sentancing phase. That's a whole nother hearing and the witnesses that the prosecutor brings forth in that phase do not have to be so exact in their testimony.
