A ship ran ashore with much loss of life and property. An inquiry is made. Was it the captain and crew? Was it the ship? Was it a combination of factors? It's all very puzzling... Along comes a libertarian.
libertarian: "Stop the investigation. I know the answer to the mystery"
investigator: "Tell us what you know. Was it the captain and crew or the ship or both?
libertarian: "Both".
investigator: "Continue. How so?"
libertarian: "It's quite easy really. No captain and crew or ship can sail without meeting certain destruction. You see, humans are loathsome, fallible creatures and ships are shoddy contraptions. The capitan should have never attempted such an undertaking. As far as ships being built, this wasting of resources should stop immediately. Nothing like one's own two feet to get around with!
investigator: "Thank you, ehm, Sir, for your expert opinon. Now be off! We have important work to do."
